  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. Punti positivi : mare , servizio dei camerieri , e servizi del resort , come trasporto in spiaggia , bar , piscine , e tutto curato molto bene .
Cibo nella media ,
Tutto il personale sempre molto gentile ed educato .
Punti negativi :
1) la nostra stanza lato giardino ,
Dove alla nostra vista nasce in costruzione un hotel dove dal mattino alle 6 fino alle 20 c’erano via e vai di camion che alzavano polvere a non finire più i vari rumori di un cantiere . Abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera che non c’era , a meno che avessimo aggiunto 20 euro giornalieri .
Se uno va in vacanza , ci va per riposare e per stare bene , non per vivere in un cantiere .
2) camere sempre con molta polvere , le pulizie le fanno però la cura dei dettagli lasciano a desiderare.
3) televisore con nemmeno un canale italiano e per lo meno nemmeno un ingresso hdmi dove collegare qualcosa .
4) oltre alla nostra spiaggia che effettivamente era un gioiello appena uscivi c’era comunque una quantità di immondizia da far paura che chiaramente era abbandonata e sicuramente per il territorio non sarà un bene .
Diciamo che a parte la posizione della stanza il tutto andrebbe anche bene ma non da 5 stelle

Pieno relax
Mohamed barista eccezionale ottima padronanza lingua italiana , soggiornato dal 24 settembre,mare splendido veramente caraibico, cucina molto varia , posto tranquillo,nessuna animazione in hotel,belle camere,un po' rumorose nel retro, fuori dal Villaggio non ci si può allontanare da soli in quanto non c'è nulla

Amazing stay
The cleanliness is amazing, the rooma were cleaned everyday. Big thanks to Abd Allah and the manager Mohamed! The ceach is perfect, really close to the rooms. All of the staff is 5+! The food and the cocktails were divine. Special thanks to Salah the waiter 🫶

The food was amazing, and the people is verry nice, its absolutely amazing
The beach is verry close, food is delicious and every day different, the workers are verry kind and are always on look out if you need anything, had a great time here, rooms are every day clined and every towel is replaced with new one, and pools are amazing! and thanks to Mohamed!

we loved our stay in jaz tamerina, everything was perfekt and clean! lovely staff and tasty food for every meal!
they cleaned our room everyday and leave clean beach towels, and everything was perfect! thanks to mohamed! beach is near and is very clean. staff is very lovely and willing to help whith everything. we enjoyed our stay and will come back next year.

Vacanza al Jaz Tamerina dal 17/9 al 24/9, soggiorno favoloso. Spiaggia e mare dai colori stupendi e quasi caraibico. Un ringraziamento a tutti coloro che Vi operano in loco: ai ragazzi della reception che parlano italiano SLAM e SEIF , sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili. Grazie anche al restante personale della reception, ai camerieri, ai baristi (Bar centrale e bar spiaggia), ai ragazzi delle camere, delle pulizie delle parti comuni, ai cuochi e camerieri del ristorante, ai bagnini,..a tutti. Se va bene è fantastico ma se avete un problema vi rovinate la vacanza
Premessa: questa era la nostra terza volta in Egitto e la seconda in un resort del gruppo jaz.
Quando ho prenotato, ho fatto presente di essere invalida perché soffro di una malattia cronica e avevo bisogno di una stanza il più silenziosa possibile, per questo abbiamo richiesta la garden view dato che lo scorso anno, al jaz fanara, avevamo la pool view e c'era molto rumore.
Ci hanno dato la stanza 6275 che per loro è una garden view, per noi era vista siepe e strada di pubblico passaggio.
Tutto il giorno e tutta la notte era un continuo passare di camion, furgoni e scooter che ogni volta suonavano il clacson per farsi aprire la sbarra, inoltre stanno costruendo un nuovo resort a fianco del tamerina e dalle 7 del mattino passavamo escavatori e camion contenti sabbia che, oltre a fare un rumore assurdo, ricoprivano tutto di sabbia, qualsiasi cosa mettevamo sul balcone per asciugare ce la ritrovavamo gialla e sporca.
La stanza non è minimamente insonorizzata quindi di notte ci siamo svegliati diverse volte per i clacson e la mattina la sveglia era obbligata alle 7 per via dei camion. Durante il giorno era impossibile riposare perché era un continuo via vai.
Dopo 2 giorni abbiamo fatto presente la situazione ad un manager che ci risponde che non ci sono altre camere disponibili e che eravamo già al secondo piano, più in alto di così non poteva metterci.
Al 4 giorno, dopo che avevo dormito in totale si e no 10 ore, riprovo con un altro manager che ci risponde che se vogliamo ci sposta in una pool view PAGANDO LA DIFFERENZA.
Cioè, noi non chiudiamo occhio perché anziché darci una garden view ci mettono sulla strada dove passano camion tutto il giorno e dovrei pagare pure la differenza?
Rispondo ovviamente di no, in maniera sempre educata, e da lì il trattamento che ci riservano cambia completamente.
I manager quando ci incrociano non ci rivolgono neanche lo sguardo e non ci salutano più, il giorno prima della partenza chiediamo in reception per il late check out a pagamento(dovevamo lasciare il resort alle 19) e ci viene detto dal ragazzo che non c'era problema, è bassa stagione la stanza è libera e di richiederlo direttamente il giorno della partenza.
Il giorno della partenza lo chiediamo, il ragazzo inizia la procedura fino a quando arriva il manager a dire che proprio la nostra stanza, guarda caso, era occupata e non ce la poteva lasciare. Ripeto che è bassa stagione, nei giorni scorsi si era svuotato, fino ad un minuto prima era libera ma quando ci ha visto il manager improvvisamente era occupata.
Chiediamo quindi la stanza di cortesia gratuita per lavarci nel pomeriggio, ce la danno ma dicendoci di fare in fretta, che avevamo al massimo 30 minuti e di non toccare nulla oltre alla doccia. Fanno la stessa cosa una coppia di ragazzi conosciuta lì che non voleva pagare il late check out, Il manager con loro è stato gentilissimo, gli ha detto di prendersi tutto il tempo che volevano e di fare con calma con la stanza di cortesia.
Questo è il trattamento che riservano ad una donna INVALIDA che non ha dormito una settimana per colpa loro e che ha osato farlo notare.
Mentre eravamo lì ho mandato una mail al gruppo jaz spiegando la situazione e allegando anche un video dal balcone della stanza, non mi hanno mai risposto.
Oltre questo, in generale, la stanza veniva pulita in maniera imbarazzante, la doccia in una settimana non è mai stata lavata (lo so perché abbiamo lasciato apposta dei capelli nello scarico il primo giorno e li sono rimasti per una settimana). Il pavimento veniva pulito con lo stesso straccio per tutte le stanze, abbiamo visto il secchio dove veniva lavato e l'acqua era nera. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi più volte il bagnoschiuma perché non ci era stato più rifornito.
Il servizio asciugamani per la spiaggia è ridicolo, devi appenderli alla porta la sera e te li danno la mattina dopo verso le 10, se vuoi andare in spiaggia prima devi chiedere almeno 5 volte e dare la mancia altrimenti aspetti i loro comodi.
In spiaggia, la gente si riserva le sdraio dalla sera prima e nessuno dice niente, abbiamo provato ad andare alle 8 che non c'era nessuno e tutte le sdraio in prima fila erano occupate.
Il cibo è il solito internazionale egiziano, non male, si trova sempre qualcosa e il bere è sicuro.
Ancora non abbiamo capito perché sia un 5 stelle dato che arredamento e servizi sono identici al fanara che è un 4.
L'unica nota veramente positiva è il mare che è uno spettacolo ma non è di certo merito loro.

UN SOGNO E TANTA CORTESIA
