The famous drinking mineral springs, which are located in the city center, are 700 meters away. The rooms with private balconies "Classic view", "Panorama", and "Executive" offer a stunning view of the gorge, mountains, and the picturesque garden of the hotel. The spacious and comfortable rooms are equipped with Smart TV, tea set, wardrobe, bathrobes, and toiletries. Wellness Center specializes in the treatment and prevention of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and musculoskeletal system. Traditional methods of treatment are combined with the latest achievements in physiotherapy and balneology. The center is equipped with modern medical equipment. Nice place to visit with your family. The hotel has everything necessary. We liked the food and accommodations. The place around is nice as well.
For a big family they have twin rooms, which was very practical for us.

Very nice and kind place in Armenia
It's a awesome place with great staff, professional medical services and very testy food. It's a good choice for single, couples and family trips. Additionally, Jermuk city is a great place with fantastic nature and with ideal weather in mid August.

Rude & unprofessional staff, unreasonable prices
Very rude staff, doesn’t know how to communicate with customers and handle customer feedback. The prices don’t match with their service, they include and try to sell additional services which we don’t need.

The price does not match the service quality in general
I would like to note that the price was not justified for me. To begin with:
1. Doctors and the reception employers need to be more kind and customer oriented. In most cases, the mentioned staff was not friendly at all.
2. There were no toothbrushes or toothpastes, also, bottles of water/ mineral water in the rooms.
3. The kitchen was average, though there were various dishes, the food was not always tasty. It is not be noted that there was no coffee for the lunch and the dinner. The bar, in the meantime, was too expensive...
4. The beds in the rooms were too narrow and not suitable.
I would definitely not visit the hotel in future.

elegance and wellness
Jermuk is a perfect spot on the 'wellness map', fantastic views, rich nature and landscape, heathful mineral water and hiking routes. but the Jermuk H&S resort is enriching it even further - I flew over here from the Netherlands to recover from work stress and must say it was worth the travel! luxurious yet affordable, cosy and well equipped. Architecture and interiors are simply gorgeous!
