- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Close to airport and a shuttle service is available.
We found the staff to be friendly, room was clean and spacious. Restaurant had good choices and service was very quick.....sirloin steak was delicious. Shuttle was easily accessed and went on time.
Past reviews have brought the ratings average down, but it seems that most of those reviews were from experiences during Covid.

Clean and tidy , nice service
Room very clean, nice touch of note from cleaner. Lots of shower gel etc (rather than one tiny bottle that is so wasteful) comfy bed. Great selection of pillows. Quiet room. Only negative; was a biggie for me ; no hot (or warm!) Water in shower. Coffee machine also out of service in Cafe downstairs.

Definitely come here again - great place to stay, great service
First time here and it was just what we needed for our 1 night stay in Auckland, with parking while we took a flight for a few days.
Because we booked through Hotels.com we had to pay $8 per day for the parking, but that was not an issue. It was perfect, plenty of parks, safe and extremely convenient to have the shuttle take us back and forth to the airport as well. Excellent facility so close to the airport.
The room we booked was a Standard with Queen Bed. Yes, it was for 1 night, but.... a teaspoon instead of a wooden stick would have been preferable. Other than that, the small kitchenette was handy to make a cuppa. Bed was comfy, bathroom was really nice with good shower.
The dining area was a great facility to have for our late arrival. The dinner was tasty, ample, good price and came in a good time. Service from the staff was excellent in the dining room, and the same in reception - couldn't fault them. Even though we didn't have any, there was also a nice choice of delicacies in the food cabinet if the menu was not what you wanted.
All in all, would definitely stay here again - great price for what you got. Thank you!

Couldn't be better
These guys looked after our group of 40 Notable Tourists in exemplary fashion; despite numerous changes and alterations to the room list running up to our stay, over a period of almost 12 months. Nothing was a problem and everyone was more than happy. Special mention to Ella Law and her functions staff who organised a wonderful buffet dinner with spectacular view from the 5th floor, and catered for all our dietary needs including GF and vegan options with great efficiency.

Hotel accommodation near to Auckland International airport.
Comfortable, warm, clean space, very quiet with all amenities needed for a very short stay, and handy to airport. Shuttle service was really good with a friendly driver, just wish I had been told it was a bus, as I was expecting a van. Would otherwise highly recommend this hotel.
