Fab hotel poor breakfast
We booked a delux room. Absolutely lovely. It was unseasonably hot for April around 28 degrees so happy to have air con. We got a deal and breakfast was free, but I wouldn’t have paid extra for it as it was disappointing. Hot stuffy restaurant tables not wiped, hot food not hot enough and cold drinks and milk not chilled, they sit in window in the sun.

Great hotel in a fab location
The hotel is literally just off the corner of the square. Check in was fast and friendly. I had requested a quiet room and this is exactly what we got. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I wish was that the curtains were black out curtains but that is just a personal preference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and stay again

Un ottimo hotel pulito e confortevole. comoda la posizione molto centrale.
L'unica cosa che andrebbe migliorata è la colazione, in quanto povera di prodotti dolci a differenza del salato.

Great location.
Nice hotel, right by the Market Square and a tram close by. Tea/coffee making facilities & a fridge in the room, very comfy bed. Good wifi. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, with tea in one area, coffee, cereals & juices in a second area & hot and cold food selection in a third area. Not a huge selection of hot food, but plenty of choice for continental style breakfast. Gets very busy around 9am. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for Christmas Market
Brilliant location, central and overlooking the Christmas Market. The hotel is clean, modern and friendly. As 3 friends we booked the family room which is perfect - 2 adjoining rooms with a double and 2 singles - and also 2 bathrooms, storage etc. For the price it was fantastic. Would definitely stay again if we visit the market next year.
