Incantevole Hotel che meriterebbe ben più di 5 stelle,la professionalità,serietà, competenza,pulizia e gentilezza fanno di questo Hotel una struttura unica.Oltre alla vista meravigliosa,il personale è altamente qualificato,la pulizia delle camere da letto e di tutta la location e’ minuziosa curata al minimo dettaglio.Vengono inoltre offerti servizi molto belli e rilassanti quali una piscina per un target di nicchia,con annessa terrazza dove rilassarsi,il personale addetto alle pulizie è selezionato e molto qualificato,il cibo servito e’ eccellente servito da camerieri professionali di una gentilezza unica.E’ un Hotel adatto alle famiglie,alle coppie,a manager,a persone che vogliono fare un tour per vivere le bellezze che offre questa località e dintorni.Un connubio perfetto e ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi ma allo stesso tempo vivere un’aria d’élite rispetto ai soliti banali hotel.Comprende servizio di ascensore e uno staff molto cortese e professionale.Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ni allez pas… vous ne dormirez jamais. L’hôtel est situé sur un axe routier très fréquenté 24h/24… nourriture très moyenne , boissons très chères et serveurs désagréables.. hôtel à éviter très sérieusement. Le seul point positif c’est la vue sur le Vésuve depuis la terrasse mais tellement gâchée par tout le reste.

Soggiornato con mio marito e mia figlia di 3 anni Maggio 2024 . Albergo orrendo!!! Ma di cosa stiamo parlando 4 stelle .. ma dove le avete comprate… voi non valete nemmeno una stella . Prima cosa . Scomodissimo pieno di scale all’ entrata e già è una faticata entrare con le valigie su tutte quelle scale ! Ma lo sapete che i veri hotel a 4 stelle hanno personale che portano le valigie in camera?? E vabbè . Passiamo alle stanze .. madoooo e che paura … dei veri tuguri … antiche , brutte, mobili rotti antichi e vecchi .. letto scomodissimo .. la camera tripla fa paura ! Ha una stanzina con il lettino singolo che fa paura . Bruttissimaaaa . Cioè dico io ma quando la fate una pittata è una rimodernata ??? Le stanze piene di umidità . Balconi tutti sporchi, non pittati … vecchi .. insomma orrendi !!!! Dico io.. I soldi ve li prendete e allora rimodernate che fa pena così !!! Per non parlare della colazione . Zero zero zero . Solo un cornetto e un pan carré . Cioè io sono stata anche in hotel a 3 stelle ma la colazione era piena . Da voi nemmeno quella c’è . Ma ci rendiamo conto . Comqunque io di sicuro non ci ritornerò mai più . E spero anche che le altre persone non ci ritornano . Perché non potete solo rubare soldi e metterci in camere come la stalla . Basta ora siamo stufi di essere presi in giro .

Excellent hotel, breakfast and reception
Excellent hotel, very clean, the breakfast was very complete, eggs, croissant, cereal, cakes, fruits, so on, all well prepared, rooms and bathrooms very clean, all white, good size,good shower.. the recepcionist Giusy was amazing, simpatia, always smiling and ready to help, as well at the restautant Francesco Salvatore such a nice person and willing to serve, smiling, also Alfonso, nice person... our family really enjoyed the stay, the view of the ocean is beatiful, parking lot available, we do recommend it and for sure we would return, these persons made the difference in our stay, congratulations!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE!!! staff extremely rude hotel does not have a pool filled or a bar. Bar opens at 6pm till 9pm as they need rest they said. Walked into room and airvent fell on partners head we complained they waited untill we left went into room replaced airvent and told us to pay for damage or we get arrested so after an hour of telling them that wasnt our damage we ended up having to pay 400 euro or go to poilce station!!! We also had to leave the hotel. The place is a complete joke and i will be taking the issue further. Ruined our holiday towers hotel just 2 minutes down the road is 5* amazing to guests and make sure they are well looked after. La panoramica you should be ashamed of yourself. No iron or tea station. Absolutely crap DOES NOT DESERVE 1 STAR

magnifique semaine
Nous rentrons d un circuit avec la guide Soraya.
Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une vue sur mer, le bonheur.
Le restaurant était excellent, les repas sont typiques et changent tous les jours.
Mention spéciale aux serveurs Alfonso, Francesco et Salvatore pour leur service, leur prévenance et leur humour. Cela restera sans conteste un merveilleux souvenir.

Albergo per quanto riguarda la cucina ottima per il resto albergo non adatto per troppe scale non c è ascensore che porta alla strada. Deve essere piu ascesibile per anziani . Camere troppe piccole. Per essere albergo 4 stelle ci deve essere sempre funzionante piano bar nella camera e il bar più fornito sempre chiuso. La affaccio delle camere è pessimo perché va su corti angusti. Per quanto riguarda se fai lavori di ristrutturazione non dovevano essere aperto

RISTRUTTURAZIONE OBBLIGATORIA
Per lavoro viaggio molto e viaggio anche con gruppi ! Proprio per questo spesso ricevo trattamento di serie B passando dopo tutto il gruppo ! Mi è stata riservata una camera con piccola finestra che si apriva vasistas e con affaccio in un portico chiuso , quindi senza aria e senza luce ! Intonaco che cadeva dalle pareti e nel soffitto sopra la doccia ! Bagno sporco , doccia piccola, e formiche . Anche gli asciugamani non avevano un buon profumo di pulito ! Intonaco caduto sopra la scrivania e sul telefono che era impossibile utilizzare ! Non vi erano sedie o banchetti per poter appoggiare la valigia o gli abiti ! Non ho aperto armadio per non avere altre brutte sorprese

Not the nicest
Only reason I have given 2 stars is for the friendly staff. Other than that this was not a nice place to stay. Obviously the view over the bay is nice but the port outside the front was Loud all night. We stayed in a room with no window and it was so depressing. My partner is vegetarian and the restaurant offered no vegetarian option. Even when we told them they were like ‘oh well’ you’d think on the 1st night them knowing they had a vegetarian guest they’d accommodate for the following evenings of our stay but no nothing. so most nights we walked down the hill to a couple of the local eateries. Which was fine but the walk back up the hill was an absolute killer with crazy locals driving like maniacs It felt pretty scary especially at night. Internet was rubbish and could only get a signal at reception or strangely in the bathroom of our room. I’m not one to complain and usually treat the hotel as a base for the evening but we felt so unwelcome. Also the walk to the town absolutely stunk

Hôtel soi-disant 4 étoiles, n'en vaut que 2. Hôtel désuet qui a besoin d'une rénovation.
Bien situé mais la vue n'est accessible que de certaines chambres.

This hotel is only nice for the view on the Vesuvius. Rated 4 stars ! very surprised.
In a week at this hotel, no fresh vegetables at all. Only canned vegetables which were put in the terrible sandwich of our pack lunches the following day.
No crudites, no fruits for the meals (except small pieces of watermelon and melon for breakfast). Meals are not healthy.
The worst the noise: , the rooms with the views are on a very busy road, you cannot sleep as it is like you were on directly on the street. The sound between the rooms is terrible , you could hear all the conversation.
Room are clean without have an atmosphere of an old pension in the 80's.
Staff not pleasant, no smile, treat the customers like idiots tourists who are not speaking proper Italian even if some of the group do.
Sometimes parties in the hotel, staff pushes group not to go on the terrasse in not switching on the light. Feeling of not being welcomed.

Muy mal servicio, reservo la habitación pronto para tener el mejor precio y me la anulan porque les interesa tener clientes de ultima hora que pagan mas.La excusa que nos ponen, es que la tarjeta no funciona( después de 3 meses de haber reservado la habitación) No me contestan teléfono y tampoco me dan la opción, incluso de pagar por adelantado( reserva era con la cancelación gratuita). Juegan con los sentimientos de la gente. Muy mal. Se aprovechan y te dejan colgados !

L’hôtel est très propre, les repas étaient excellents ainsi que le service. La vue sur le Vésuve et l’océan est juste magnifique. Serviettes et cosmétiques sont fournis.

Très mauvaise expérience. Ne recommande pas l'hôtel
Petite chambre propre mais vue sur un mur et la cour intérieure. Hôtel loin de toutes commodités et avec une route très passante et bruyante.
Très difficile de communiquer avec eux, car peu de personne parle français ou anglais.
Avons payé de l'eau en carafe comme de l'eau en bouteille (3 euros la carafe).
Enfin, l'hôtel propose sur son site un voyage sur la côte amalfi. Ils nous ont fait payé 55 euros la prestation alors que sur le port le voyage est à 35 euros pour les groupes (notre groupe de 35 personnes n'a pas réussi à se faire rembourser car le responsable de l'hôtel n'est pas présent et qu'il se décharge sur la société qui propose le voyage). En conclusion, nous sommes très mécontents de la prestation, car nous avons eu l'impression que nous nous faisions voler à chaque instant (avis partagé par l'ensemble du groupe).

Schöne Unterkunft um die Umgebung zu entdecken
Nach letztem Jahr haben wir dieses Jahr schon zum zweiten mal ein Paar Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht.
Es hat uns sogar noch besser gefallen als letztes Jahr. Überaus freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sauber, Hotelparkplatz, Frühstück sehr verbessert im Vergleich zum Vorjahr. Wir hatten wieder ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Werft und über die Bucht auf den Vesuv. Einmal haben wir im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Kleine Karte mit feinen Sachen von hervorragender Qualität. Auch der Wein war sehr gut.
Wenn es noch mal Richtung Neapel geht, dann auf jeden Fall wieder dahin.

Absolutamente la mejor elección
Hemos disfrutado de cuatro fantásticos días en Castellammare di Stabia y en la costa Amalfitana y creo que no pudimos elegir mejor el lugar dónde hospedarnos. El hotel estuvo a nuestra disposición estos días con mucho confort y gran amabilidad de todo el personal. Quiero agradecer a Ángela, su propietaria, y a su atenta familia las atenciones y simpatía con la que atienden a sus huéspedes, al excelente y dispuesto personal de recepción y a Lisa por darnos el excelente desayuno con una sonrisa. El hotel se sitúa en excelente enclave sobre el Golfo de Nápoles y, por supuestos, las vistas son inmejorables. Las habitaciones dan cumplido servicio, sin pretensiones, de una manera honesta y justa. La limpieza es correcta y la cama es excelente para nuestro descanso después de explorar tantos bellos lugares de la Costa. También pudimos disfrutar del servicio de restaurante al que también calificaré como excelente. El hotel dispone, entre otros servicios de aparcamiento y wifi. Concluiré diciendo que nuestra estancia ha superado todas nuestras expectativas y de nuevo agradecemos las atenciones de todo el personal de hotel y de la propiedad. Es un lugar para recomendar y volver, sin duda alguna.

cuidado con las tarjetas de crèdito!!!!!
estuvimos en el mes de abril del 2016.pagamos una comida de 40 euros con tarjeta de crèdito y al recibir en buenos aires el resumen de la tarjeta habìan duplicado el gasto,o sea pasaron la tarjeta dos veces.vivos los tanos ¿no?
