bellissima spiaggia
ottimo posto con una splendida sabbia nera (occhio che scotta!!!) attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini ma anche fruibile con propria attrezzata e poi alla sinistra guardando il mare i scogli formano piscine naturali spettacolari

First time visitors.
This was our first visit to Tenerife, the hotel had great reviews and was priced reasonably. We went for 10 nights.
On arrival the booking in process was quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view out to the sea from the 8th floor.
We went Platinum and our dinning area was great. The staff where superb and great fun. The food in general was good, though the variety was lacking on some occasions. Also after one week the same menu was repeated.
The pool area on Platinum was lovely, the infinity pool was superb and had great area stocked with alcohol and snacks.
There was another eating area by the other pools, this had food during the day and was always well cared for. With Platinum there was another private bar near the Hello Bar, it was a little bit small but had the standard named drinks available.
The Hello Bar at night had entertainment on, usually someone playing an instrument and singing. The first Saturday we was there, they didn't have anyone on, downstairs in the Show Bar was Bingo and Karaoke. This made the evening very long if you wanted professional music.
The thing we feel lets the hotel down is the entertainment, over the 10 nights we was there, only 3 singing acts were on in the The Show area. Also after week one, they was mainly repeated. Myself and my wife thought this made the atmosphere flat at times.
The hotel itself was extremely clean and lovely. Its decor is great.
We had a great time and would like the staff for looking after us.

La plage est top, le bar et le restaurant à proximité aussi.
Les secouristes et garçons de plage sont tellement désagréables… c’est dommage! Ils se permettent de faire des réflexions en espagnol du genre « français de m… » ou «p… de française » pensant qu’on ne comprend pas l’espagnol. C’est bien dommage alors qu’on est en vacances et qu’on se cherche qu’à passer du bon temps, qu’on a payé nos transat pour la journée mais qu’ils ne sont pas contents qu’on en profite jusqu’au bout!

Classica spiaggia di sabbia nera,ben curata e pulita riparata si uo fare il bagno tranquillamente ben servita ,anche come locali c è ne sono per ogni gusto ,attenzione la sabbia scotta
