  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?

Stay at Le Grand Residency Ahmedabad
Excellent location and comfortable stay. Food at Spice Zone was excellent and as was hospitality. Staff was friendly especially Rajesh ji.
Thanks all for delivering excellent service as was expecting.

Good location, nice staff but very aged property & rooms
Stayed in an Executive Double Room for two nights. The rooms are aged and in dire needs of refurbishing, Not value for the money, really.
While everything was hygienically clean, its not possible to avoid the aged stained walls furnitures.

However, the bed was still comfortable, and had good sleep. Staff also very nice.

Great comfortable stay in a highly recommended Ahmedabad hotel
Good comfortable stay -clean and well presented. Location is good and convenient for connections. Great breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bedroom is off a good size, bed and bathroom is fine and clean. A/C was in good working order. Hotel also provided an airport shuttle service which made it convenient. Definitely a hotel we would recommend.

Rude staff and smelly
Do not bother with this place the front desk has rude staff and the place is not clean at all. The food is nice in the restaurant but thats about it. I think it used to be nice about 10 years ago but there hasnt been any upkeep on this property and you have far better options now.

Best hotel in Ahmedabad which is value for money.... Good Location... Superb Quality Food.... Very Tasty...Neat, clean and well presented room....Corona norms are being followed....Pleasant stay....

Personnel très disponible, bon accueil
Hôtel classique, chambres spacieuses et propres, bonne literie, thé et café à disposition coffre pour sécuriser vos documents. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Bon accueil de la réception. Personnel disponible et souriant prêt à vous fournir les renseignements souhaités.
Bon emplacement un tuk tuk peut vous conduire rapidement dans la vieille ville.

Buon hotel
Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di notti in questo albergo durante il tour in Gujarat.
È situato in una buona posizione, le stanze non sono grandissime ma pulite. Abbiamo usufruito anche del ristorante per la cena e tutto sommato il cibo era buono e abbondante. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Non tutto è quel che vuol sembrare
Dal di fuori è uno dei tanti hotel metropolitani che, "sacrificati" nella morsa topografica, non esprimono nulla di esteticamente particolare. Appena ci si avvicina alla porta di ingresso, il gagliardetto di "eccellenza 2017" rilasciato da T.A. lascia presagire grandi aspettative nonostante le sole tre stelle assegnate. Una ondata gelida ci accoglie, passando dai 33 gradi dell'esterno ai 18 della piccola hall. L'accoglienza e la gentilezza sono stati ben graditi, cosa che invece è scemata una volta entrati in possesso della camera, certo era una executive room e non una suite, ma quì ci si è accorti che si era proprio in un tre stelle o poco meno: copriletto macchiato, nell'armadio un solo attaccapanni e la cassaforte chiusa per cui non abbiamo potuto proteggere i nostri valori. Per avere un poco di luce, aprendo la grande tenda oscurante, ci si è aperto un paesaggio poco gradito: il dietro dell'hotel, deludente e poco invitante nella veduta. Tanto valeva un vetro opacizzato per nascondere la vista, dato che questi era anche molto sporco...chissà da quanto non veniva pulito! Nel bagno due soli asciugamani ed anche questi con macchie, per cui abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci nel usarlo nelle zone pulite. Oltre al rumore della ventola aspirante del bagno, dove probabilmente la polvere ne era la causa, depositasi grazie anche all'umidità ed il lerciume adagiato su quei piccoli vetri basculanti che formavano la sola piccola fonte di luce della zona, ci ha costretto ad una doccia rapida perchè quello che invece di uscire, rientrava da quelle fessure. Buona la fornitura dei piccoli prodotti da toilette . La zona ristorante è stata sfruttata solo per la colazione dato che la sera prima abbiamo saltato la cena per via della fatica subita nei lunghi trasferimenti. Non ci è dispiaciuto molto averci rinunciato anche perchè se per la colazione abbiamo fatto le corse per non rimanere "assiderati", non oso pensare se dovevamo passarci più tempo in quella piccola saletta. In conclusione, il fatto di doverci passare solo una notte non ci ha preoccupato più di tanto e poi sapevamo che in India si deve guardare ad altro ... o no?!

Bien équipé, propre et bon accueil
Très bon accueil. Personnel agréable et efficace. La chambre est spacieuse, la literie très bonne et tout est impeccable. Une bouilloire est à disposition dans la chambre. Sèche cheveux dans la salle d'eau fonctionnelle et propre. Wifi gratuite. Ascenseur.
Le petit déjeuné est copieux et le restaurant très bon.

Hôtel propre mais sans charme
Hôtel bien situé en centre ville.Un rickshaw pourra vous emmener partout.
Chambre standard, classique, plutôt propre, impersonnelle, sans charme, climatisée.
Suffisante pour une ou 2 nuis maximum à Ahmedabad si on a un budget serré.
Petit-déjeuner sans grand choix.
Personnel aimable et attentif.

Nous avions réservé une chambre de 3, rien n'était prêt à notre arrivée. Il a fallu insister pour obtenir les draps du 3ème lit.
Le personnel à l'accueil est efficace mais pas très aimable.
Le restaurant est très bien, à tous points de vue.
Pour la propreté, il vaut mieux ne pas regarder derrière les sièges...
