- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Nice hotel but terrible housekeeping.
The hotel itself is very nice and the reception staff are pleasant. The breakfast is good. But the housekeeping is shocking. My room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon/early evening every day, and then only after I complained that it hadn’t been cleaned and asked for someone to come. When they did come, the cleaning was totally unacceptable. I won’t list all the things that were not done. Enough to say that the room was left dirty and the housekeeping staff were totally untrained and disinterested. To make matters worse, I emailed the manager with my complaints, and he hasn’t had the courtesy to reply. Not good enough!

Very nice hotel big parking very clean a big room a nice welcome drinks an cakes very very good hotel. Have free Shatel good big breakfast nice business area many restaurant around the hotel free breakfast abotte off wine and Kooces very tasty

Wie ein Bergwerk im Ruhrgebiet
Das LEONARDO Boutique Hotel in Tel Aviv hat eine gute Lage etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum von Tel Aviv aber direkt gegenüber von einer goßen Klinik mit vielen Privatpatienten (Schönheitsoperationen) und in einem belebten Viertel mit einigen High-Tech / FinTech- Unternehmen und TV-Gesellschaften.
Es ist in schwarzweiß stylish, aber sehr dunkel designed und sehr hellhörig nach innen und außen. Man fühlt sich teilweise wie in einem Bergwerk-Stollen. Sogar Bergsenkungen fehlen nicht, in einem der Zimmer auf der Rückfront ist der Fußboden (die Teerdecke) gebrochen, so dassdas Zimmer ein beträchtliches Gefälle aufweist. Der Service ist freundlich und bemüht, wenn auch etwas langsam. Das Frühstück ist excellent mit gutem Kaffee. Beim nächsten Mal wieder Herzliya...

Very positive experience overall
Very positive experience overall
Pros: large, well equipped guest room, even at lowest level of room. A decent fitness room. Very nice breakfast buffet, and snack food available to all guests in "executive lounge" in afternoon. Efficient check-in, and courteous staff. Great water pressure in shower. Neighborhood is far from beach but has some nice shops and some low key restaurants and bars.
Negatives: Strange black coloring and low lighting level in hallways. Floors are painted black.
Overall: very nice hotel, especially for business people since it is not in the usual tourist areas of Tel Aviv. Very good value for the money. I would stay again if my trip involves work in north Tel Aviv.

Good location, nice service
Stayed at this hotel for one night with a group of co-travelers. The rooms was nice and spacious. There is nothing to complain about their service apart from the coffee that does quite measure up. Breakfast at this hotel was good lots of choices to pick from.
