What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. - What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. Most Relaxing 5 star Hotel within a Beautiful setting.
Melia Collection has something very special.
I was visiting Majorca for a wedding and was looking to relax after the event, I liked the idea that Ratxo Retreat Hotel was away from all towns and on its own. what I wasn't prepared for was the outstanding location and the beauty of the resort.
From check in to check out the level of service was 5 star (World Class). Our room was spectacular.
Dined all evenings at there Roots restaurant, fantastic choice and quality with a special mention for the service (especially Juan Carlos, thank you.). Breakfast on the terrace was also amazing (Big thanks to the service team).
If you really want to relax in a very beautiful place then look no further this is true 5 star Luxury and a hidden gem.
As stated, all the staff from the gardeners to house keeping were absolutely super with a very special thank you and mention to Lluis from the reception team.
Now on my list as must visit when in Majorca.

Best Hotel I Ever Been
I can’t express how wonderful the experience was. I usually don’t write reviews, but they truly deserved 5 stars. Federica and the manager made us feel at home from the very first moment, giving us a tour of the house, hotel, the spa, hot pool, and sauna. The place is fantastic—it felt like a dream come true. I came with my girlfriend, and as a creator, I couldn’t resist taking a few photos and videos.
