Best value for money in beautiful in-nature experience.
The hotel setting in the middle of the jungle and with wonderful outside design, swimming pools and landscaping is a Must.

It is the best value for money option if you don't want to pay usd500 or usd 700 per night in Iguazu!

Good food, very wide and complete bed rooms.

Tiki bar service is under average.

The common areas and inside dining rooms and living rooms need extra decor: they are huge and curtains pillows and rugs under all seating places would make it mucho cozier.
Would stringly suggest to keep contact with nature a priority and put off all music in common areas.

Personal is very polite and friendly.

Overall Loi Suites offers a marvelous nature setting and a very good choice for family and friends sharing vacation in one of the seven wonders of the world

Experiencia de lujo
Hicimos la" experiencia de lujo" que ofrece el hotel, habitacion Vila, esta al lado de una cascada y sentis el ruido al agua todo el dia, hermoso esto para parejas, realmente es Increíble y vale la pena, están en cada detalle.

Increible todo. Hicimos con mi pareja la escapada de lujo y nos atendieron excelente. Nahuel estuvo comunicado con nosotros las 24 hs y no nos falto nada. Nos recomendó que hacer en cada momento. Fuimos a las cataratas y utilizamos el spa todos los dias. Ademas hicimos una cabalgata que nos recomendo el hotel para conocer la comunidad guaraní. 10/10

It's a jungle out there!
We stayed in rm 506, a cabana near the tiki bar: very isolated and quiet, all amenities and a spectacular view of the river and Brazil beyond! Great shower, and an outdoor whirlpool on the deck. Nice breakfast selection. This is literally the jungle: expect mosquitos, some ants, tree frogs, uneven walkways and red soil - leave the whites at home. Reception staff are friendly, but have limited English (Kevin was a great help.)

Hotel unique but service very poor.
The hotel is pleasant and spacious and setting unique in the middle of subtropical rainforest. The steel rope and timber bridges are particularly intriguing. Feels a bit like a film set from Jurassic Park. Rooms spacious and airy with balconies facing dense jungle ( or how it feels).

As for service in the restaurant, appalling, choice of food limited and product pedestrian. Confrontation with surly waiter after 40 minutes who studiously ignored our table of six.
Staff need to go on a refresher on how to service patrons in a restaurant.
Worst service in 3 weeks during our month long tour of South America.

On this showing its claimed high rating is risibly ambitious given extremely poor level of service and limited food choices.

Sorry but that is the honest truth from my experience.

Good location; poor conditions and service for value paid
The hotel is not at a good condition for the value paid. The front desk staff is not helpful nor has a good attitude. Waiters at the pool are extremely slow and careless. Lightning is poor. Best part; breakfast buffet and service at the buffet. Needs to improve

Bello ma pessima gestione. SCONSIGLIATO
Purtroppo anche se situati in un posto molto bello e con una struttura che originariamente deve essere stata molto particolare è totalmente rovinata da una gestione grossolana e non professionale.
Dopo la prima notte la camera non è stata rifatta nonostante le ripetute richieste.
Mi hanno risposto che “forse” potevano farla il giorno dopo…

Mi dispiace sentire che la tua esperienza al Loi Suites Iguazu non è stata positiva. Capisco che la location sia bellissima, ma è deludente sapere che la gestione e il servizio sono stati scadenti. La mancanza di pulizia in camera e il personale che non parla inglese sono sicuramente problemi significativi. Spero che tu possa trovare un hotel con una gestione migliore per il tuo prossimo soggiorno. Grazie per la tua recensione e la condivisione dei tuoi pensieri.

Idéal pour visiter les 3 côtés des chutes.
Grand hôtel, le premier à avoir été construit dans le parc argentin d Iguazu. Éloigné de la ville (taxi obligatoire pour y aller). Parfait pour aller visiter les chutes tant du côté Argentine que Brésil. Puis pour se reposer après ces visites. 3 jours c'est ce qu'il faut. L'hôtel possède plusieurs piscines très agréables. Plusieurs bâtiments rassemblent un grand nombre de chambres au style tropical.dew passerelles suspendues permettent de passer de bâtiment en bâtiment. Tranquille dans la chambre.
Grande salle de restaurant et petit-déjeuner. On peut aussi dîner au restaurant de la piscine. Plus sympa et tranquille.

Merci beaucoup d'avoir partagé votre expérience à Loi suites Iguazu. C'est un grand plaisir pour nous de vous recevoir dans notre hôtel. Nous espérons que votre séjour chez nous restera excellent !

E’ molto bello, ma i servizi non sono da 5 stelle
Immerso nella foresta pluviale, l’hotel ha delle zone comuni molto ampie e bellissime.
Purtroppo i servizi non sono coerenti con il resto.
La camera che inizialmente ci hanno dato al pianoterra, sapeva fortemente da muffa ed era opprimente per il buio e l’assenza di vista.
La seconda camera non aveva gli appendini nell’armadio e li abbiamo dovuti chiedere più volte.
All’arrivo gli asciugamani da bagno erano sporchi.
Per due giorni è mancato un secondo asciugamano per il viso (eravamo in due).
In un 5 stelle ci si aspetterebbero le ciabattine di cortesia ed un asciugapelli, che non c’erano.
La televisione non ha mai funzionato, neppure dopo l’intervento dei servizi di manutenzione dell’hotel. Già solo questo, in un 5 stelle, avrebbe dovuto avere come conseguenza le scuse e, se l’impianto non era riparabile, il cambio camera.
Peccato.

Lusso nella selva
In piena selva. La reception in una sala immensa, con ristorante, bar e colazione di buona qualita’. L’accesso alle stanze con ponti sospesi, ben integrati nella selva. Stanze spaziose e ben arredate.
Tutto bello e buono. Manca pero’ quella atmosfera che ti fa sentire accolto a casa come un familiare. In questo hotel ti senti solo un turista. Buono il ristorante ed il servizio, ma non certamente ottimo, tale da meritare le 5 stelle che sono state assegnate all’hotel.

Una vacanza a Iguazú
Ottimo hotel in posizione bellissima . Servizio attento con personale gentile e disponibile. Anche il ristorante è molto buono . Abbiamo sempre cenato li ogni sera .
La colazione ha un buffet vario , con frutta fresca

Ottima prima impressione ma c’è qualche problema
Un grande albergo immerso nella giungla. Belle le piscine, caratteristiche le passerelle che portano alle camere e ristorante molto buono. Purtroppo è un 5 stelle non all’altezza.
La pulizia delle camere é buona, ma: le tende sono vecchie e rotte, il set da bagno è decisamente scarno, gli asciugamani sono sfilacciati e sottili ed altre piccole cose che, sommate tra loro, non lo fanno valutare come invece viene proposto.
Il ristorante é caratteristico se si mangia fuori, ma ci sono pochi tavoli. Alla reception tutti sono molto gentili.

Pas de service
Pendant notre séjour j ai cherché les étoiles mais au final c est plutôt un 3 étoiles .. le lieu est unique mais tout est gâché par le manque de service , le hall froid , le mauvais restaurant..
Le service au bar est interminable..
Tout est à revoir je pense sauf le SPA ou les massages sont de très bonne qualité, la seule chose à Conseiller malheureusement.

Hôtel superbe mais service déplorable
Hôtel magnifique, situé dans un superbe environnement, piscines somptueuses, chambres vastes, bien aménagées et très propres, parties communes très classe.

Hélas tout se gâte quand il s’agit du service. Le soir, il nous a fallu attendre près de 30 mn pour commander un cocktail, devant une table non desservie pleine de miettes… les cocktails arrivent enfin au bout de 30 mn encore, la table est enfin desservie des restes des précédents clients…. Les piñas colladas sont insipides, on cherche le rhum et l’ananas, nous ne les avons jamais trouvés!!!
Le repas est également interminable, les plats sont bons mais sans grande recherche. Le lendemain matin, l’accès de la terrasse nous est interdit pour le petit-déjeuner, il est trop tôt ???? 7h30 ne nous paraît pas être les aurores.
Nous tentons le soir le restaurant près de la piscine où le service se révèle un peu plus rapide.
Check-out le lendemain matin : consommations au mini-bar de la chambre facturées mais non consommées. Nous obtenons la modification de la facture mais n’obtenons pas les justificatifs des consommations aux restaurants et au bar. Nous nous en tenons là et demandons à payer en espèces et en euros. 31 000 pesos sont convertis en 150 € (en réalité un peu moins de 100€). Alors là non seulement le service est déplorable mais en plus ils volent le client.

Donc pour résumer le cadre est certes paradisiaque, mais la qualité du service n’est vraiment pas au rendez-vous pour un hôtel de cette catégorie et à ces tarifs.

Surtout photographiez les justificatifs des consommations afin d’avoir une preuve au moment de la facturation qui nous paraît des plus fantaisistes.

Un coin de paradis pour finir un voyage
Lhôtel situe en pleine nature est tout simplement magnifique. Vous accèderez a vos chambre via des ponts suspendus. Petit sentier de randonnée a l' intérieur de l hôtel. Les 3 piscines ne sont pas chauffées. Le restaurant est très bon avec du choix, et le petit déjeuner est pantagruélique. Personnel serviable et souriant.
Vous serez héberger loin du centre ville, mais franchement, cet hÖtel vuUt le détour.
Merci pour votre beau message. C'est un plaisir de savoir comment l'expérience de nos clients a été lors de leur visite dans nos installations. Nous sommes très heureux de savoir que votre expérience a été belle et agréable. Nous vous souhaitons de revenir bientôt. Bon week-end.

Schönes "Jungle"-Hotel
Sehr schönes Hotel mit Jungle-Flair. Das Frühstück war gut und die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Normalerweise hätte ich dem Hotel 5 Sterne gegeben, aber von den zwei Tagen, die wir hier verbracht haben, mussten wir am ersten Tag den ganzen Tag einen superlauten Generator neben der Poollandschaft anhören. Das etwas repariert werden muss, kann immer passieren, aber ich hätte von so einem hochwertigen Hotel zumindest eine Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten gerne gehört. Wir mussten leider am letzten Tag sehr früh zum Flughafen und sie haben sich geweigert, uns zumindest ein belegtes Brötchen oder irgendetwas als Frühstückspaket mitzugeben (Frühstück hätte es eh 20 Minuten später gegeben). Das fand ich nicht so kundenfreundlich.

Ausergewöhnliche Lage!
Das Hotel liegt inmitten des Dschungels. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war schön. Der Poolbereich war schön. Der Transfer zum Hotel hat nicht funktioniert. Die Restaurants waren okey. Das Personal war mehr oder weniger freundlich aber nicht sehr effizient. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich nicht unbedingt ausgefranste Handtücher. Diese könnten sie zum Reinigen nehmen aber nicht den Gästen in das Badezimmer legen. Das ganze Hotel gilt als 5 Stern Unterkunft. Dies ist es aber nicht höchsten 3 - 4 Sterne. Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel. War gut aber es gibt besseres. Sollten wir nochmals in diese Region reisen, werden wir ein Hotel in der Stadt auswählen. Dann kann man auf das Taxi verzichten.

mitten im Dschungel
Leider mußten wir wegen Corona den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Hotel abkürzen. Aber wenn möglich kommen wir wieder!
Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Poollandschaft einfach nur großartig. Auch die Restaurants im Außenbereich sind sehr schön, und das Essen sehr gut! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich! Wir hatten ein twinbedzimmer mit 2 kingsize(!)-Betten und einem sehr komfortablen Badezimmermit getrennter Dusche und seperatem Klo. Es fehlten leider nur Kleenex und ein Vergrößerungspiegel.
Ich würde es allerdings nie als 5-Sterne-Hotel ansehen, das ist völlig übertrieben.

Parfait
Un havre de paix au milieu de la nature ! Une très belle adresse si vous souhaitez vous ressourcer après vos balades à Iguaçu. Tout y est absolument incroyable, les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et au calme, les ponts de singe pour passer d’un espace à un autre originaux, toute la nourriture et les boissons sont savoureuses, la piscine reste le joyau de cet hôtel. Allez-y les yeux fermés !
Ils peuvent aussi vous mettre des taxis à disposition pour aller à l’aéroport douane ou parc

Kein Servicegedanke erkennbar
Im Rahmen unserer Südamerika-Reise haben wir viele sehr gute Hotels besucht und waren begeistert von den besonders gastfreundlichen und fröhlichen Menschen, die uns empfingen und umsorgten. Im Loi Suites erlebten wir das Gegenteil!
Für den CheckIn waren 2 Mitarbeiterinnen zuständig, die in gelangweilt und überheblicher Art den Eindruck vermittelten, als wäre wir alles andere als willkommen. Dieser „Servicegedanke“, war in allen Bereichen der Hotelanlage wiederzufinden. In der Bar waren lustlos, unmotiviert bis muffige Mitarbeiter. Gleiches galt beim Dinner für den „Service“ im Restaurant. Der für uns zuständige Kellner konnte sich erst nach geraumer Wartezeit durchringen unsere Bestellung gelangweilt aufzunehmen (obwohl nicht viel los war). Auch das Abräumen nach der Vorspeise hätte er gerne jemand anderem überlassen... es fand sich aber niemand! Nachdem er unzählige Male an unserem Tisch vorbei geschlichen war, habe ich ihn direkt angeschaut und auf das Geschirr gezeigt (ist ja eigentlich peinlich...). Erst dann hat er, ohne erkennbare Regung und ohne zu fragen ob es geschmeckt hat, das Geschirr abgeräumt. Das Essen war keine Offenbarung, aber ok. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir von der Rezeption darüber informiert, dass unser Fahrer da wäre. Hilfe für die Abholung des Gepäcks (das über 2 Hängebrücken zur Rezeption gebracht werden musste), wurde uns nicht angeboten. Die Anlage ist von Wald umgeben. Die Zimmer rochen n unangenehm muffig u. auch der Poolbereich war nicht sehr einladend. Ich war froh, dass wir nur 1 Übernachtung gebucht hatten. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech und die Mitarbeiter waren wegen der Karnevalszeit einfach nur schlecht drauf.

5 Sterne? Lächerlich!!
Das ist ganz klar ein 3 Sterne Hotel italienischer Adriakatigorie. Alles etwas angeranzt, besonders am Pool, das Personal uninttessiert, kein Aufdeckservice, schmuddeliges Bad etc. Also wirklich der Hohn, hier 5 Sterne zu vergeben, aber Korruption macht möglich 🙆 Besser nicht!
