Avoid with a capital A
What a huge disappointment. The photos before we went looked amazing. Thus hotel is on booking.com as a 4 star. I would not give it any stars. The room was falling apart. The windows badly screwed shut. The noise all through the night was horrendous due to nightclub until early hours. Road noise continous as window poorly shut. Breakfast a disappointment. The only plus was the staff were nice. I am so glad we had only booked for one night as would have been very disappointed. I have stayed in hotels with a 2 star rating which were much nicer.

Smoking smelly loud music thud sound hotel for idiots and prostitutes to live with cockroaches
I have stayed in this hotel from 12th June to 16th June. The room on 5th floor smell of cigarettes, specially the washroom. On the Thursday night, some club on 6th floor was in full operation which made the things in the room vibrate and make thud sounds all the time. Couldn't sleep the whole night due to the loud music. At the same time, bathroom was full of smoke as cigarette smoke could easily come in through their internally connected exhaust system. AC didn't work properly. Had to open the window and stood there for an hour to get some fresh air. Hotel management is absolutely irresponsible. To make the matter worse, when I finally slept at 6 am, then some Carpenter started thr work on 6th floor, for which I had to complaint twice to stop. Overall a big mistake by me to book this hotel.

Hôtel catastrophiquement sale
Cette hôtel est une véritable catastrophe, à l'arrivée dans le parking, ça donne l'ambiance, délabré, pas propre, dangereux. On arrive, ils nous manque une chambre, il a presque fallu négocier pour obtenir notre dû, nos enfantsau 6ème et nous au 4ème. Les chambres ne sont pas propre, des poils dans le lavabo, il a des miettes sur le fauteuil, le ménage est pas fait. Le personnel de la réception n'est pas aimable et totalement insensible. Mais je crois que le comble, c'est les cafards, j'en ai vu un gros qui se baladait dans la salle de bain et des plus petits sortant d'un trou vers la baignoire, un bon moyen de vous dissuader même de prendre une douche. C'est juste flippant. Ils nous ont dit qu'ils nous donnerais une chambre au 6èmes près de nos enfants dès qu'une chambre se libérerai, aujourd'hui la chambre voisine de nos enfants s'est libérer et ils ont refusé de nous transférer comme promis. Ils sont noté 4 étoiles mais ne les valent pas du tout. On devrait être payer pour séjourné dans cette hôtel et non l'inverse, c'est une honte. Je rejoins les commentaires précédents, hôtel à fuir.

A éviter, en 12 ans d'expérience d'hôtel à dubai je peux dire que c'est l'hôtel le plus pourri que j'ai pu essayer, sale, service client inexistant, mauvaise odeurs, sans compter les insectes dans les chambres type cafards et compagnies...

Visit to Dubai during Eid Holidays
The hotel needs to improve in some areas of services: reception customer services, Wi-Fi especially on 5th floor, gym equipments in bad shape, gym and swimming pool timings. But their overall housekeeping is excellent. I preferred this hotel only because of location. Thanks

Une honte à fuir
Nous avons été en famille pour notre premier séjour à Dubaï.
Cet hôtel nous a vite fait redescendre de notre nuage car très heureux de venir dans ce que croyons être un beau pays avec un personnel.
Malheureusement tout le contraire hôtesse d’accueil pas sympathique du tout aucun effort de communication a voulut nous Faure payer un supplément de chambre alors que nous avion bien réservé 2 chambres.
Celle ci nous a fait patienter plus de 2 heures Sous la chaleur de Dubaï.
Ne parlons pas des invitées surprises (blattes, cafards et j’en passe)
Le ménage si on peut parler de ménage ( nous avons retrouvé des poils sur les draps ) une honte !!!!!
Pas de piscine comme annoncé sur l’annonce.
Ce commentaire pourra j’espère mettre en garde les personnes qui souhaiteraient réserver dans cet hôtel.

Un hôtel de pass, qui devrait être fermé et le propriétaire jeter en prison.
Piscine le soir transformé en bordel
Au 1er centre de massage ou la queue des emiratie est très longue
Je déconseille d'une saleté qui fait froid dans le dos.
