- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. Lovely vacation!
Stayed at the Majestic Elegance for a week in June . I was hesitant about staying at this resort because of mixed reviews. We stayed in the Elegance Club section and enjoyed the amenities. Check in was a breeze and took less than 30 minutes. Our butler quickly gave us an over view of the resort. He was very attentive and always checking in. The rooms were spacious and clean. Food and drinks were good. No complaints here. I like how no reservations were needed for most Al-La-carts. You only needed it for the Japanese restaurant if you want to see the cooking show or French. The resort was well kept on the grounds. The beach was kept clean and maintained. No problems getting shade if needed. And best of all, the staff were super friendly and pleasant. I know people go on about the language barrier but it was fine.

Great all inclusive
We took a trip with a big group at the end of May 2024. We had some small room hiccups at check in, but considering the size of our group it is understood that some of the room type requests might have gotten mixed up. Olbis, our concierge, quickly remedied everything to the best of his ability being that the resort was fully booked at the time. He was great the entire duration of our trip. The beach is beautiful and where we would spend the majority of the days then the club swim up bar was a welcome break from the heat. The resort has great restaurants and after dinner Ambar at the upstairs piano bar is a blast. She kept us well entertained and the drinks flowing. We made sure to go visit her almost nightly. There are too many things to list about the resort that made it stand out above other all-inclusives we have traveled to in the same price point.

Wonderful time!!!
We loved this resort! Everything went perfectly including the butler service. Edwin was magnificent. We always had everything we wanted, he answered every question we had, all while having a huge smile on his face. The resort grounds were very clean as well as our rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect vacation in paradise
Facilities and grounds are beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good variety of foods with plenty of healthy options. We stayed in the club section and are very glad we did. The pools and beach were amazing !! Our room was spacious and well appointed. Bartenders are so friendly . We loved Henry, our butler. We never thought we would need the service, but he was indispensable! He made our dinner reservations, made spa reservations, arranged the guys golf trip, arranged a birthday surprise for our adult daughter , made sure we had a list of activities daily and just made sure we had the best stay . It was a perfect vacation in a tropical paradise with our adult kids and their spouses. Also photographer was amazing. We will be back for sure !!

Terrific Experience
From arrival to departure, we had an amazing time. The property is CLEAN, something that is important to me. The service was top notch. We stayed in the Elegance Club and our butler Grayden was THE BEST! He was attentive and helpful. He texted us every morning with the day’s activities and buffet theme. He visited us around the resort with either a little treat or just some information. He also got us the reservations we wanted. We never felt like we were alone or it was too much, it was just right. The Club areas were a great plus. We had access to private pools, Private beaches and private lounges. We also had unlimited towels. The pool areas are clean and well kept. We laid out on Bali beds all day. The beach was very clean and beautiful! The water was crystal clear. We saw seaweed one day as the resort had a machine cleaning it up. Also, no pesky sand fleas at all while we were there! The entertainment was also really good. The Michael Jackson Tribute was my favorite with the Circus Show a close second. The food: the steakhouse Asadito was our favorite. It was really good! The Italian restaurant was also good. The seafood restaurant had a great menu during breakfast and snack time (it’s the only restaurant with a snack time menu). The dinner there was decent but not either of our favorite. You can always find something good at the buffet. The crepe station was GOOD. There’s also tons of desserts. The buffet has theme nights but also some staple dishes. Breakfast was always good. Omelette station was on point! Dinners always have some fresh grill stations with an option of meat or fish that they grill to your liking. Dominican night was my absolute favorite. Asian night had a sushi station with a chef making fresh rolls and they were GOOD. We also saw the pizza being made: fresh dough rolled out every morning. I would absolutely return! I recommend Majestic Elegance (and especially the Elegance Club) to everyone! If you can request Greydan as your butler, do it! He’s the best!
