When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. Average and overrated stay
Stay was average and the room cost was overrated.Water sport mentioned like kayaking pedal boat and fishing were below average.Morning buffet was moderate.

Luxury with Comfort
Seriously.. I am impressed.. Yes it's expensive but if you are looking for luxury with comfort, 5 star amenities, beautiful location and most importantly with prompt and sincere service, this property is for you. Right from the Reception guy Mr Francis and lady staff (forgot to ask her name), maintenance staff, security staff, food service staff all were super good in taking care of us. I have visited with my family and we all loved the stay and are looking forward to visiting again to explore their different categories of rooms. Having said that, one more thing I have to add, I haven't been to any resort with so many different categories of rooms. See You Soon MHC⛱️

It's a Nice Place with good Hospitality. The pool and backwater area are well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast is delicious. I recommend this place to all. I enjoyed this place with my family on this vacation. Thanks to all. Goodbye.

4 star plus in a 3 star resort
1st class place for a relaxing holiday,1st class service.Fantastic views,a clean and well kept pool.You can order food to your room or eat in Waves restaurant which is part of the hotel,nothing is to much trouble for the staff who are happy to help,a king size bed plus money exchange.

A 3 star resort which should be 4 star plus
A fantastic place to stay views over the lake just over the road is the beach.The service was 1st class.relaxed in the well kept pool looking over the lake,we were in a wooden cottage with lake views watching the eagles and kingfishers,a king size bed and room cleaned every day.We were given a gift from them as we left a wall clock with the hotel on the face.
