Ritornerò sicuramente
Ho trascorso un fine settimana fantastico.Mi sono trovata in un ambiente paradisiaco in particolare al tramonto.lo consiglierò a tutti i miei amici e parenti.Mi complimento con tutto il personale ma in particolare con Eleonora che l'ho incontrata più volte in giro per la struttura ed è molto simpatica.spero di ritornare al più presto.grazie di tutto

Pollina resort, bello ma da rivedere qualcosa.
Quarta volta in questo resort, e questa volta per 2 settimane.Mare meraviglioso, panorami e tramonti sulle Eolie unici, la struttura riguardo al verde è curata e ben tenuta, così come la spiaggia con un grande bar, in cui poter pranzare, e il personale gentile e disponibile, il servizio salvataggio e gestione della piscina è della spiaggia impeccabile, con a capo Andrea, sempre presente e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema così come Mauro , Rosario e tutti gli altri.
All’accoglienza si viene aiutati con i bagagli , sia in entrata che in uscita, un complimento particolare per Cecilia e Serena.
Camere pulite e servizio eccellente, nella nostra zona, Fiordaliso, la signora Angela è stata eccezionale, sia nel suo lavoro che nella disponibilità ad accontentare le nostre richieste.
Un grazie a Fabiola del bar centrale, sempre disponibile e sorridente.
Rispetto agli anni passati, la qualità del ristorante principale, Perseo è totalmente cambiata, nuovo personale in cucina con grande esperienza, ha colmato una grande lacuna, ottima sia colazione che cena, complimenti al manager del settore Marco, davvero un salto di qualità.
VENIAMO ALLE DOLENTI NOTE, ogni anno il prezzo sale giustificando a noi clienti affezionati che avviene per migliorare i servizi, e può anche starci, il problema è che poi chi prenota a gennaio/febbraio, paga di più, con L’aspettativa che quanto dichiarato, bambini non più gratis e sconti nei fine settimana, venisse rispettata, invece nei fine settimana promozione bambini gratis e sconti, ed ecco che dal venerdì alla domenica dalle possibili 5 stelle si scende a 3, con la voglia di chi come noi ha speso una cifra, di scappare e chiudersi in camera.
Un orda di maleducati, per ambedue i fine settimana che sono stato nel resort, ha invaso piscina(piccola e insufficiente per un resort che può ospitare 800 persone) spiaggia e spazi comuni , grida, sporcizia, cestini dei rifiuti intorno alla piscina maleodoranti perché pieni di pannolini sporchi, tuffi, grida , maleducazione, ed i poveri addetti al salvataggio, visto con i miei occhi, minacciati è quasi malmenati, OTTIMO signori Mangia’s la vostra politica acchiappa soldi dei fine settimana, annulla totalmente quello che i vostri meravigliosi dipendenti fanno nei cinque giorni feriali.
Ritengo poco rispettoso nei confronti di chi come me, ormai da anni , viene li spendendo cifre riguardevoli, essere costretto dai vostri saldi del fine settimana a vivere queste esperienze.
Un consiglio, traferite in altra zona, quelle piante coi fiori gialli che ci sono lungo il percorso davanti al ristorante che porta al mare, sono un covo di calabroni, che per me che cammino con una fiala di adrenalina per eventuali punture può essere micidiale, ho visto tantissime persone scappare e rifugiarsi nel ristorante per non essere assalite dagli insetti.

Posto incantevole
Siamo stati una settimana a luglio, posto meraviglioso ben curato, personale eccezionale, animatori del mini club bravissimi, Marco, Maria Pia e tutti gli altri fantastici. Sarebbe stato gradito qualche spettacolo serale in più, i ragazzi dell'animazione e ludmilla hanno allietato le serate nostre e dei nostri ragazzi

Ok overall but needs improvement
We visited this hotel this week and we were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby. We had half board and booked three standard rooms.

Pros:
- The resort is very nice overall. Well kept, clean and very calming.
- Breakfast and dinner buffets had a lot of options for everyone and varied every day.
- Waiting staff at buffet and bars were very nice.
- Pool area was kept clean and water was a nice temperature.
- Cocktails at the bar were nice.

Cons:
- Check in and checkout process was an utter nightmare. Check in took 1 hour and 15 minutes. We paid for early check in, so that took away from extra time we paid to use amenities. I appreciate the lady at desk was new but in these instances a manager needs to supervise. Checkout was at 10am for every guest so when we turned up at reception at 9.45 there were so many people queuing up. Checkout really should be a keys drop but they had to charge every guest the tourist tax so that took a while. That also caused a jam of cars at the front as everyone was loading their bags at the same time with no staff coordinating the situation. It was just a total mess. We were also not informed that we could have checked out the night before which would have saved us a lot of time.
- Out of the three standard rooms, two were a decent size and had a small balcony and one was literally a hole with a small window. Felt claustrophobic and the tv didn’t work properly.
- Air con and bedside lamp didn’t work in one of the rooms even after one of the staff attempting to fix it
- You only have ONE beach towel for the entire stay and if you want a new one you have to pay 5EUR. This was insane as our room didn’t have a balcony so our towels were still wet and smelly from the day before.
- The children’s pool is located down a slope that you then you need to walk back up. Not the best if you’re carrying a pushchair, pregnant or have a disability, so we didn’t end up going.
- We called days before our stay to add the all inclusive option as with half board you only get water. We were told by Tetiana that it wasn’t possible. We then found out half the people in the resort had all inclusive and we had to pay an extortion for every single drink we purchased during our stay. We would have happily given the resort more money but they weren’t interested clearly! We were told at reception that the all inclusive package could only be booked via head office. We sent multiple emails, tried to call and tried to book in on the website but it was impossible so would be great if they provided an option to upgrade at the resort which most hotels offer.
- We saw at checkout they had padel lessons and sound baths that you could purchase during your stay. These activities are not advertised or promoted by any staff so you won’t know they’re happening. Once again we would have happily paid for those but we just weren’t aware.
- There’s literally zero entertainment. If you’re looking for fun and activities this is not the place for you. Is quiet and after dinner your only option is to taxi or drive to Cefalù. Boring and quiet overall.

To summarise, we have been to many resorts and despite this was nice, clean and relaxing there are so many issues that need to be addressed to make the experience worth our while.

We had a wonderful stay at Mangia's Pollina. We especially enjoyed going to dinner at Al Grano on the property. Giuseppe and Davide were wonderful and always took such good care of our family ( we have 2 children who are picky eaters). The setting, food, and service were all outstanding.

Cadre magnifique et excellent séjour
Chambre spacieuse et très bien insonorisée. Ménage fait tous les jours sans problème.
Extérieurs magnifiques, piscines bars, plages… tout est très bien entretenu.
Service très bien également. Gentillesse des italiens, réactivité.
Restauration: petit dej très complet rien à redire et repas du soir très bon: plats italiens simples mais bien travaillés.
Très bonne surprise que cet hôtel, rien de décevant au vu des commentaires précédents.

Beautiful sunrise and sunsets 10/10
Rooms were spotless the most amazing sunrise and sunsets. The beach was beautiful and the lift was a great addition 👌 Staff were extremely helpful.
Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. In-house pizzara was delicious.
Lots of drinks on the beach ⛱️ Pool was beautiful.
I would definitely recommend 👌

Go to East coast of Sicily. Avoid North coast.
They only take authorised credit or debit card. No cash. Virgin Bank card not accepted. Few staff speak English, no Jet2 rep, no organised trips. Empty a lot of the time although two short Italian business conferences whilst I was there. Isolated, No local buses. If you go to Sicily go to the east side near Mount Etna.
Breakfast was good. Room was basic three star without view or outside area.

HOTEL 4 ETOILES DE BASE
Beau resort avec de beaux jardin et une belle piscine. Chambre de type bungalow avec des portes qui ne ferment pas et une odeur d'humidité. Très calme. En revanche, personnel de réception inefficace. Le client doit appeler plus de trois fois, et ensuite se déplacer en personne, pour arriver à faire débloquer le coffre de la chambre.

Le coucher du soleil reste un moment inoubliable au Mangias
Hôtel époustouflant par sa situation, vue imprenable, jardins luxuriants, petit moins pour la restauration.

Les soins massages proposés sont atypiques, je vous les recommande, Dorotea, est une experte en la matière et vous libérera de toutes vos tensions.

Great stay !
An incredible stay with some incredible people !! , we were welcomed by wonderful staff who arranged amazing excursions for us. I would like to highlight the excursion staff specifically as they aided us wirh everything !! Maria Antonietta and Stefania were so helpful and made the experience incredible for us !!! Suite à notre séjour du 14 au 21 mai, je tenais à faire un commentaire sur l'établissement :
Si vous aimez
Les repas froids et façon industrielle ( surtout les desserts)
La non politesse du personnel (sauf les femmes de chambre)
Le traitement différent si vous payez vos consommations
Un seul bar sur l'ensemble du domaine ouvert
Aucune animation mais le prix reste identique
Lieu isolé (prévoir une voiture 🚗)
Service au self difficile (machines à café en panne tous les matins, un seul distributeur de vin )
Bref , un grand sentiment d'arnaque

Heureusement que l'endroit est beau.

Hôtel avec vue magnifique mais c'est tout
l'hôtel est situé dans un cadre magnifique promontoire face à la baie plage piscine agréables
Par contre avant la saison les animations en soirée sont inexistantes sauf DJ vers 23h il doit se sentir seul !! En dehors du restaurant buffet les autres sont quasiment tous fermés
Que dire du restaurant buffet le petit déjeuner est très bien et la cuisine a du goût mais très peu de variétés dans les entrées sauf si on adore les crudités
Les plats sont corrects et répétitifs mais quasiment froid donc micro-ondes et la boisson en libre service rouge rosé blanc est chaude
Tant qu'au menu buffet le midi si en demie pension vous souhaitez déjeuner à l'hôtel c'est 30 EUR hors de prix pour le service proposé ...
Le all inclusif est très tres limité en lieu un seul bar et choix pas de soft et cocktails bas de gamme sauf à payer un mojito 10 EUR et un cocktail premium 15 Eur et quasiment rien à grignoter dans la journée ni a faire
Mieux vaut avoir une voiture
En résumé bien situé mais loin de Cefalu pas grand chose à faire hors saison ce n'est pas mentionné sur le site ni les brochures aucune animation ou presque en soirée ni sur la plage les canoës planches etc sont introuvables...
Et compte tenu de la taille de l'hôtel et des installations j'imagine la queue au restaurant et la difficulté à trouver une place en bord de l'unique piscine en pleine saison

Una maravilla, sensacional y fabuloso
Pasamos una semana en octubre y quedamos encantados por el hotel y sus servicios. Nos fuimos con pena porque nuestra intención era conocer Sicilia y pasamos la mayor parte de la semana fuera del hotel excepto un día que nos lo tomamos a relax y lo disfrutamos a tope.
Sólo teníamos contratado el desayuno, pero como el resto de comidas sean de igual cantidad y sobretodo calidad tiene que ser espectacular, porque el desayuno era impresionante la variedad y la buena calidad de los productos que tenían, nos encantó.
La zona en la que está ubicado el hotel es una pasada, muy bonita, tiene mucho terreno,oradores al lado del acantilado, camino que baja hasta el mar, otro al otro lado que baja a la playa donde tienes otro bar y tumbonas con sombrillas, una piscina con toboganes para niños y la piscina principal en el centro del hotel también muy bonita.
La habitación muy limpia, bonita y espaciosa, sí echamos de menos algunos armarios o cajones más para guardar la ropa y el equipaje, en una habitación tan grande se podrían haber puesto muebles más prácticos.
Es una maravilla de hotel y nos fuimos con pena por no haberlo aprovechado mejor al irnos a conocer la isla, pero muy contentos y felices de haberlo conocido

Un paraiso
Un gran descubrimiento en un precioso rincón de Sicilia.

4* Resort che merita 5 *****
Das Resort ist FENOMENAL.
Eine unfassbar tolle Anlage. Sehr gepflegt und für uns jeden Cent wert.
Klar ist alles etwas teuer als wo anders aber das Resort ist auch eher im 5* Bereich und mit 4* sogar zu niedrig angesetzt.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Blick aufs meer.
Und nur Frühstück gebucht.
Unser 2 Jahre alter Sohn durfte mittags kostenfrei vom mittagspuffet essen. Das fanden wir wirklich sehr toll und entgegenkommend.

Als negativ empfinde ich nur das Buffet dass sehr wie eine Mensa wirkt aber das Essen dennoch sehr lecker und vielfältig-es ist für jeden was dabei. Dass die Menschen sich aufs buffet stürzen kann das Resort nicht viel dafür würde ich sagen :)

Es gibt super Ausweichmöglichkeiten.

Auch dass man für das Wechseln der Strandhandtücher 5€ zahlen muss find ich nicht so gut.

Ich habe eine mega tolle Massage gehabt mit Dorotea e Francesco von Almacalma.
Die erste Massage die wirklich was gebracht hat und ich keine Kopfschmerzen am nächsten Tag hatte.

Toller Urlaub auf Sizilien
Wir haben hier zu dritt einen fantastischen Urlaub erlebt.

Hoch oben auf einer Klippe gelegen, mit fantastischem Ausblick aufs Meer von unserem Zimmer und allen Restaurants.

Zimmer klein, aber sauber.

Essen - Frühstück und Al Grano Pizzeria super !
Die Anlage ist riesig, mit Clubfeeling, dem man aber entgehen kann.
Personal freundlich, man sollte halt zwei, drei Worte italienisch lernen und dann sind alle auch sehr offen und liebenswert.

Tip : bucht euch Stunden bei Davide für Tennis oder Padel !!! Das lohnt sich, er ist ein wirklich guter Trainer.

Wir kommen wieder, wir fanden es toll !!!

Zimmer nicht wie online abgebildet.
Deluxe Triple mit Meerblick gebucht, (fast teuerste Kategorie) bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer direkt beim Theater mit Beschallung bis 24 Uhr.

In Pre Season perfekt
In pre Season Zeit besucht, daher sehr ruhig und kaum Gäste, was für uns perfekt war. Restaursnt wsr leider erst das Buffetrestaursnt offen, was wir nicht wussten und wemches ok, aber nicht herausragend war. Zimmer sehr gut.
