  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Best wedding destination in Hyderabad
Stayed with 80 guests for 2 days as part of my daughter wedding. The service quality is stunning, gorment food, thanks to green park for making my event a successful one.Staff were good, well dressed and mannered, felt like my home.next event would consider this place only.

SUMITH el chico de la sonrisa de recepción!.
Súper majos, y amables, el recepcionista Sumith un gran chico.
El único pero EL PICANTE de la comida india, pero nos hacían huevos fritos con patatas.

Se agradecía la cerveza en la nevera de la habitación, en resumen, todo el personal atento y con una sonrisa, desde el primero al último.

Good lokal stay
Netzes lokales Hotel. Freundliches Personal, Zimmer ok. Sauberkeit nach lokalen Kriterien sehr gut. Griffkanten werden halt nicht gesehen und gewischt, kann man aber mit leben. Keine Meetingäume aber ein gutes outdoor Café, was in Zeiten von Post Corona mir eh lieber war .

La prima volta che sono stato in quest hotel e oltre 15 anni fa quando è stato aperto. Da allora l’hotel è sempre stato tenuto in maniera eccellente. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite. Il personale molto gentile e professionale, Wi-Fi gratuito con una buona connessione tv con molti canali anche internazionali servizio lavanderia ottimo colazione molto buona. Complimenti allo staff per come mandano avanti questo hotel

Buen hotel pero no tan buena ubicación
El hotel en general está muy bien para los estándares de India. Tiene buenas instalaciones, la comida está muy buena, el servicio es bueno. Quizá un poco caro para lo que ofrecen, pero en general tuvimos una estancia agradable.

Begumpet project
Personnel très affable et aux petits soins. Les Buffets sont copieux et goûteux. La proximité de l'aéroport de begumpet etait parfait pour moi. Le restaurant asiatique de l'hôtel voisin est aussi très bien.

Petite chambre, petite prestation …. RIP-OFF !!
Les chambres sont petites, équipement est désuet, le chauffeur de l’hôtel s’arrête sur l’outouroute pour vous demander un extra-charge !!

Angenehmes Hotel
Ein angenehmes Hotel, relativ Zentral in der Stadt gelegen.
Hotelzimmer sind Nichtraucherzimmer.
Es gib jedoch für Raucher auf dem Hotelglände keine Möglichkeit sich gemütlich hinzusetzen.
Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und durchorganisiert.

Buen hotel cuando vas de Trabajo!!!
Muy buen hotel ,limpio, la atención del staff es muy buena y siempre con una buena actitud, la comida es buena, también la ubicación es muy céntrica, hay centros comerciales a menos de 10 minutos. Este hotel es muy recomendable cuando se viaja de trabajo!!!

Das Hotel ist 3-4 Sterne wert. Sauber aber keine besondere Austattung. WLAN funktioniert und es gibt Byriani zu essen. Essen ist gut. Fuer Dienstreisen uber das Wochenende hat das Hotel nicht viel zu bieten. Kein Pool keine grosse Moeglichkeit um ein wenig aus dem. Hotel rauszukommen. Alle Angestellte sind sehr freundlich. Service funktioniert sehr gut.

L'Hotel era molto buono. La posizione è molto vicino ai luoghi in cui fare shopping. Quasi al centro della città. Le ampie varietà di cibo(ofcourse saporito di quelli) sono disponibili a un prezzo decente. L'ospitalità è al suo meglio. Considera il cliente molto bene. Il cibo era buono. Ampia varietà. Tutti i tipi di cibo che un Indiano Sud sarebbe ritagliare per .........

Una buenísima relación costo-valor por el precio
He viajado por la India por razones de trabajo y mis compañeros me recomendaron este hotel. La relación entre costo y valor fue muy buena y los alojamientos decentes. Es, más o menos, el equivalente a un buen Holiday Inn Express, es decir, básico, limpio y con un par de agradables sorpresas. En este hotel, me dieron un almuerzo bufé gratis y me regalaron unos bonitos bolígrafos.

Mucha mejor relación costo-valor por el precio que en el Vicroy
La relación entre costo y valor supera a la que encontré en el Vicroy, además no había obras de construcción como en el Vicroy. Creo que 126 euros por una habitación de negocios es un precio razonable. El salón de negocios es básico pero "the Happy Hour" (La Hora Feliz) resulta agradable. Los restaurantes están bien y las habitaciones son básicas pero limpias. Los tentempiés del minibar están incluidos en el precio.
