  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

Schönes familienfreundliches Hotel an guter Lage in Lissabon
Sehr familienfreundliches Hotel. Zimmer grosszügig und sauber.
Babysitterin sehr freundlich, hat einwandfrei geklappt, obwohl unser Sohn schwierig in andere Hände zu geben ist.
Kidsclub wunderschön eingerichtet.
Einzig das Frühstück Preis/Leistung etwas zu teuer, der Kaffee in benachbarten Cafés deutlich besser.
Personal sonst auch hilfsbereit und freundlich. Lage top.
Würden wieder buchen.

Amazing stay with kids
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough for those traveling with kids. Between the kids club and evening babysitting services, my husband and I actually got to enjoy some couple time in Lisbon. It was a revelation. The staff was friendly, professional, and flexible. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

Excellent Property and Experience at the Martinhal Lisbon Chiado Family Suites
We took a family trip to Portugal and while Martinhal Lisbon Chiado came highly recommended to us, it really exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, the rooms were wonderful, the staff were very helpful, the kids areas were great for play, and we just overall had an excellent 2 day stay in the heart of Lisbon. We would definitely love to return one day and would highly recommend this property to others.

Wonderful family friendly apartment
We spent 3 nights in a one bed apt. It was spacious and clean with everything we needed although the bathroom was a little snug. Location was great- in the heart of Lisbon. Windows had shutters to block out street noise. The staff were welcoming. We didn’t get much chance to use kids club but staff were friendly. It is pricy but worth it. Would stay again

Highly recommended
Great 1 week stay with 2 small children. Superb location and fantastic facilities. Fully stocked kitchen. Spacious 1 bed apartment. Kids club was fantastic including the evening pyjama club. Highly recommend. Didn't use the restaurant at the hotel so can't comment.

Hotel très bien situé pour visite Lisbonne
Chambre spacieuse avec une très bonne literie.
Le personnel est au petit soin pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible.

Estupendo sitio recomendable para familias
Han pensado en todos los detalles para garantizar una estancia agradable para toda la familia, en vuestro caso con 3 niños de entre 2 y 7 años. Servicio excelente, instalaciones muy nuevas y estética preciosa. El Kids Club es fantástico, con muchas actividades y cuidadoras atentas y preparadas.

Excellent service et staff

Tres bonne expérience!
L hotel est tres bien placé en plein centre ville mais au calme.
Les logements sont spacieux et bien aménagés.

Lisbonne découverte !
Très bel hôtel idéalement situé avec un personnel accueillant et serviable.
Petit déjeuner avec produits frais et copieux.
Le mobilier de salle de bain mériterait un peu d entretien.

Super !
Très bel hôtel décoré avec goût. Nous avions fait la réservation sur internet et à notre arrivée nous avons eu la bonne surprise d’être surclassé dans un appartement immense ! Lit de 180x200, grand salon, chambre avec lits superposés, cuisine attenante avec tout l’électroménager nécessaire. Personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec produits de qualité, varié, jus de fruits frais. Un vrai plaisir !
Nous avons été étonnés de la tranquillité, aucun bruit à notre étage ni provenant de l’extérieur.

Bestes Familienhotel im Herzen der Stadt
Wir waren mit zwei Kindern, 4 und 6, für zwei Nächte hier. Das Zimmer war riesig, die Kinder haben den Kinderclub genossen und wir die zentrale Lage. Im Umkreis von 500m gibt es unzählige Restaurants.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Hotel Familien mit Kindern nur empfehlen!

Zwei Tage Lissabon mit Kindern
Wir waren die ersten zwei Tage unserer Reise nach Portugal in Lissabon und fanden im Martinhal Chiado ein verlängertes Zuhause und eine ideale Basis um die Stadt zu erkunden. Noch besser ist das Hotel für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

Auch ohne Kinder ein phantastischer Ort
Diese Unterkunft liegt zentral und trotzdem ziemlich ruhig. Verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten Lissabons sind relativ schnell zu erreichen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Appartements sind geräumig und bieten alles, was man sich wünscht und vorstellen kann. Falls man das Frühstück im Hotel einnehmen möchte, sollte man dies 24 Stunden im Voraus anmelden. Dann wird aber ein reichhaltiges Buffet angeboten. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett.

So sollte es immer sein....
Vom Empfang über das Frühstück bis zum Zimmer - da stimmt dann einfach das Gesamtpaket. Eigentlich stellt sich mir immer die Frage, warum sich nicht viel mehr Hotels auf Familien mit Kindern einstellen, ist eigentlich gar nicht so schwer. In dem Zimmer - ist ja eine kleine Wohnung - fühlt man sich so wohl, dass man eigentlich auch gerne nur drin bleiben mag. Aber Lissabon ist dann doch zu schön. Viele Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso die Tram. Also alles bestens. - und weil unser Flug sehr früh ging, wurde für die Kinder extra ein Frühstückskorb gepackt. Danke

El hotel genial, para los niños y mayores, servicio de todo el personal extraordinario. Hotel céntrico, habitaciones inmejorables con todo lujo de detalles. Personal muy atento, y el peque ha disfrutado en las zonas infantiles.

Ultimo dell'anno a Lisbona
Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo hotel le camere sono dei mini appartamenti con cucina attrezzata per soggiorni lunghi o per persone che preferiscono mangiare in camera. Molto indicato per famiglie con spazi adibiti per bambini. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Posizione strategica, attenzione al cliente, servizio migliorabile.
Soggiornato per tre giorni in occasione del Websummit 2017. Posizione strategica, a pochissima distanza da due fermate della metropolitana e a cento metri dal mercato TimeOut di Lisbona, da non perdere assolutamente se siete come me appassionati di cibo.
Il mio monolocale è molto confortevole, pulito, ordinato. Servizio di reception ottimo. Per arrivare alla valutazione di "Eccellente" dovrebbero migliorare il servizio: in tre giorni, nonostante io abbia terminato il bagno schiuma, non è mai stato sostituito.
Prezzo leggermente elevato (180Euro a notte) in linea però con la qualità, la posizione e il periodo dell'evento Websumit in città.
Grazie mille per aver dedicato del tempo a recensire Martinhal Chiado su TripAdvisor. È stato un piacere enorme averti con noi e sono lieto di leggere che hai un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole.
