Ottima struttura, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia dell'hotel (molto tranquilla e pulita), camere molto pulite, il ristorante si è dimostrato all'altezza con piatti locali e cucina internazionale molto curata, molto bella e con acqua pulitissima la piscina. Un particolare apprezzamento va a tutto il personale che si è dimostrato particolarmente sollecito ed efficiente nel rendere questa vacanza indimenticabile.

Eigentlich eine nette Anlage, aber leider mit einigen Maengeln. Mein Zimmer war recht klein. Im Bad hatte man kaum Bewegungsfreiheit. Auch der Blick aufs Meer war nur eingeschränkt. Zudem musste man zum Frühstück und Abendessen ins benachbarte Waves pilgern. Ansonsten: Bett gut, Wifi ok, Personal freundlich, Abendessen Buefett gut, Frühstück mittelmäßig.

Nous y avons passé 3 nuits dans une chambre "bungalow " .Grande chambre (avec terrasse partagée avec 3 autres chambres) relativement propre mais vieillote qui aurait besoin d être restaurée ( murs abîmés, clous dans le parquet ,Sdb pas de première fraîcheur). A l extérieur beaux jardins très bien entrenus et belle piscine .Repas buffet plus que moyen .Par contre ,le personnel est très souriant et prevenant

unser 2.ter Besuch in diesem Jahr im Februar (1.ter 2015) war sehr erfreulich. Das Essen empfanden wir als besser, die Zimmer waren mindestens genauso gepflegt und in gutem Zustand und die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und liebevoll mit unzähligen Blumen bzw. Blumentöpfen dekoriert. Auch die Bemühungen zwecks Moskitobekämpfung in der Dämmerung vor unserem Cottage, da es vor dem Eingang sehr dunkel und stickig war, schwirrten dort unzählige Moskitos umher- sehr aufmerksam und nett! Danke, wir haben bereits weiter empfohlen!

Ho soggiornato solo per una notte in questo splendido hotel che onora l'incantevole città di Puri. La catena Myfair , per quello che ho visto, ha tutti ottimi alberghi. Anche quello di Puri si presenta benissimo all'esterno, e nelle parti comuni. Le stanze sono spaziosissime, pulite e in linea e con le migliori tradizioni degli alberghi indiani di un certo livello. Non mi soffermo sui particolari perché mi sono apparsi tutti di alto livello. Il Wi-Fi è ovviamente presente (e purtroppo come un po' dappertutto in questa regione è un po' debole) Ottima la cena e la prima colazione. E' un albergo che consiglio vivamente

Ich war in diesem Hotel Mitte November mit meiner Familie. Es ist schon klar, dass man nicht allzu große Hoffnungen auf Qualität und Comfort machen darf, besonders hier (trotzdem für Stolze Preise von 10-12K€ erwartet man von allem definitiv mehr). Im Großen und ganzen war alles OK. Besonders gut war das Essen (wir hatten Halbpension). Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, nur am Empfang haben die Servicekräfte überheblich gewirkt. Da es tatsächlich keine andere wirkliche Alternative in Puri vorhanden ist, war es schon OK.

Für 3 Nächte waren wir im Mayfair Heritage. Zunächst muss erwähnt werden, hier in Puri darf man keinen allzu grßen Luxus erwarten. Das Hotel ist überdurschnittlich gut, vor allem wenn man es mit anderen Hotels im ort vergleicht. Die Homepage des Hotels ist nicht wirklich real. Es werden Zimmer gezeigt, die es nicht gibt! Beim einchecken fragte ich nach den Zimmern mit dem schönen fourposter bed, die konnte man mir leider nicht zeigen, weil es sie nicht gab! Das Mobilar der Zimmer ist veraltet, aber o.k. Zimmer und Gesamtanlage sind sehr gepflegt, das Essen a la carte sehr gut, wirklich echte indische Küche! Nun möchte ich dem Management des Hotels nur empfehlen, die Fotos der nicht vorhandenen Zimmer auf der Homepage zu löschen. Dann wird es auch in Zukunft keine Enttäuschungen geben!

Puri est une ville passionnante et sa plage est l'une des plus pittoresque que l'on puisse trouver en Inde. L'hôtel Mayfair est installé au bord de la plage dans une partie très calme de la ville. De petits bungalows très confortable sont disposés dans un grand jardin avec une piscine. Le jardin possède une sortie directe sur la grande plage, à peu près à mi chemin du village de pêcheurs (15 min à pieds sur le sable) et de la partie la plus proche du centre ville et du temple de Jagannath, peuplée d'attractions foraines, de jeunes mariés en voyage de noce, de familles bourgeoises de Calcutta qui viennent à Puri en séjour balnéaire, de marchands de nourriture, de pèlerins et de vendeurs de souvenirs religieux (s'y promener en début de soirée).

La nourriture est très bonne, mais pas au niveau exceptionnel de celle que l'on sert dans les deux restaurants indiens de l'hôtel Mayfair de Bhubaneswar.

Wer während (s)einer Indien-Reise auch auf Meer & Strand im (eher nördlichen) Osten nicht verzichten will und sich dazu sehr viel Ruhe und auch ein klein wenig Luxus gönnen möchte, der ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Perfekter, unaufdringlicher Service; freundliches & nettes Personal und das alles in einer sehr gepflegten, aber zum Glück nicht protzigen Anlage, die sich durchaus "indischen Charme" erhalten hat, sorgen für angenehm entspannte Tage. Ob zum Frühstück oder am Abend, das Essen ist allzeit Spitze und das Ambiente angenehm.
Wer ein Mal hier war, will auch wieder her ...
Einziger Kritikpunkt: Wer im Internet Packages anbietet und mit einem "Book now!"-Button versieht, sollte diese auch tatsächlich buchbar machen.
