lugar hermoso en aldea zama, estancia estupenda
Tuvimos una excelente estadía en Watal, estuvimos en un apartamento de una habitación, en el primer piso, la cocina estaba equipada, el espacio muy amplio, la decoración muy linda, todo igual a las fotos, teníamos una terraza con piscina privada y sillas al igual que el acceso a la piscina común. La atención de todos fue estupenda y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos, especialmente Jazmín fué muy atenta y amable. Es ideal que justo enfrente está un lugar de alquiler de motos y una estación de taxis al igual que el hotel Copal con 2 restaurante estupendos y rooftop. Justo al lado está un cenote rústico también muy lindo vale la pena ir a verlo.

Birthday Vacation
Stayed at the Watal for a week, and the whole experience in Tulum was lovely. On my first day I met Mila, one of the directors. She was very nice and made me feel like I was at home. She told me about all the tours and packages they offered. They even have a cousin resort across the street where you can dine in and eat at 2 restaurants without driving to town. The view from room was awesome and it was very clean! I would stay here again if I could. It was definitely a vibe.

Très bel appartement
L’appartement était magnifique, tout était très propre et bien équipé. Le roof top était incroyable! En revanche nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes concernant le fait que le personnel se permettait d’entrer dans notre location à plusieurs reprises, malgré la pancarte qui leur demandait de ne pas le faire (cela n’était d’ailleurs pas pour faire le ménage). De plus, nous nous sommes retrouvées confuses lorsqu’ils ont décidé de complètement verrouiller une de nos chambres avec nos affaires personnelles dedans sous prétexte que cette chambre pouvait parfois se louer à part (porte donnant sur l’extérieur et une autre sur l’intérieur). Nous n’avons donc pas compris, puisqu’ils était logique que la chambre fasse partie de notre logement, car en dehors du fait que cela était précisé dans notre réservation, elle était déjà occupée avec nos affaires et ouverte sur notre appartement.
Le personnel n’a trouvé aucun explication valable à nous donner pour ces allers retours dans notre logement…

Lindo hotel
Lindisimo hotel y muchas comodidades. Restaurantes que están al cruzar la calle son muy ricos y valen la pena.

An exceptional experience
This is my second time visiting Watal and I will always come back to this wonderful place. Staff is very attentive and the calmness of the place is beyond inviting. 10/10 I definitely recommend, rooms are filled with natural light and their luxury penthouses have a private pool which is one of my favorite features. Thank you for making each trip so wonderful. See you when I come back to the wonderful Watal in my dear Tulum that I love!
