When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). An incredible hotel! The employees are super kind, the food is incredible, every day the employees left us a surprise in the room (something sweet, flowers, everything is free at the beach, etc. and one of the things I liked the most were the evening activities (karaoke , live music, entertainers for children and much more)

Fantastic Hotel. Food options were superb. Entertainment all day and night and staff were so helpful. Many thanks especially to Arianna, who took time out every day to chat despite us only looking at the keep fit and not indulging, but the team led by Eyup are wonderful

Mega in Everyway!
Bang for buck the best UAI we have stayed in.
We loved our stay at Megasaray West Beach, have no hesitation in recommending it and plan to visit again next year.
This was our first time to Turkey and we were really impressed by the Turkish hospitality and also how nice Antalya is as a holiday destination.
We travelled as a large family (12 members, across 3 generations).
We arrived late and check in was straightforward, the hotel is 30 mins drive from the airport.
Check-in in staff were pleasant. The hotel building, grounds and rooms are kept really clean. The rooms look better than what they do in the pictures and our sea view was perfect.
The rooms are spacious, well appointed, cleaned regularly and have everything you could ask for.
We love the 80's Miami vibe and the bright decor; it gives the hotel character.
The grounds have 2 outdoor pools, and one indoor pool, there were always enough sun loungers, the hotel supplies beach towels.
There is a gym, sauna, steam room and hammam.
The hotel is opposite Konyaalti beach (lots of beach clubs), which is clean and safe. The old town is 15-20 mins drive away (taxi stand opposite the hotel).
The entertainment team were enthusiastic and fun, and managed to get everyone involved.
There is a 24/7 bar with international spirits and drinks including Campari, Glenlivet, Bailey's, you really cannot want for anything, not once did we have to pay for anything as an extra.
The food is easily the best we have had at an AI, we stayed for a week and did not tire of the variety, grilled meats, grilled seafood, a great selection of vegetarian food, lots of different salads, cakes, pastries, breads, pide, pizzas and everything was fresh.
Bottled water readily available, there is an in door pâtisserie with freshly made pastries, cakes, and cookies.
A 12pm to 6pm food court in addition to the restaurant which served, pasta, pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, Mexican, jacket potatoes, churros and ice cream.
The restaurant even had a late night sitting (midnight to 01:30).
The hotel also has it's own beach club 10 mins walk away, there is a small minibus that can take you there, and everything at the beach club is included.
All the staff were excellent, yes one or two staff may have been a bit grumpy, but all in all we found the staff really helpful and pleasant.
The restaurant staff worked super hard to replenish everything, and the ladies who cooked omelettes in the morning were always smiling, a big thank you to our waiter Onur who again was always smiling and helpful.
The staff are an asset to the hotel.
All in all the Megasaray West Beach is Mega in everyway, we travelled in late May and Early June and it exceeded our expectations,
The hotel did not feel busy at all and we always managed to get tables outside and inside.
I hope this stays a 'hidden gem' but that would be unfair on the owners and staff, as they deserve recognition for what is a fantastic ultra-inclusive hotel.
At the time of writing this is the 3rd best hotel out of 419 hotels in Antalya, over a 1000 reviews rating all aspects 5 star, well deserved, I really hope they do not change anything, and they can keep doing what they are doing for the price they are doing it.
I would highly recommend Megasaray West Beach, we can't wait to visit again to add to the memories we made and thank you for an amazing holiday.
