    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.

Blingy hotel with modest catering
The bedroom offered style over substance with the bathrooms being open plan .. so challenging when sharing a room... face mirror falling off wall, wash basin waste partially blocked and one bedside light not working. Food was OK and well done to staff for dressing up for Halloween!! However breakfasts challenged to cope with demand.

Night in hell
Just had a cold shower and can not sleep because of a noise coming from the bathroom. There is no mantenence at the hotel at night and no other room available. I will have to stay awake the whole night to see if they can fix it in the morning.
The guy from reception just said he is sorry but there is nothing he can do.
Tomorrow morning i have to work without sleep and no hot shower in a 5 star hotel.

Siempre un acierto
Para mi este hotel es sinónimo de relax, en verano la piscina exterior….en invierno el spa…un sitio tranquilo para hacer una escapadita y desconectar. La habitacion sin ningun ruido, la cama muy cómoda. Bien ubicado, a 7 min en coche del centro histórico, y a 5 min del centro comercial BragaParque con un monton de opciones para comer. El desayuno de los mejores que he probado, hasta con una maquina automática de hacer pancakes. El personal de cocina y comedor encantador, muy amables, una mencion especial para Joana y su equipo de recepcion, nos tratan siempre de maravilla. Lo unico que no me gusta es tenerme que ir!

Bel hotel Moderne a 8mn du centre en voiture.

Grifos y vistas para la basura
Los grifos de las habitaciones son molestos quieren ser de diseño y no cumplen la función normal , son como una fuente,
El cerebrito que puso ese grifo tipo fuente , no sabe para que sirve un bidet seguro que cree que es para lavarse los pies. Encargamos dos días y vamos a ir la decisión. A ver si podemos irnos a estar solo un día es que ya hemos pagado a ver si son tan como los grifos que no nos devuelven el dinero

Celebración 25 aniversario.
Ha sido la mejor elección que hemos podido hacer para celebrar nuestro 25 aniversario. El trato ha sido excelente, y tenemos que mencionar en especial a Cristina y a todo el equipo de recepción. Nos han hecho sentir muy bien acogidos, con los detalles inesperados que han puesto en la habitación... UNA GRAN SORPRESA !!!
El resto de las instalaciones son fabulosas: el desayhuno, la piscina, el gimnasio, etc.
Nos ha encantado, volveremos.

Meliá has good facilities and friendly staff, but it is not a hotel I will visit again.

The indoor pool and steam room are reserved for premium customers. Standard room guests must pay €10 daily to access these amenities and purchase a swimming cap if they do not have one. However, the gym is available for all guests.

Lunch and dinner cost €19.99 and €39.99 per meal, respectively. While there is a decent selection of cold food, it rarely changes and is not worth the €39.99 price, which does not include drinks. The pricing is attributed to the meat and fish options. However, the fish was tough and not tasty. On days with just one meat and one fish option, the cost is €19.99; on days with two of each, it is €39.99.

The rooms are a decent size, but there is no physical barrier between the room and the bathroom, only a curtain.

If you do not plan to use the restaurant for lunch and dinner or the pool and steam room, this hotel may be suitable. Otherwise, consider another option.

It is about a 15-minute walk to the Braga Parque shopping mall.

Une expérience bien décevante
Bel hotel ,
une direction en dessous de tout
Nous avons séjourné trois nuits étions logés dans une suite spacieuse totalement impersonnelle pas une gravure sur les murs pas unarrivé a 13h nous avons attendu dans le hall 15h30 pour avoir la chambre
Le deuxième jour 18h 30 la chambre pas faites
Le soir nous avons diné il n’y avait qu’un buffet à quarante €
Toute la partie entrée était infecte Accra, beignets et choses normalement chaudes sortaient du frigo, j’ai tout laissé
Les plats je n’ai réussi à n’avoir qu’un plat de pâtes
Le troisième jour le ménage n’a pas été effectué du tout lit pas fait salle de bain sale
Les bouteilles d’eau non renouvelés
Personne pour s’occuper des baggages.
J’étais resté sur une bonne impression de la chaîne Mellia mais la pour un établissement qui affiche cinq étoiles c’est vraiment se « foutre » du monde

L'hôtel dispose bien d'un bagagiste mais il serait certainement en train de s´occuper d'autres clients lors de votre arrivée. Nous sommes également désolés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié le buffet. En ce qui concerne le nettoyage, il est généralement effectué tous les jours sauf lorsqu'il y a un panneau "ne pas déranger".
Nous espérons vous recevoir à nouveau de façon à ce que vous puissiez profiter pleinement de la qualité de nos services.

Hotel chulisimo encantador
Realmente un hotel muy bonito,la recepción es algo increíble y enorme.estuvimos cuatro noches la verdad todo el personal nos trató de maravilla con ganas de tener unos días libres y poder volver iré cuando haga un poco más de calor pero super recomendable

Nearly perfect
A modern, well appointed hotel with great staff! Breakfast was fantastic! My only criticism regards the evening, buffet, with confusing prices. The cost was advertised in the elevators, but when you got to the restaurant, it was a different cost usually more expensive. Very confusing for clients. A further minor point was that tea and coffee was not replenished each day, which was a little frustrating for a five star hotel.

Regarding the prices in the lifts, we apologise as the prices that were still displayed were for the lunch buffet, which price is lower than the dinner buffet. The fact that they weren't removed and replaced with the dinner prices led to confusion. Coffee and tea are usually replenished in the rooms, but if this happens by mistake, we ask our guests to request it and it will be placed in the room immediately.

Hôtel correct mais ne correspond pas à un 5 étoiles
Hôtel sympa, mais ne correspond pas à un 5 étoiles. Les prestations proposées ne sont pas à la hauteur des standing habituels. La chambre avait de nombreux défauts et etait vieillissante.Plutôt déçu pour ma part, je ne recommande pas cet hotel Chambre 322

Melia - pas un 5 étoiles !
Hôtel correct mais loin d’être un 5⭐️
Gros manque d’info pour les accès au spa ou au resto (attention il faut réserver)
Hôtel propre et literie nickel !
Resto : un buffet à 28€ le soir c’est franchement décevant surtout quand on connaît les bons resto du nord et le prix plus qu’abordable !
Le Spa : rien d’extraordinaire … installations qui ne sont pas la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles ! Attention il faut payer pour accéder à la piscine intérieure et il faut un bonnet de bain
Si vous voulez vous relaxer et du coocooning avec votre moitié ce n’est pas l’endroit qu’il vous faut !
Piscine extérieure extra fraîche … mais bon c’est semble t’il une habitude au Portugal …
Les lits de relaxation sont payants (30€!!!!) dehors …
Bref trop cher pour les prestations fournies

5 Sterne mit Schwächen
5 Sterne Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen.
Sehr familienfreundliches Hotel, für Paare ist der Pool eher ungeeignet. Der Pool ist fest in Händen von Kindern.
Frühstück zu Corona Zeiten ist zwar gut geplant, allerdings schlecht verwirklicht. Man soll seine Frühstückszeit am Vortag mitteilen allerdings ist dann zum Frühstück Chaos angesagt. Da man jeden Gast zum frühstücken lässt, egal wann er kommt.
Das Abendessen wird als Buffet angeboten, am 05.08.20 immerhin für 24,90 Euro.
Dafür gab es eine sehr gute und große Auswahl an Vorspeisen, 4 verschiedene Hauptgerichte (sowie die Möglichkeit auf die Speisekarte zurückzugreifen). Dessert gab es ebenfalls eine gute Auswahl.
Beim Hauptgerichten gab es dann das Problem das die Speisen kalt waren.
Ich habe den Kellner darauf hingewiesen darauf hin wurden die Behälter geschlossen.
Eine Entschuldigung habe ich nicht erhalten. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel hatte ich auf eine andere Reaktion gehofft.
Im Anschluss noch ein kurzer Besuch in der Bar, ich hatte ein Gin Tonic bestellt, war ein Fehler, auf der Getränkekarte wurde Gin Fizz angeboten.
Ich kannte bisher keinen Unterschied, jetzt kenn ich ihn. Der Gin Fizz kostet 8.- Euro, bei Gin Tonic wird der Gin (13.- Euro) sowie der Tonic separat abgerechnet.
Nur so lernt man richtig zu bestellen.
Nach der Bar ging es aufs Zimmer (sehr große Zimmer, schönes Bad), leider hatte ich Zimmer 708.
Jeder Lift der auf der Etage hält, ist vom Zimmer gut zuhören.
Nachts und am frühen Morgen ist das leider sehr störend.
Auf deutsche Gäste ist das Hotel leider nicht eingestellt, dass es keine Speisekarte auf Deutsch gibt, keine Angestellten gibt die Deutsch sprechen darauf kann man sich einstellen, mit Englisch kommt man weiter.
Das Fernsehprogramm wird in diversen Sprachen angeboten, in Deutsch leider nicht (auch nicht auf Nachfrage).

Ottimo hotel
Un hotel imponente e moderno alle porte di braga.
Colazione molto abbondante e di alta qualità.
Letto e cuscino molto comodo.
Non ho provato la SPA per mancanza di tempo e nemmeno il ristorante.
Parcheggio privato interno o libero esterno (gratis)

Buono
Sono stata in questo hotel consigliata da persone del posto, in quanto dotato di tutti I servizi e accessibile anche per disabili. In effetti l'hotel è molto carino, terrazza piacevole e ogni genere di confort (SPA, piscina ecc). Colazione impeccabile. La posizione non è delle migliori in quanto non c'è assolutamente niente nei dintorni e bisogna muoversi con la macchina.

Klassisches Businesshotel
Das Hotel bietet alles, was man erwartet. Modern gestaltete Zimmer, schnelles WLAN und aufmerksames Personal. Die Getränkepreise an der Bar sind recht ambitioniert, liegt aber wahrscheinlich am hier vorzugsweise absteigenden Businesspublikum.

Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, Großes Frühstücksbüffet.

Spa würde leider nicht genutzt.

Splendido hotel
Hotel moderno con tutti i confort: piscina, spa, palestra, ristorante. Camere belle, moderne e pulitissime. È fuori città, quindi è necessario muoversi in auto. C'è parcheggio chiuso a pagamento, ma anche esterno e gratuito.

Bella struttura non lontana dal centro città
Hotel comodo, moderno e ben gestito. Si trova a circa 2/3 Km dal centro città possiede dei posti macchina esterni gratuiti e wifi aperto ai clienti dell'albergo. La colazione e la cena sono stati all'altezza della fama dell'albergo. Per cena e pranzo esiste la possibilità di mangiare con la formula buffet (che consiglio per il rapporto quantità/prezzo) che alla carta. Cibi di buona qualità e ben cucinati. Le camere molto moderne sono risultate comode e ricche di servizi.Il personale è stato cordiale e professionale. Dimenticavo di segnalare gli spazi all'aperto con piscina e prati verdi che soddisfano la voglia di sole e aria dei clienti.

Mehr Schein als sein ...
Also ja ich schon wieder und diesmal aus Braga .. Hotel ist soweit ok , jedoch eins vorweg.. nicht top , denn Fernseher ging nicht , viele kleine Details sind nicht in Ordnung.. dir Bedieneinheit des Fahrstuhl im EG lose, Wasser im Pool Arsch kalt , Sauna nicht super sauber .... aber es gibt auch viele Sachen die il sind , Zimmer groß , viele Parkplätze ohne Kosten, Frühstück ok aber kein frischer O Saft ... also kurz um ok aber kein Muss zumal das Zentrum doch 10min mit dem Auto entfernt ist ...

Sehr gutes standard Businesshotel
Es befindet sich etwas weit weg von Stadtzentrum, daher ist der Auswahl von Restaurants in walking distance sehr begrenzt. Sehr modern, sauber, die Zimmer sind modisch gestaltet. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und in Sommer kann mann bestimmt das sehr grosse Freibad mit Wiese sehr geniessen.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für das Erkunden Nordportugals
Ein schönes Meliá-Hotel, etwas außerhalb von der Altstadt von Braga. Gutes Restaurant. Insgesamt vor allem ein Businesshotel.

Lage:
Etwas außerhalb vom Stadtkern von Braga. Die Altstadt ist eher nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen mit vielen Parkplätzen vor dem Hotel und in der Hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Braga ist eine wunderschöne, historische Stadt und auch Porto ist mit dem Auto in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Erkundung vom Norden Portugals.

Zimmer:
Sehr schön designte Zimmer. An einigen Stellen hat man allerdings den Eindruck: Function follows Design. Beispiel hierfür eine Glasschiebe-Tür, die entweder die Dusche verschließt ODER die Toilette.
Aber von vielen Zimmern hat man eine fantastische Aussicht, besonders wenn man ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen des 12-geschossigen Gebäudes bekommt. Oben sind Premium-Zimmer, die sich allerdings eigentlich nur von den normalen Zimmern dadurch unterscheiden, dass die Benutzung des Wellness-Bereichs inklusive ist und ein Wasserkocher für Tee auf dem Zimmer ist. Eine eigene Kaffeemaschine wäre wünschenswert, ist aber nicht vorhanden.
Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Service:
Sehr nettes Personal vor allem an der Bar, an der Rezeption und im Restaurant beim Abendessen. Besonders im Restaurant waren die perfekt geschulten Kellner auffällig. Beim Frühstück wirkte das Personal manchmal weniger aufmerksam.

Gastronomie:
Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant "El Olivo" war sehr gut. Frühstück war auch sehr abwechselungsreich, wie man es von Meliá gewohnt ist. Etwas schade sind die vielen LED-Kerzen, die echte Kerzen ersetzen, aber dann auch noch nicht mal angeschaltet sind. Dadurch ist die Atmosphäre im Restaurant etwas kühl.

Wellness/Sportangebot:
Da wir Ende November im Hotel waren, hatte der Außenpool geschlossen. An sich sieht der Außenbereich schön aus, aber das Hotel liegt direkt an einem vielbefahrenen Kreisverkehr und somit ist dort kein wirklicher "Poolurlaub" möglich.
Ein überdurchschnittlich ausgestatteter Sportbereich ist vorhanden, der sich zwar im Untergeschoss des Hotels befindet, aber dennoch mit großen Fenstern und Blicken nach Außen ausgestattet ist.
Der Innenpool ist sauber und schön.
Der Saunabereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön gemacht. Auch hier leider keine echten Kerzen, sondern nur LED Kerzen, die allerdings ebenfalls nicht angeschaltet waren.
Das größte Manko des Wellnessbereichs ist (und darum der Stern Abzug): Es gibt keinen Relax-Raum mit Liegen im Saunabereich. Nur wenn man eine Massage gebucht hat, kann man anschließend in einen Relax-Raum. Wenn man aber nach einem normalen Saunagang noch entspannt etwas lesen möchte, ist das dort nicht möglich. Nur neben dem Innenpool stehen Liegen. Dort ist es allerdings recht ungemütlich hell und laut wegen des Pools.
