The WORST hotel
The worst hotel I’ve tried in Bogotá. I’ve been staying here for 4 days, and I reported an electrical problem. They say they’ll fix it after I leave. Additionally, the reception staff is rude and very unwilling to help, There are hotels with much better service and facilities in the same price range just a few blocks away

Pesímo servicio. Son unos rateros. No tenían dispobilidad y me dejaron esperando media hora en el local. Dos días después cancelaron mi reserva y me cobraron 311.87 por qué según ellos no me presenté a pesar de que admitieron que no tenían habitaciones. Son ladrones deshonestos, nadie puede estar seguro en un establecimiento que se maneje de esta forma. Están intentando quedarse con mi dinero a base de mentiras. Eviten este lugar. El huesped les importa tres cominos...

En el hotel Mercure bh zona financiera nos esforzamos en proporcionar servicios con altos estandares de calidad, nos
caracterizamos por atender a nuestros clientes con la mejor atención y jamás maltratariamos a un huesped o cliente, menos robarle como usted se refiere.

Su reserva fue hecha por Booking.com por 4 noches y nunca recibimos por parte de ellos alguna solictud de cancelacion suya.

Con respecto al cobro como se lo manifesto nuestro Jefe de Recepción, fue dado a que usted tomo la reserva que tiene la política de NO REEMBOLSABLE esta condición aplicaba porque para esa fecha estabamos con alta ocupacion.

En su confirmacion aparece que; Cancelación: " El cliente tendrá que pagar el precio total de la reserva si cancela después de hacer la reserva". Por esta razon se aplico la politica basado en su aceptacion de la condición.

Sentimos enormemente que la experiencia no haya alcanzado sus expectativas y que haya pasado por esta situación. Esperamos poderlos recibir en una proxima oportunidad y los invitamos a que reserven por nuestra pagina web o directamente comunicandose al hotel.

-Confort Habitación: 2/5 la cama y las almohadas son incomodas y se siente el ruido y vibración en la habitación de la carrera séptima.

Horrible experiencia primera y última vez
Pésima atención, solo veníamos por 3 horas, y no había problemas hasta que nos cobraron el IVA, que por supuesto no correspondía porque era una estancia de turismo. Después a Luis y Tatiana de recepción no tuvieron ninguna deferencia a pesar de que soy socio Diamond de AccorHotels, es más solo trato Luis de buscar una solución una vez que le indiqué pondría un reclamo en Tripadvisor pero a Tatiana siempre todo le dio lo mismo.

El cobro del IVA es un impuesto que desde el 1 de Enero de este año empezó a regir en el país, el cual no depende del hotel el cobro o no, si no del sello que le hayan colocado en inmigración a la entrada en el país, lamentamos no haya tenido sello de exento, pero por ley es un cobro que el hotel debe hacer, de lo contrario estaríamos evadiendo impuestos.

Ottima esperienza a Bogotà
Ottima esperienza, in un hotel pulito e funzionale. Gli hotel della catena Mercure sono sempre una garanzia. Buona la colazione.
Anche la zona in cui l'hotel sorge (Chapinero), è molto ben servita e piena di locali per cenare la sera.

Busquen otro hotel!
Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación . Entras al lobby y ni siquiera un buenas tardes en que le puedo ayudar. La habitación es Stand se y en mi caso no funcionaba la cafetera ni secadora de pelo. El desayuno como mucho es básico con una ves mas la cafetera dañada. Cuando hice un reclamo diciendo que es el colmo que no haya café, te contestan que no pueden encender las máquinas que sirven por qué es feriado 🤨
El servicio en general es muy malo, los empleados no son eficientes ni amables. A los extranjeros que no hablan español les gritan como si fueran tontos. Habiendo tanto hotel en Bogota en la zona realmente tuve una pésima experiencia en este hotel

Really terrible Wifi
Really terrible wifi connection. 3MB, and very unstable, you cant use it neither to work or relax. The staff was very hellpfull, but there was nothing They could do. The hotel is in a business zone, só you would expect you could at lesar work with its internet conection. But no.

Mercure prices at ibis standards but excellent staff
The rooms need some care. Shower pressure, what pressure? The water dribbles out of the showers. The curtains also caused problems getting stuck from time to time, meaning we couldn't enjoy our lovely views. In addition the TV is the same as the ones you'd find in a budget hotel, not smart and tiny. Not ideal when you want to relax after a day of exploring. It also doesn't help that the hotel doesn't allow for more than one key per room.

The location however is great. You're walking distance from Zona G, a safe neighbourhood with an abundance of excellent restaurants.

This hotel's saving grace however is a young staff member named Christian! Always greeting each guest with a smile and remembering everyone's name. Christian went above and beyond, I even felt bad going up to him with my complaints which he seemed to have remedy for almost instantly. In fact the same could be said for all the staff.

Room Noise Level/Security Cocerns at night
The owner of this hotel probably needs to invest in better window quality that will block the traffic noise. In two instances out of my 7 day stay, the entrance was accessible but no one was on the desk. Concerning that anybody can just walk in.

DO NOT COME HERE! Bad customer service, poor quality hotel, bad Wi-Fi. Just bad.
DO NOT COME HERE. Terrible experience from start to finish. Booked a room online that included breakfast. When we arrived we paid in full and were informed that breakfast would be an extra $30,000 COP/ Per person/ per night only after we had paid already.

When we explained that our rate included breakfast we were met with confrontation explaining that was not the case even though we showed them the website where it said it was included. It was late at night so we went to bed being they said they would have someone call in the morning to resolve this. After waiting and receiving no phone call we called ourselves. After a 20 minute phone call with the front desk explaining that we booked online and THEIR website says breakfast is included, we were told “our rate was too low” and there was absolutely nothing they were willing to do for us.

Also, the walls are so thin in the rooms that you can hear your neighbors conversations clearly, constant noise from the city, the rooms have terrible Wi-Fi, and the room seems to shake when you close the door. Overall bad customer service, bad Wi-Fi, bad rooms. Avoid at all costs.

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable, efficace et prêt à rendre service à tout moment.
Un seul bémol, les chambres donnant sur l'avenue principale sont bruyantes dès le matin.
Il est préferable peut-ere de demander une chambre vers l'intérieur.

sejour à Bogota
Un accueil excellent par un personnel toujours prévenant et disponible.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. L'hotel est bien situé, à la fois proche du centre sur une grande avenue et assez proche de l'aéroport

Très bien si insonorisé !!
Chambre confortable avec terrasse, bien équipée, sauf lavabo mal conçu, robinet trop éloigné qui oblige à ouvrir l'eau au maximum pour qu'elle ne coule pas à coté, et longue attente pour avoir de l'eau chaude dans la douche. Dommage pour un hôtel engagé dans le développement durable et la limitation de la consommation d'eau.
Très bon petit déjeuner buffet varié. Personnel serviable et emplacement pratique (restaurants et supermarché Carulla à 100 m) et sûr.
Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans cet hôtel et n'avons malheureusement quasiment pas pu dormir une seule nuit complète: réveillés soit vers 2h15 par des clients bruyants rentrant tard, soit vers 6h15 par des clients partant tôt, soit par les femmes de chambre qui prennent leur service vers 6h et en attendant de commencer leur travail bavardent devant notre porte, l'office étant juste à proximité de notre chambre. Un jour de près de 2 cm sous la porte ne peut pas garantir d'isolation phonique !!
Plusieurs jours de suite, comme il est conseillé aux touristes, nous avons demandé à l'hôtel d'appeler un taxi pour nous. Ils appellent en fait des chauffeurs pour touristes, 2 fois plus cher qu'un taxi normal, qui passent toute la durée de la course à essayer de vous convaincre de les prendre pour la journée ou de vous emmener à la cathédrale de sel de Zipaquira située à 70km de Bogota... alors que vous voulez juste rejoindre Candelaria. A partir du 4ème jour, nous sommes allés à la queue de taxis située juste devant le Carulla et avons à chaque fois pris une voiture sans difficulté.

Excellent accueil dans un quartier très sympa, à l'écart de la fureur et du bruit du centro
Bel hôtel, très belle déco style loft new yorkais, équipe très sympa, chambre pas immense mais très belle terrasse vue dégagée
Par contre merci à Trip Advisor d'arrêter de nous forcer à écrire 200 caractères quand tout est dit en 100 !!!

Hotel Mercure situato lungo importante arteria di Bogotá, con frequenti mezzi pubblici.
Camere ampie e ben arredate
Discreta scelta colazione.
Buona funzionalità wifi
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Possibilità di noleggiare biciclette la domenica (avenida carrera 7 rientra nelle strade adibite a ciclovia).
Ottimo personale di reception, sempre disponibile e gentile
