    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Great stay with great staff
Great hotel. Comfortable and well situated. The dining room is good and everyone serving there is friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are well maintained and spotless but some are maybe a little bit warm. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you

Excellent week end
Hotel atypique, sympathique et accueillant. Emplacement idéal, grand parking. Personnel professionnel et disponible. Belle chambre tres propre, excellente literie. Buffet petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Je conseille, allez y sans hésitation.

Grande déception et très mauvais souvenir
Comment cet hôtel a-t-il pu obtenir 4 étoiles ? Le nombre d’étoiles d’un hébergement de tourisme signifie beaucoup pour les clients. Les clients qui posent le pied dans un hôtel 4 étoiles s’attendent à un accueil exemplaire. Le personnel doit se rendre disponible tout en garantissant un certain niveau de discrétion, ce n’est pas le cas dans cet hôtel !

1) Déjà en entrant dans l’hôtel, vous trouvez à votre droite un baby-foot et à gauche avec quelques marches : le bar. Mais vous ne voyez aucun être humain. L’accueil/réception est au fond du hall, enfin un ordinateur est posé sur une petite table, une personne arrive et vous donne votre chambre avec une carte SANS aucune explication, comme par exemple l’accès à la piscine, le code wifi…Nous allons à notre chambre en rdc, et là, nous découvrons une petite chambre avec un lit en 140 cm ? et à 17h les rideaux occultants sont déjà mis. Vraiment pas engageant !

2) Je retourne à l’accueil pour changer de chambre … J’attends que la conversation téléphonique avec une personne qui souhaite utiliser la piscine de l’hôtel mais qui n’est pas cliente de l’hôtel ! Elle a quand même droit aux explications sur « oui, la piscine est encore ouverte », « non, la piscine n’est pas chauffé »…J’attends la fin de la conversation et je demande à changer de chambre. Notre chambre initiale était une chambre PMR et l’explication « Le lit est petit car il faut de la place pour le fauteuil handicapé ». J’obtiens satisfaction (sinon je cherchais un autre hôtel) avec un grand lit, un grand coffre-fort mais pas de mini bar et donc pas de frigo.

La literie est correcte mais la chambre n’a pas de porte sas entre le couloir et la chambre, donc vous entendez le moindre déplacement dans le couloir et les autres salles de bain.

La salle de bain est dans « son jus » avec une petite baignoire, un lavabo marron et les wc dans la salle de bain.

Le petit-déjeuner est ubuesque. J’ai l’impression de faire la queue au restaurant universitaire, le personnel a l’air complétement dépassé. Personne ne me demande mon numéro de chambre… N’importe qui peut venir prendre son petit déjeuner ! J’attrape au vol un serveur en lui demandant ou sont les assiettes, il me répond « on est en train de les laver ! » Il est 9h du matin un dimanche et il n’y a pas de vaisselle pour le petit déjeuner ! Les assiettes arrivent, puis en fouillant dans les placards au-dessus du buffet, je trouve un verre. Les bouteilles de jus de fruit ne sont pas identifiées, à la couleur, je devine le jus d’orange. Il semble que le personnel soit livré à lui-même avec un manque évident d’efficacité sur le service. Le manager est en vacances ?

Nous atteignons le summum en arrivant à notre voiture, la trappe à essence est ouverte. Nous étions garés très proche de l’entrée à gauche en entrant. Ce parking n’a pas de lumière et en démarrant la voiture, nous constatons que notre réservoir d’essence a été siphonné !
Bilan une très grosse déception et une interrogation, comment cet hôtel a-t-il pu obtenir 4 étoiles ? Le groupe Accor a-t-il modifié ses critères car ce n’est pas un mercure.
Un conseil choisissez un autre hôtel .

Champagne trip!
Spent two nights at the mercure in reims as we were planning to visit the moet distillery. The town is lovely and has a lot of architecture. The hotel is great too, checkin was seamless and parking is provided at the hotel at a fee.
The hotel rooms are good however a but tiny for a family of three. The staff were really nice and that would be for reception as well as the housekeeping team always smiling and helpful

Chambres ibis budget et non qualité mercure
Bonjour,

Rien a dire sur l'accueil, le bar, le resto et la propreté des lieux. Cependant vous payez une chambre prix mercure alors qu'il s'agit d'une chambre ibis budget. Les 2 enseignes sont dans un même bâtiment. De plus, nous avons payé notre chambre plus cher que dans un vrai mercure d'une autre ville.

Let down by its dining experience
The rooms are quiet and well-equipped, beds are comfortable. In the bathroom the toilet is very low and getting into the bath is quite a challenge - and when you do finally make it you discover that you cannot teach the soap dispenser. which is high up on the wall, a fine position if you want a shower, but otherwise ... On the negative side, although there are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, no milk is provided and has to be requested at the bar, which is easier said than done when the bar is busy. The self-service breakfast is excellent, with everything you could possibly want, but I cannot recommend the dinner experience - you are expected to order via an app on the table, so if you don't have a smart phone you have to wait for ages until someone finally brings a menu, and the food, when it arrives, is very average and definitely not served with a smile.

Friendly, quirky hotel
We had a very brief overnight stop on our journey to Italy. We were late arriving due to delays at the tunnel but just in time to have a glass of champagne (when in Reims!) before the bar closed. We left early for our onward journey but were provided with coffee and croissants in our room at 5.30. The hotel is very quirky in retro style. Not sure it’s a 4 star but the staff were lovely and the bed very comfortable so wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Accueil : quel accueil ? 4 membres du personnel derrière le bar, un autre qui passe devant nous. Personne ne vs dit bonjour, personne ne vs tend une carte.
J´insiste en allant au bar… la serveuse continue à regarder une liste papier .. 30 sec plus tard rien.. pas un regard.
Inadmissible. Je suis repartie sans rien consommer

Hotel manager failed to acknowledge my complaint and still will not acknowledge my request to refund our breakfast X4 that we paid for upon check-in, that we did not eat.

We did not go for breakfast due to being served (and unknowingly eating!!) raw chicken in the restaurant the night we stayed. I vomited as soon as I realised. We did not trust the restaurant after this incident.

We spent over 300 euros in this hotel for one night and the final night of our holiday was completely ruined.

This was our 3rd year staying here on the way back from a ski trip. Never again.

Ritorno dopo alcuni anni.
L’ultima volta che fummo a Reims, stavano iniziando con ristrutturazioni delle stanze e delle parti comuni. C’erano anche giovani con pennelli e vernice.
Il risultato? Molto opinabile, specie le scale dove sembra che si siano scatenati bimbi con pennarelli.
Gradevole la presenza della piccola piscina, comoda la posizione decentrata, ma non così lontana dal centro, più che comodo il parcheggio gratuito, che ha un ingresso con inferriata scorrevole, quindi sicuro? No, perché il perimetro ha ampi varchi nella siepe e qualsiasi persona può accedere.
Cena: normale.
Colazione: inferiore alla media, con elementi mancanti e disposti senza logica.
Perché in un 4**** non c’è la cassaforte in camera?
Perché c’è sempre carenza di minifrigo? Alla mia lamentela ha risposto con prontezza Matis (spero di ricordare esattamente il nome) che l’ha tolto da un’altra camera, l’ha sollevato e portato nella nostra.
Difetto costante: la climatizzazione!
Non è accendibile e/o spegnibile in camera, e nemmeno è possibile regolare il flusso d’aria (che arriva direttamente sul letto!) né la temperatura. Difetto costante: un inverno di alcuni anni fa non usciva aria, non dico calda, ma nemmeno tiepida e misero un calorifero elettrico !!!
Deplorevole che la ristrutturazione non sia stata rifatta la climatizzazione!!!
Gentile il personale.
La valutazione delle stanze è “scarsa” proprio per la mancanza di cassaforte, di minifrigo, per la pessima climatizzazione.

Ungewöhnliches Ambiente
Im ersten Moment wirkt das Hotel unaufgeräumt. Bein nährem Hinschauen erkennt man, dass alles absichtlich so dekoriert wurde. Die Einrichtung des Frühstücksrsumes sieht aus als ob sie einzeln beim Flohmarkt gekauft wurde.
Das Frühstücksangebot war ausreichend, besonders so Croissants sehr lecker.
Betten ausgezeichnet, freundliches bemühtes Personal. Großer Parkplatz und Bushaltestelle gleich ums Eck, so dass man ohne Auto zu den bekannten Champagnergütern kommt.

Zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt
Pandemie-bedingt war der Aufenthalt im Hotel nur zufriedenstellend und nicht wirklich bemerkenswert. Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet: kein Kühlschrank, kein Safe, nur ein Wasserkocher, aber ohne Kaffee oder Tee. Dass die Zimmer aufgrund des Hygienkonzepts nicht gereinigt werden, wurde uns ebenfalls erst auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt. Trotzdem war das Personal nett und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet war vollkommen in Ordnung. Leider fallen die Türen arg laut ins Schloss und das Hotel ist ziemlich hellhörig - im Vergleich zu Mercure-Hotels in Deutschland. Obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war, gab es genügend Parkplätze.

Ok, aber schlechte Lage
Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet, ca. 5 km außerhalb von Reims - zu Fuß ist es innerhalb einer Stunde von der Kathedrale aus zu erreichen - leider ist der Fußweg nicht sehr schön.
Das Hotel hat einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und ist mal etwas anders gestylt als andere Hotels, die wir bisher besucht haben. Die Zimmer sind etwas älter - vor allem die Badezimmer, aber sauber und die Betten sind wirklich gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Industriepark gewandt, das war von der Lautstärke her ok (trotz offener Fenster).
Im Zimmer fehlt ein Safe und das Badezimmer entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Die Flure sind recht eng.

Das Frühstück war gut - ist in Frankreich halt etwas anders - die Käseauswahl war für französische Verhältnisse dünn. Ansonsten Obst, Croissants, Baguette, Toast, Wurst, Käse, Joghurt. Rührei (aus der Packung?) und Pancakes. Säfte, Tee und Kaffee, der hat uns jedoch gar nicht geschmeckt.

Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, nur reicht das leider nicht immer aus. Es war teilweise etwas konfus, so dass allein der Bestellprozess schon einige Zeit in Anspruch genommen hat und die Lieferung der Getränke dann doch oft sehr lange gedauert hat (gegessen haben wir nicht im Hotel).

Preis-Leistung ist ok. Es sind viele britische und niederländische Senioren in diesem Hotel abgestiegen.

Wir würden es nicht wieder auswählen, aufgrund der Lage und der Zimmer, die keine 4 Sterne wert waren.

Un muy buen hotel
Un hotel situado en una zona industrial y comercial cerca del centro de la ciudad, unos 10 minutos en coche. El hotel tiene un montón de servicios, incluida una piscina. La habitación muy grande con una gran cama y un baño amplio. Todo muy limpio y con una decoración moderna y atractiva. El personal muy eficiente y siempre dispuesto a ayudar al cliente, además siempre sonrientes. Nos ha gustado todo mucho y hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa.

Mercure hotel REIMS
Hotel posizionato a pochi chilometri dal centro della città. Fornito di un comodo parcheggio. Cordiale e professionale il personale. Piacevoli e rilassanti le differenti hall dell'hotel dove è possibile in un ambiente caratteristico bere un drink. La camera con arredo "artistico" è molto originale e accogliente. Ottima la qualità del sonno.

Das Kunst-Zimmer hat mir gut gefallen. Es war eine nette Abwechslung wenn man viel im Hotel lebt und sich dann über eine Abwechslung die gelungen ausgestattet ist freuen kann. Guter freier Parkraum. Interessanter Restaurantbereich.

Posizione decentrata e tranquilla- Camere nelle norma . Non si riceve alcuna rete televisiva italiana. Cena mediocre con tempi di attesa lunghi. Senza infamia e senza gloria, Bene se di passaggio. La ristorazione dovrebbe essere piu curata

tappa tour
Ci siamo fermati una notte come prima tappa del tour. Abbiamo trovato una camera pulita e spaziosa, la tv inutilizzabile causa nessun canale italiano. Il bagno manca di accessori cui siamo abituati. La cena è stata senza pretese. L'atmosfera tranquilla, buono il servizio.
