The property requires a duly signed Credit Card Authorization Form from the guest prior to accepting any credit card payments. If the guest refuses to sign or provide the authorization form, the property reserves the unequivocal right to cancel the booking and deny check-in. Please Note- Payment upon Arrival is only accepted by Credit card, Debit card, Bank transfer and UPI. We do not accept cash payments. 1.Our check-in time is 13:00 hrs, the room will be allocated only after 1 pm. Arrangements can be made for early check-in depending upon availability. Check-out time is 11:00 hrs, Charges are applicable for late check-out. Prior arrangements can be made for late checkout depending on the availability. 2. 24-hour check-in permitted but the earliest check-in is 1:00 PM. 3. If you are arriving very early, it is recommended you book the previous night. You are welcome to wait in our common room if you would like, but for 3-4 am arrivals, we recommend booking an extra night 4. Entire amount of your accommodation payment must be made in ADVANCE at the time of check-in unless already paid 5. Guests will be asked to pay advance min 50% - 100% of the booking amount to confirm bookings by reservations team at any point after they make booking 6. You understand & agree that your booking in a non-cancellable, NO REFUNDS whatsoever shall be provided in case if you wish to cancel the booking or check out earlier 7. International Credit cards will be accepted with 3% additional bank charges 8. The prices are exclusive of GST applied by Government & will be charged extra as per rates defined by the Government 9. We need a valid passport & visa for foreign nationals & valid Government Photo ID & Address proof like Driving license, Aadhar card for Indian nationals. Student IDs & PAN Cards are not valid Id proof 10. Guests with local IDs will not be permitted to stay. E.g., residents of Goa will not be allowed to stay at property. Guest below the age of 18 year are allowed to stay in Private rooms only and not in Dormitories 11. Non Residents / Visitors are strictly not allowed on the premises 12. Pets are not allowed in Moustache Goa Luxuria 13. Please check at the front desk between 9AM – 9PM to extend your beds. It is solely on availability & on current prices. Payment has to be made in advance for extension 14. To cancel your reservation, Intimation has to be sent by email to property email id 2 Days prior to check-in. Otherwise the booking amount will be forfeited 15. If you have booked a room through the use of a travel agency or an OTA (such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc), you must cancel / modify your booking through the same agency 16. For Group Bookings of more than 4 guests, intimation by email for cancellation has to be sent to the property email id at least 7 days prior to check in date and time for free cancellation 17. Group bookings that are not authenticated in advance by the Management, individual bookings made by different members of the same group, irrespective of source of booking can be cancelled at any point in time, without any prior notification 18. For bookings of more than 4 people or stays of more than 7 days, please email us on reservations@moustachehostel.com to get authorisation. Else, we reserve the right to terminate your booking without refunds 19. Accommodation in the same dorm room for Groups cannot be guaranteed 20. Parking Facility is Available at the Property but it's Subjected To availability. 21. All our rooms are Non-Smoking. Any incident of smoke or smell of smoke in the room will be charged @ Rs. 5000/- per instance. Candle, incense, essential oils (diusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking. 22. We offer room service in private rooms only, however in case you spoil linen or room there will be a levy of replacement cost of procuring those items, transportation to our location plus an admin fee of INR 3000. 23. In case of any other damages to our property, rooms etc. the cost of the same will be equivalent to replace it to the original state plus admin charges of INR 5000. 24. Loss of key card will be charged at INR 500 25. Please adhere to property policies including pool policies. If you don't adhere to the policies management reserves the right to admissions. No refunds shall be provided if you are asked to vacate the premises in such conditions 26. We are much better over email than phones. So email us with your questions before calling us.
1.Free Cancellation is only available 2 days before the check in date. You will be charged the total price of reservation if you cancel in the 2 days before arrival. 2.Refunds shall be processed only in case the cancellations are done as per the cancellation period provided to you during the booking. Our generic cancellation policy is as per provided in this policy document, however, we do have different cancellation period for certain black out dates,large group bookings and special promo prices. These shall be intimated to you during or after the booking. 3.All eligible refunds shall be processed in 10-12 days after we receive the bank details. We dont process refunds through GooglePay or any other UPI Payment menthods. 4.For refunds where original payment was made through credit card or debit card or through payment gateway, refund will be processed after deduction of charges of 3% on the total amount paid. 5. In case of any Special Offers & promotions the advance payment and booking will be NON REFUNDABLE at any point. 6.You understand & agree that after check-in your booking is non-cancellable NO REFUNDS whatsoever shall be provided in case if you wish to cancel the booking or check out earlier. 7. - What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation".
