The property requires a duly signed Credit Card Authorization Form from the guest prior to accepting any credit card payments. If the guest refuses to sign or provide the authorization form, the property reserves the unequivocal right to cancel the booking and deny check-in. We do not accept cash payments. Payment can be done by Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI  and Bank Transfer. Our check out time is 11 AM and in case of any delays without prior intimation additional night charges will be applicable 24-hour check-in permitted but the earliest check-in time is 1:00 PM The minimum age for check-in is 18 year and maximum age is 35 year. Guests with local IDs will not be permitted to stay. E.g., residents of Jaipur will not be allowed to stay at property If you are arriving very early, it is recommended you book the previous night. You are welcome to wait in our cafe area if you would like, but for 3-4 am arrivals, we recommend booking an extra night. Entire amount of your accommodation payment must be made in ADVANCE at the time of check-in unless already paid Guests will be asked to pay advance min 15% - 100% of the booking amount to confirm bookings by reservations team at any point after they make booking You understand & agree that your booking is non-cancellable after check in, NO REFUNDS whatsoever shall be provided in case if you wish to cancel the booking or check out earlier International Credit cards will be accepted with 3% additional bank charges The prices are exclusive of GST applied by Government & will be charged extra as per rates defined by the Government We need a valid passport & visa for foreign nationals & valid passport for Indian nationals. Aadhar, Driver License, Student IDs & PAN Cards are not valid Id proof Non Residents / Visitors are strictly not allowed on the premises Pets are not allowed at Moustache Jaipur Please check at the front desk between 9AM – 9PM to extend your rooms. It is solely on availability & on current prices. Payment has to be made in advance for extension To cancel your reservation, Intimation has to be sent by email to property email id before expiry of free cancellation period. Otherwise the booking amount will be forfeited If you have booked a room through the use of a travel agency or an OTA (such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc), you must cancel / modify your booking through the same agency All our rooms are Non-Smoking. In case of any instance of smoking in the room we will charge INR 5000 per instance. We offer room service in Private Rooms only and room service is not available in Dorms, however in case you spoil linen or room there will be a levy of replacement cost of procuring those items, transportation to our location plus an admin fee of INR 3000 In case of any other damages to our property, rooms etc. the cost of the same will be equivalent to replace it to the original state plus admin charges of INR 5000. Loss of key card will be charged at INR 500 Please adhere to property policies. If you don't adhere to the policies management reserves the right to admissions. No refunds shall be provided if you are asked to vacate the premises in such conditions We are much better over email than phones. So email us with your questions before calling us  

1.Free Cancellation is only available 2 days before the check in date. You will be charged the total price of reservation if you cancel in the 2 days before arrival. 2.Refunds shall be processed only in case the cancellations are done as per the cancellation period provided to you during the booking. Our generic cancellation policy is as per provided in this policy document, however, we do have different cancellation period for certain black out dates,large group bookings and special promo prices. These shall be intimated to you during or after the booking. 3.All eligible refunds shall be processed in 10-12 days after we receive the bank details. We dont process refunds through GooglePay or any other UPI Payment menthods. 4.For refunds where original payment was made through credit card or debit card or through payment gateway, refund will be processed after deduction of charges of 3% on the total amount paid 5.
