Big rooms, good hospitality
Located minutes from Yerevan, luxury 5 star hotel, not really expensive and with value for money. Beds are comfortable and big, well decorated and even over doing. Service is good. Breakfast is with a big choice but less tasty than expected

Très bon hotel
Un peu excentré par rapport à la capitale, cet hôtel offre de très grandes chambres très bien équipées. Le restaurant est de bonne tenue. Le personnel est très serviable et compétent. La décoration est sans doute un peu chargée.

Amazing hotel, but WiFi not 100%. WiFi can be especially slow at reception.
Reception staff not the most friendly. Other staff were fine especially those outside the front door.
Toilets at reception and on the top floor were inadequate especially if there is a lot of traffic. The lift to the top floor also broke down so we were stuck there - the stairs had also been blocked off so we could not get down in the event of an emergency.

A good hotel
I stayed for two nights in this hotel. Almost everything is good. Food is good. Although I had a problem with house keepers and their time of cleaning, everything is good .My biggest problem was the casino and new managers. I am sorry to say new managers do not have any experiences in how to handle customers. Richard is one of them Bad behavior, impolite and I don’t know who select this man for this job. I have been in this casino many times this was not the first time he was like this. Anyhow I guess they understand this way they lose their previous customers. Despite this lousy managers all dealers are unbelievably good and friendly.
