- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Walk from town. Close to ferry port for trips to Limone, Malcesine, Fantastic food and cocktails! His and her Flip flops were a lovely touch. The views are amazing and you never tire of them. Fantastic hotel highly recommend!❤️

Book this hotel!
We stayed here in August and it was without the doubt the best holiday we have had. As mentioned on other reviews the rooms could do with updating, however they were clean and the bed was comfortable and as we didn't spend much time in our room this wasn't a huge problem.
The breakfast each morning was amazing, such fantastic views up on the rooftop and there was so much to choose from such as cereals, yoghurts, fruit, bread, croissants, eggs just to name a few.
The meals each evening were out of this world. Everything was well presented and tasted amazing!
The pool was also fantastic, great views and never too busy. You could always get a sun lounger and the pool bag in the rooms with flip flops and towels was a nice touch.
One fantastic thing about this hotel (apart from the rooftop pool and bar) is the staff. Each and every staff member we encountered were friendly, professional and went out of their way to make you feel special and looked after. They couldn't have been any better.
The location of the hotel is great, a bit of a walk to the old town (around 15 minutes) but the views along the beach are stunning and you don't mind it. There are also great little ice cream parlours and a shop nearby.

Outstanding, Amazing!!
Just returned from a week here, sad to leave! Hotel is spotless, rooms good and beds very comfortable. We were lucky to receive a free upgrade on arrival, possibly for my husbands upcoming special
Birthday. I get some reviews that say the rooms need updating but they were very clean, fantastic shower, safe, mini bar, pool bag, pool towels, slippers, flip flops and robes supplied and balcony.
Breakfast on the roof top was amazing with the views, we had great weather. The choice at breakfast was excellent, nothing more you could wish for with the extras of crepes and omelettes made to order.
Evening meals were out of this world we were a party of 4 with one fussy eater but there was something for everybody - first small dish from the kitchen followed by salad bar if wanted, then choice of 3 starters and 3 main courses and choice of a selection of dessert. You will struggle to find better. We felt very spoilt. A special mention to the restaurant staff who were all impeccable. All staff here are friendly and nothing too much trouble. Cocktails on an evening were some of the best we’ve had. We had a fabulous week visiting Malcesine, Monte Baldo, Limone, Dolomites to name a few. If there is anything that could be better, it is the promotion of the guest card which saves you money on travel and some sights we could have got in for free. We did get one but it was day 3 and was easy to get just by seeing the hotel receptionist who did it for us but think it should be offered at check in. Perfect luxury lakeside stay in Riva.
A stylish hotel in a perfect location to enjoy Riva. Comfortable and well equipped bedrooms - we stayed in the Penthouse Paradiso which was amazing with a huge wraparound balcony/terrace. In the restaurant the food was exceptional with a tempting menu every evening and simply first class service from every member of the team. Special mention to Maitre’D Massimo, and the super friendly and efficient Zane who made our holiday so special. Breakfast on the rooftop with stunning views of the lake and mountains was a real treat. Fabulous evening entertainment on the rooftop too. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff in the hotel. This is a very well run hotel that gives its guests the very best experience. We are looking forward to returning next year.
