  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. Experiencia maravillosa
Mi familia y yo fuimos a hacer astroturismo en el Atacama y nos quedamos en Nayara Alto Atacama. La comida es unica y el restaurante ofrece la mejor comida que uno podra imaginar. Nos encanto. El personal de Nayara tambien era muy amable con nuestros hijitos. Las excursiones eran muy interestantes, especialmente las lecciones de astronomia del guia Adolfo.

Wonderful hotel in the Atacama desert!
We celebrated our 15th anniversary at the hotel and we had the best time! The hotel is marvelous, the staff is the best! The excursions are excellent and the guides are also the best! We had breakfast, lunch and snacks in some of the excursions! And the restaurant at the hotel are wonderful!

A desert oasis
We had a lovely stay at the Nayara Atacama! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel itself it beautiful and well maintained, but not much to do on the property itself. They do, however, provide excellent excursions to visit local attractions. All of the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The restaurant at the resort is great, the dinner menu changes daily but the selection is limited. We lucked out on the day we arrived, with the lunchtime BBQ which was phenomenal- probably our most favorite meal in Atacama! The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the common areas are kept immaculate.

Maravillosa experiencia
El personal fue amable de principio a fin. Nos sentimos en casa. Las comidas de primer nivel. Excelente operativa con las excursiones y estás están diseñadas para brindar una experiencia de lujo en San Pedro, logrando ir a lugares que no sean masivos sí no, que la experiencia sea unica. El tour astrológico fue increíble, René es excelente. Destaco la atención recibida de Rosario, nuestros guías, Krasna, Salvador, Rodolfo y todos los demás, muy profesionales y atentos con los pasajeros. En fin, todo el staff tiene una excelente calidad en servicio y sumado al mágico lugar donde se encuentra el hotel, hace que tu estadía sea memorable. Volvería mil veces.

Perfectly awesome experience
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel outside San Pedro de Atacama. The guest service was excellent, led by Susana, the Guest Relations Manager. The rooms were lovely- very comfortable beds, great showers . lovely views. We chose the complete experience so all meals and all tours were included. The food was great. This is a perfect place to go when traveling as a family who enjoy different acvity levels. The hotel accommodated that perfectly. The guides for all the different levels of excursions were excellent, including Joel (who was a great guide and very calm and helpful in cleaning up cuts and bruises when one of us tripped), Fernando and Carolina (who led some of the more difficult hikes for the young adults in our group) and Alexis (who took care of those of us in the more easy-going category). This is great place to visit in the Fall - the temperatures are mild during the day (but cold if you choose to go to 14,000 feet to see the geysers) and cool at night. We had four days of sunshine and the resort was not crowded (until a large tour group arrived but the hotel made sure that the crowd did not interfere with the individual guests).

Einzigarte Lage!
Anlage sehr schön. Schöne Zimmer, modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 18. Personal freundlich, aber etwas unorganisiert. 4 Personen für einen Tisch. Trotzdem wird bei der Bestellung immer etwas vergessen. Die Zimmer sind ringhörig. TV oder MP Player im Zimmer nebenan hört man durch die Wände. Die Tagestouren des Hotels sind gut organisiert. Das Frühstück ist Standard. Das Abendessen ist gut aber auch nicht mehr. Die eigene Sternwarte war aber ein Highlight. Mit Fachkundigem Wissen brachte die Dame uns die Sterne näher. Der Shuttle in das kleine Städtchen klappte nicht ganz. Auf die Rückfahrt ins Hotel mussten wir über eine halbe Stunde in der Hitze am Meeting Punkt warten. Der Fahrer hatte uns total vergessen. Da wir nur 3 Nächte im Hotel logierten und Tagesausflüge vom Hotel aus hatten, konnten wir die ganze Infrastruktur nicht benutzen. Abe Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt schön. Würde hier nochmals buchen.

Une belle expérience
Ce très bel hôtel fait de matériaux naturels et d’une déco de très bon goût présente une ambiance calme et reposante. La présente d’animaux ( lamas) , d’un jardin de plantes locales bien entretenu, ainsi que la proximité de la rivière fait qu’on se sent dans la nature. Le service est très attentionné et tout est mis en œuvre pour rendre votre séjour agréable. L’équipe est investie et proche du client. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le seul bémol concerne la restauration d’une qualité insuffisante pour ce type d’établissement. Ce point est vraiment à améliorer. Mais l’expérience reste très belle , d’autant que la situation de l’hôtel est idéale pour découvrir les merveilles du désert de l’Atacama

Unglaubliche Lage, erstklassischer Service
Alto Atacama liegt etwa abseits vom Ort, dadurch sehr ruhig und in einem eigenen Tal. Mit dem Hotel-Fahrrad kann man wunderbar San Pedro besuchen. Der Service ist erstklassig, internationales Niveau. Die verschiedenen Bäder laden immer wieder zu einer Entspannung ein. Die Zimmer sind sehr individuell und man fühlt sich ganz für sich. Die Nächte sind spektakulär, der Nachthimmel umwerfend, das einge Fernrohr lässt wunderbare Dinge am Himmel entdecken. Die Tours sind gut durchdacht und von motivierten Führern geleitet.

3Tage im Garten Eden
Nach einem herzlichen Empfang mit erfrischenden Getränken durch Frau Rosario, das Herz des Hotels, konnten wir die sehr schönen, grosszügigen und sauberen Zimmer beziehen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, wie unsere Freunde bestätigt haben. Leider mussten wir selbst nur Süppchen und Tee trinken, was auf einen vor dem Alto eingefangenen Infekt zurückzuführen war. Wir wurden aber von Frau Rosario bestens betreut. Das Hotel hat uns gesamthaft ausgezeichnet gefallen. Auch der Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Massagen ist grosszügig und angenehm. Die vom Hotel eigens angestellten Tourenleiter boten mit viel Engagement interessante Touren an. Zu empfehlen sind „the Special moonwalk“ oder auch die Kaktusschlucht.

Séjour parfait!!!
Je ne peux que répéter les avis précédents et conseiller ce fabuleux hôtel (aussi bon qu’un Tierra si vous hésitez).
Notre séjour de 4 jours a été parfait à tout point de vue .
La chambre est grande et confortable (juste un bémol: il n’y a pas de clim mais un ventilateur au plafond et on a très chaud la nuit) ,la propreté est parfaite,le service est extraordinaire puisqu’on se sent gâté par tout le monde, la salle de bain est très grande avec possibilité de douche sur une petite terrasse attenante et il y a aussi une petite terrasse très agréable .
Le site de l’hôtel est incroyable en plein milieu des rochers rouges ,avec plusieurs piscines et à 10 minutes du village San Pedro (la route est très cahoteuse mais ça vaut la peine).
Les repas sont excellents et pour les végétariens une carte spéciale.
Toutes les boissons sont incluses .
Les excursions sont superbes et très très bien organisées et pour les picnics toujours une possibilité de demander du végétarien !

C’est un magnifique hôtel, intégré au paysage, agrémenté de plusieurs piscines dont une chauffée et un admirable jardin dans un cirque de roches rouges. Les repas sont délicieux, le personnel attentif, les suites bien équipées. Le spa est dans la même perfection et le massage procure une décontraction complète. L’hôtel organise les excursions, nous avons eu la chance d’avoir David, guide en français érudit dans tous les domaines. Comptez 4 nuits pour profiter de tout ce qu’offre le désert d’Atacama

Excellent !
Nous avons passé 5 jours parfaits dans cet hôtel qui nous a totalement satisfaits. Les excursions et trecks proposés étaient tous très intéressants et accompagnés avec compétence. Le service est très chaleureux, la cuisine très soignée et vraiment délicieuse. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce resort pour visiter cette région unique.

Il meglio nel posto più difficile
Un albergo straordinario. Gestito con sapiente attenzione dalla signora.ra Rosario.
Non credevo fosse possibile organizzare ( e dissimulare) in un ambiente incontaminato un hotel di così alto livello (anche nella ristorazione; il che, detto da un italiano, non è poco !)

Buon resort ma ancora lontano dal lusso italiano
Ho soggiornato tre notti ad agosto 2017 in questo resort.
Molto apprezzato il servizio di escursioni, tutti i ragazzi davvero bravi, competenti e sempre disponibili, così come i camerieri in sala da pranzo.
Cibo locale di qualità anche se il menù fisso (pranzo e cena!) dopo due giorni stanca...varia solo il piatto del giorno. La colazione italiana dolce non è un gran che, brioche solo passabili, decisamente migliore quella internazionale.
La camera è spaziosa, ha un arredamento andino (molto bella la terrazza privata) ma il bagno non è da resort di lusso, il water si intasa spesso e manca persino il bagnoschiuma...
Disappunto per la fase aperitivo: ore 19:30 chiedo al sommelier (che millanta di aver vissuto in Italia per qualche anno) un americano e una birra con due patatine da stuzzicare e mi porta un caffè lungo (?!?!) rispondendomi che "le patatine non sono nel menù e, comunque, non sono un cibo da resort a 5 stelle...". Ha ancora molto da imparare...Peccato!

Ottima struttura con escursioni speciali
Hotel ottimo per qualità del servizio come tutte le altre recensioni
Fate attenzione alle escursioni tutte bellissime ma alcune non banali. Noi, due adulti e due ragazzi 14-17, ci siamo trovati molto bene ma siamo abituati a fare trekking in montagna. Le guide tutte locali simpatici e gli autisti molto abili a guidare in strade che sono tutte sterrate e molto accidentate.
Ottimo il servizio al bar e i pasti
Bella anche la struttura nel suo complesso e la spa

Un angolo di paradiso nel deserto
Noi abbiamo scelto la formula all inclusive (escursioni comprese), ed è stata la formula vincente. Tutto perfettamente organizzato e mai ripetitivo, seguiti da uno staff sorridente e cortese. La struttura è molto curata mentre il menù con poche variazioni potrebbe risultare, se si rimane più di 3/4 giorni.....noioso.

Resort incantevole
Soggiorno in famiglia di tre notti alla fine di agosto 2016. Si arriva alla struttura percorrendo una strada sterrata, infiliamo una sorte di canyon ed arriviamo all'Alto Atacama perfettamente inserito nel contesto del paesaggio. Lodge magnifico, rilassante, con una cucina di alto livello, pulizia, camere ampie con veranda esterna, tutto perfetto. Presenti anche 5 piscine (una con idromassaggio, una con acqua temperata) ben inserite nella struttura. Fa piacere rientrare in questo resort dopo una giornata di escursioni, le rende speciali. Servizio di alta qualità anche per ciò che concerne le gite, guide impeccabili, servizi interni ed esterni tutti assai curati e professionali. Consiglio decisamente il soggiorno all'Alto Atacama.
