What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". This is THE place for relaxation!
This was by far one of my best beach vacations EVER! I went with my children (10 and 12 yo) and we had an amazing time. The service was impeccable, the food wonderful, and the staff was warm, friendly, and kind. Our ambassador Adrian went above and beyond to help make our stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. I THOROUGHLY enjoyed Yubarta yoga and sound bath offerings. Our villa was beautiful, surrounded by nature. Waking up to the sound of birds all around us was truly a moving experience. I recommend this resort to anyone who wants a relaxing, beautiful, restful vacation. Simply the BEST.

I don't usually write reviews, but Cayo Levantado has inspired me!
My husband and I just returned from 5 days at Cayo Levantado, and we are already trying to figure out how/when to go back! This is an amazing place from start to finish. The staff were all very friendly and helpful -- such great service. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Food was top notch. Really enjoyed yoga and meditation classes at the Yubarta -- not something we usually do on vacation, but it was perfect. The pool and the beach were gorgeous and relaxing.
When you arrive, you are assigned two ambassadors who will help you with everything from scheduling activities to making dinner reservations. Our ambassadors, Yerry and Eddyl were great! We loved meditation and yoga with Karla and Florangel, workouts with David and Jonny at the training gym, and had great massages at the spa. Highly recommend some time in the the hydrotherapy room at the spa! Jeffris, one of the restaurant managers, was always looking out for us.
May is an off-season period at the resort, but this made it even more relaxing -- we thought it was a great time to go!

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, hotel muy recomendable.
Muy buena la hoteleria, todas las instalaciones son perfectas, me impacto todo lo reluciente del hotel, su moviliario es muy fino y exclusivo. Sus restaurantes son remarcables, la calidad de la comida es muy cuidada y buena. La playa y las piletas de natacion tienen un mantenimiento riguroso (sacan el sargazo rapidamente si lo hubiere) y las piscinas tienen el agua impecablemente cristalina.
Una experiencia remarcable y digna de comentar fue en el gimnasio, se trata de un profesor/entrenador hispano de nombre David, he sido operado de columna vertebral, me ha dado unos ejercicios especiales de columna que me han venido muy bien. Es un profesional de exelencia!
