  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.

First review in 6 months for NYX. Times have changed.
Clearly the ongoing war has changed the entire country and this is also true of this hotel. Unfortunately outside of breakfast, there is no other food options throughout the day for nationals from outside of Israel. I had to eat offsite for the week I was there. The rooftop bar is closed and there is no alcohol served onsite. No room service or other amenities. In fairness to the hotel they have redirected their efforts to supporting their own citizens during these challenging times. There is Netflix in the room.

The best in NYX hotel is the breakfast, excellent wifi connection, is a little noise because the location of the hotel, is about 40 minutes walking to the beach, but a lot to see meanwhile you are going to the beach. The cleaning room is not so good

NY all of the way!
Check in was trouble free, you do need to make sure you have your blue ticket with your passport, which you get when you enter the country when you check-in but the staff are very good (well during the day anyway)

First impressions was being greeted by a full on cake, drinks and food display which I was instructed to try (thinking it was for a conference) and it tasted good, you'll also find a barbers on the reception floor and constant security which is a nice touch.

The room is long and thin and air conditioning was very good and you need it in a country like this, I even had to turn the room number up as it can get very chilly, TV was great with all the latest apps built in like Netflix and YouTube and you have a coffee machine ready to go, bathroom was full of toiletries but the shower liked to leave a lot of it's water outside of the shower, so watch out for that as the door seals are a bit old.

WiFi is great and all times and you're get awesome mobile signal if you need to keep in touch.

Breakfast was a real option fest, from local dishes to absolutely mind-blowing coffee made fresh on a per cup basis.

This is backed up by the service but the night team can let it down, I found the receptionist was sleeping on the sofa one night and kept going back when I was talking to a friend in reception.

This was a minor point, it's a very "showbiz" type hotel and they've held parties on the roof and the biggest and best of Israel have been here.

A good place to stay, the area around it seemed a bit rough and ready and I was approached by beggars three or four times near the hotel but never felt unsafe.

Soggiornare nella moderna Tel Aviv.
Albergo un pò difficile da trovare ( sia con il navigatore che con google maps ) forse prima era ubicato dove mi portavano gli strumenti. Struttura moderna con camere ampie e pulite bagno con doccia immensa ( si può entrare in due comodamente ). Colazione molto varia sia dolce che salato che molti formaggi a disposizione. Caffè, cappuccino e latte macchiato sempre a disposizione nella hall come un frigorifero con le bottigliette d'acqua. Un plus una mostra di con graffiti alle pareti di artisti locali nelle scale di servizio.

Very good hotel
Very good hotel with smart staff. Very clean hotel, rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom very nice, large tv channel choice. Breakfast is good with large choice of drinks. The bar is also good with some dishes for dinner. This hotel is located at 10 min from the beach by taxi.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Tel Aviv, nicht weit vom Rothschild Blvd. entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Der Empfang war freundlich und professionell. Das Zimmer war angenehm eingerichtet und groß. Das Hotel und das Zimmer war in einem ansprechenden und gepflegten Zustand. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbüfett war hervorragend!

hotel muy moderno con una decoración "especial" colores grises oscuros, a la moda de hoteles hipsters, por cierto con peluqueria hipster a la entrada. No perderse subir arriba para ver las vistas y bajar por las escaleras, viendo dibujos y pinturas en las paredes. La habitación espaciosa, moderna y confortable. Silencio total. Albornoz, zapatillas y naquina nexpresso en la habitación. Desayuno, bugete muy abundante y de calidad estilo occidental. Lástima que en recepción sean tan antipáticos...

Hotel urbano.
Mucho diseño pero súper mal cuidado.
El baño con problemas.
Las luces funcionan mal en el cuarto.
El servicio de las habitaciones un desastre.
Mantenimiento nefasto.
Cama muy incómoda y servicio nada profesional.
Al cabo de un día te das cuenta que mejor no pedir nada ya que no te lo solucionaran.
No te resuelven ningún problema. Hay muchísimos más hoteles donde ir en tel Aviv.
Lo único válido el desayuno: frugal y de calidad aunque el servicio amateur.

HOTEL CONFORTABLE Y RELATIVAMENTE BIEN SITUADO
Hotel confortable, con habitación de dimensiones generosas, limpio, tranquilo y con reposición diaria de los complementos de baño, que también son generosos. Te proporcionan botellines de agua diarios y, aunque no son rápidos en la limpieza de la habitación, al menos son efectivos.
El desayuno, tipo buffet, es bastante completo y los empleados se muestran muy amables para tratar de complacerte o incorporar opciones que desees aunque no estén a la vista.
Como curiosidad, al lado mismo de recepción puedes encontrar una peluquería/barberia que está siempre frecuentada de clientes. No parece, con mi criterio, un aspecto fundamental el lugar de ubicación pero es cierto que tal vez por eso es muy frecuentada por los clientes.
El personal de recepción también bastante amables, en línea con el comportamiento general del hotel.
La ubicación es bastante aceptable a unos 10 minutos de la principal avenida de la ciudad y a unos 20 minutos en coche del aeropuerto.

Una piacevole scoperta
Di passaggio a Tel Aviv (avevamo l'aereo di ritorno in Italia il giorno dopo) ci siamo imbattuti per caso in questo elegante hotel. Ha una posizione abbastanza centrale, a piedi si raggiunge il lungomare in circa quindici minuti. Camere pulite, silenziose e abbastanza grandi. Abbiamo cenato in camera ed è stato molto apprezzato. Prezzo in linea con la vita a Tel Aviv.

per noi quasi perfetto
abbiamo passato qui 4 notti ed è andato tutto per il meglio.
l'hotel non è centrale ma in 7/8 minuti a piedi si raggiunge boulevard rotschild.
ci sono altri centri commerciali a 10 minuti di cammino e la zona è ovviamente sicura e tranquilla.
comodo anche il parcheggio per chi arriva in auto (lo si paga in htl al check out).
avevamo una deluxe che si è rivelata comodissima,pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario.sempre rifornita con acqua e capsule per caffè(macchina nespresso).
anche il bagno grande e curato.
unico problema avevamo rumori notturni provenienti da tubazioni. anche con frigo bar staccato ed AC spenta questi continuavano.
per noi non molto fastidioso ma può esserlo per altri.
colazione eccellente ,per ogni gusto.
servizio sempre cordiale ed irreprensibile.

Erste Nacht in Israel
Eine Einführungsreise nach Israel startet im Nyx Hotel in Tel Aviv. Interessantes Haus: trendig, Kunst affin, Videotrails in der Bar, an der Rezeption, teils auf den Stockwerken. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, sauber, großzügiges Bad, WLAN mit VPN-Möglichkeit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war der Hammer: größte Auswahl mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Der Service ist aufmerksam.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cet hôtel dans l’urgence. Aucun autre hôtel de ce standing n’était disponible mais au NYX les chambres ne manquaient pas et cela aurait du nous alerter.
Accueil détestable au front desk sans un sourire ni même vous regarder.
Le ménage est fait de façon superficielle et l’aspirateur n’est pas passé.
Odeur forte de moisi dans la salle de bain.
Bruit de la rue incessant.
Petit déjeuner mal réapprovisionné si vous n’êtes pas dans les premiers.
Bref une expérience désastreuse pour un hôtel du groupe Fatal dont les standards ne sont pas respectés.

En réelle perte de vitesse...
L’emplacement est plutôt bien, mais c’est à peu près le seul point positif que je vais dire sur cet hôtel que j’utilise depuis plus de 3 ans.
Je me demande si ils changent encore les draps entre les clients, mais ce qui est sûr c’est qu’ils ne font plus le ménage tout les jours, parfois ils recouvrent le lit, et remettent des serviettes propres, mais ils leur arrive de laisser leurs chiffons dans votre valise avec les odeurs des produits, merci les odeurs.
Le petit déjeuner quoique copieux est nettement moins bon que ce qu’il a été...
L’accueil laisse plus qu’à désirer, pour le sourire ou le service, c’est la porte d’à côté !

Style, sehr moderne Kunst und dunkle Wände und Gänge
positiv: Zimmer und vor allem Bad sehr gross, bei uns war es sauber. Frühstück reichhaltig und guter Kaffee. Rezeption: freundliche Angestellte

negativ: Parkplätze auf der Strasse ab 9:00 wird gepokert. Wegfahren, Busse oder wo gibts Parktickets. Zufahrt ist eher schwierig

Buen hotel
Me ha gustado mucho, el desayuno es una pasada y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y bien equipadas. Al rededor del hotel hay de todo, bares, restaurantes, supermercados. He ido varias veces por trabajo y me ha resultado agradable y cómodo. Solo le falta el detalle de la piscina.

Buon hotel, eccelle in molto scade in altro
Hotel per 3 notti a Tel Aviv.
Camera abbastanza ampia, letto comodo, bagno ampio e doccia spaziosa.
Tv con servizi internet (youtube ed altro) un’ottima offerta!
Pulizia il “neo”...moquette in camera (tappeto) sporca con macchie scure (tipo caffè) e macchinetta nespresso (sarebbe stato un bel sevizio) coperta di polvere così come il comodino.
Il pavimento del bagno non pulitissimo!
Palestra molto molto piccola per un hotel di queste dimensioni e standard; sauna totalmente spenta e fredda.
Colazione ricchissima ed abbondante!
Personale gentilissimo!

Dreckige Zimmer, unfreundliche Rezeption
Das Hotel an sich könnte ganz nett sein. Es ist relativ stylisch gehalten und in guter Lage. Leider sind die Zimmer nur oberflächlich sauber. Wenn man genauer hinschaut, sieht man Schimmel, Dreck, Haare vom Vorgänger und andere Dinge auf die ich nicht näher eingehen möchte. Es ist offensichtlich, dass hier grundsätzlich nur oberflächlich geputzt wird. Dennoch habe ich einen Versuch gestartet und mich an der Rezeption beschwert. Daraufhin wurde ich unfreundlich gefragt, was ich denn nun erwarte. Ich habe sie gebeten, das Zimmer zu kontrollieren. Geändert hat sich dennoch nichts.

Generell ist das Personal nicht besonders freundlich und aufmerksam. Beim Frühstück und an der Bar ist es noch ok (man muss halt selber die Initiative ergreifen). Wenn man allerdings im Hotel reinkommt, findet man einen genervten Concierge vor. An der Rezeption wird man kaum begrüßt oder gar angelächelt. Nur die Nachtbesetzung von der Rezeption ist nett.

Das Hotel ist sehr dunkel.

Ich war in vielen Hotels auf der ganzen Welt. In der (Preis-) Kategorie habe ich sowas noch nicht erlebt. Das war definitiv mein erster und letzter Aufenthalt im NYX. Aufgrund der vermeintlichen Putz-Philosophie werde ich auch kein anderes NYX jemals buchen.

Hotel nuovo e comodo
Stanze grandi con bagno enorme. Situato un Po in periferia. 10 minuti dal centro. Offre buone colazioni ed è comodo per soggiorni brevi. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo . Palestra piccola ma funzionale . Arredamento un po' tetro. Pulito e con buona wifi

Cooles Hotel
Sehr schönen Hotel, stylisch und Hipp. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Man darf nicht in die Ecken schauen und der Boden ist leider auch nicht sauber. Ansonsten ist es zu empfehlen.

Bon Hotel mais....
Le concept de l'hotel est sombre, donc allumez toutes les lumières pour y voir quelque chose.
L'accueil est parfait et attentionné.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, et la sallede bain impressionnante avec sa douche italienne plus sa baignoire.
La literie est d'excellente qualité.
En revanche les meubles sont proche de la qualité Ikea, mais bon on s'en moque un peu.
Si votre chambre donne sur l'avenue, vos nuits peuvent êtres interrompues pas les cornes de camions qui rugissent à 2heures du mat pour on ne sait quelle raison.
Autre point concernant vos nuits : l'aeroport de Tel Aviv ne ferme pas la nuit, et l'hôtel est sous l'axe de descente des avions qui s'y rendent; prévoyez donc des boulles quies pour vous assurer in sommeil de tout repos.
Au 11ème nu bar en terrasse, origina,l est à votre disposition pour prendre un verre en plein air.
Ha oui, le petit dej est très correct et contentera tout les styles.

bien situé
nous sommes arriivées a l hotel et nous avons eu un tres bel accueil,les chambre sont belles propres et les lits confortable avec couette en plume d oie belle douche lejet est frort
aussi le dejeuner qui etait compris un seul mot wowww
les gens au front desk sont tres aimable et aidants

Hôtel à +/- 2 km de la plage
Propre mais impersonnel. Chambres confortables.
Déjeuners biens. Par contre pas de restaurant digne de ce nom. Il faut aller sur la terrasse après vers les 18hrs pour luncher/ ou/ se faire livrer à la chambre
