- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Holidays at the Dead Sea.
A hotel with a very homely and friendly atmosphere.
The room is clean, with a bathroom, new robes and bed linen. In the room itself there is a safe, a coffee machine, a kettle, all accessories for tea and coffee, a small refrigerator. A huge comfortable bed with an orthopedic mattress. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily. Every evening, returning to the room, a surprise awaited us, a small compliment from the hotel. It was unexpected and very nice! Super friendly staff! Special thanks to the administrator Alena for her hospitality, professionalism, ability to calmly, quickly and with a smile resolve any issue.
Excellent recreation area inside and in the courtyards with wicker furniture and soft pillows. Very quiet and peaceful, no children under 18. I liked the quality and variety of food. The cook cooks delicious meat dishes!
We will definitely come back here again!

Es war sehr schön hier... Ich empfehle es
Sehr gutes Frühstück, sauber und sehr liebevolles/ fürsorgliches Personal... alle Unklarheiten konnten, selbst welche die nichts angehen, (z.B wegen Parkzettel) haben die für uns geklärt und Rechnungen beglichen(wir konntenes den in bar geben, habe so etwas noch nie erlebt)... die kommen einem sehr entgegen... und glaubt mir, ich habe Erfahrung- bin das 6. Mal in Israel

Excellent hotel for couples.
Going on vacation during such a time is a challenge.
The hotel, which is intended for adults only, gives the experience of peace and comfort.
Hufit from the hotel staff took care of everything from the small to the big and made us as guests feel as if we were the only ones in the hotel. (and the hotel was full of people) See you next year.

SCAMMERS!!! STOLE DEBIT CARD INFO!! MULTIPLE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
STAY AWAY!!!! Unless you want your credit card info stolen and have to cancel all your cards!!!
Unauthorized charges, with different hotel names (I.E Karlton hotel and Oasis hotel) and no one in the hotel to assist with this issue, took us a week to get through to them, just so they laugh us off the phone, rude, unhelpful, terrible customer service, and absolutely no way this is a 4- star hotel, trust me, I stayed there last week and the A/C in the room didn’t even work (Thermostat and system is from the 1900’s) only update is maybe the pool area.
Go to any other hotel in the area except this one!!!!
Just because they have hotel robes doesn’t make them a nice hotel!!! Not worth it, huge headache with banks and cards after that one night stay.
