The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Really good hotel for the price they offer
this is the a really great business hotel
you can work on the top floor free of cost if you have work .
great coffee machine free of cost .
hotel is very clear . rooms are big was so happy to see windows , not like other hotels
I stayed before this at bloom and I felt I am staying in a pigeon hole with no windows room was so small and the same cost.
I was really happy with my stay
they have android tv u can log on and see ur fav shows on Ott platform.
They are really help full.
will return to this hotel when ever I stay in Bangalore

Not satisfied.
Currently residing in this place.

When we checked in at 12pm we were welcomed by a strong PAINT SMELL & some banging.. we were told some renovation was going on.. we were also told the same would stop later on in the evening.

When we checked in the evening we were told 10pm. For which we did not complain.

The major issue right now as we type this review the renovation seems to be going on im full swing at 11pm.. Banging & Drilling and loud talking.. we complained many times but there seems to be no difference infact it seems to be getting worse..

If we were told renovation was happening at this site we wouldn't have opted for this place. Basic courtesy for your guests is to inform them in advance that there will be disturbances but all said and done never have we experienced renovation like this continuing past 11pm.

People who reside in these rooms are either business folk or students who probably have an early start to their day n need to a good rest at night.

All our complaints have fallen on deaf ears..

I dont think they will even take this review seriously.

To make matters Worse.. ONE OF our rooms stink of SMOKE.. we complained but nothing was done after many hours when the room service personnel were cleaning another room we requested them to check our room and they agreed there was a musty smell..

They ended up spraying room refreshner but there is no change..

Superb Korean food
Visited the Korean restaurant inside Olive. Its a must visit for anyone who enjoys Korean food. Beware there no drinks here , so savour the varieties of Korean barbecue options. If in doubt just go with their recommendations

Poor value for price charged
Very poor value for money and unsafe for travelers. I am surely not staying in any hotel from this group, but hoping this review will help others avoid the place. I shall review based on difficulties we had during a one night stay.
1. The hotel advertises and charges for breakfast but they actually get it bought from a kitchen outside.
2. Poor value for money for breakfast served. They charged us Rs. 350, but vegetarian breakfast only includes parantha, dahi, watermelon pieces, a bun and frooti.
3. No staff at night to help. The boy at the reception uses the guest couch to sleep there.
4. No facilities provided at property. Room does not have a phone to call the reception desk. So, if you need anything there is no way to call them.
5. No parking facility.
6. Poor service: our room (305) smelled of cigarette smoke. Even on requesting nobody came to spray even room freshener in the room.
7. Poor service: AC did not work in our room and in fact broke down flooding the room. Photo attached.
8. Poor service: manager is not available at facility at checkout to hear about any of the above concerns. I left my phone number with Julie at frontdesk who did not return any call.
9. Poor service: when we checked in the bathroom had 2 dirty towels and the rooms were obviously not properly serviced before we checked inside
There is no proper staff available at night and raised security concerns for me as well.
I would urge all travelers to avoid this facility. The way the hotel is advertised is not the way it is.

Happy Customers
Very cooperative staff, hygiene is maintained. Nice rooms and facilities.

They have even allowed me to stay at hotel for my work as i did checkout in morning but my flight was in evening.

I would like to recommend Ahmad from area management department who is very kind and helping in nature.

Also hotel staff like Pankaj, Raj and other junior staff are really nice people.

I would recommend olive indiranagar bangalore to everyone for a stay. Area is really nice and happening.
