I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My friend booked a solo trip here and encountered numerous difficulties. The hotel was incredibly difficult to contact; we tried email, phone calls, and even through Expedia, all to no avail. My friend was not informed of any restrictions for entering Makkah, yet the hotel allowed him to book despite seeing his visa, resulting in him being unable to enter the city due to Hajj season. We attempted to cancel the reservation, but it was impossible to reach the hotel to do so.

This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. Multiple attempts from different parties to contact the hotel without any response only exacerbate the sense of negligence and bad intentions.

My friend, was profoundly affected by the stressful and anxiety-inducing situation created by the hotel's negligence. The financial burden placed on him due to the hotel’s incompetence only added to his distress. As a traveler with limited financial resources, he faced significant hardships as a result of the hotel's actions. A 5 start hotel but with incompetent facilities and staff who are unable to answer customer queries or correctly book accommodation.

لا أوصي بهذا الفندق لأي شخص. حجز صديقي رحلة منفردة هنا وواجه العديد من الصعوبات. كان من الصعب جدًا الاتصال بالفندق؛ لقد جربنا البريد الإلكتروني والمكالمات الهاتفية وحتى عبر Expedia، ولكن دون جدوى. لم يتم إبلاغ صديقي بوجود أي قيود على دخول مكة، إلا أن الفندق سمح له بالحجز رغم رؤية تأشيرته، مما أدى إلى عدم تمكنه من دخول المدينة بسبب موسم الحج. لقد حاولنا إلغاء الحجز، لكن كان من المستحيل الوصول إلى الفندق للقيام بذلك. هذا النقص في التواصل والدعم أمر غير مقبول. المحاولات المتعددة من أطراف مختلفة للاتصال بالفندق دون أي رد لا تؤدي إلا إلى تفاقم الشعور بالإهمال وسوء النوايا. لقد تأثر صديقي بشدة بالوضع المجهد والمثير للقلق الناجم عن إهمال الفندق. العبء المالي الملقى عليه بسبب عدم كفاءة الفندق زاد من محنته. باعتباره مسافرًا بموارد مالية محدودة، واجه صعوبات كبيرة نتيجة لتصرفات الفندق. فندق من فئة 5 نجوم ولكن مع مرافق غير كفؤة وموظفين غير قادرين على الإجابة على استفسارات العملاء أو حجز الإقامة بشكل صحيح

Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Al Naseem deceiving its customers
Never come! If you stay in this hotel, your Umrah or/and Hajj will be ruined.
Before arriving at the hotel, they said that there was a 24-hour shuttle service. When it came to the hotel, they said there was a 24-hour shuttle service. But the shuttles do not leave on time either from the haram area or in front of the hotel. Sometimes they say the driver went to get gas. There is no shuttle service at this hour. Sometimes they say you waited in the wrong place. Sometimes the government banned transportation during these hours. Sometimes they say, did I tell you that it's 24 hours? You come to worship, but it is impossible to arrive to haram area at planning time. Nor can you focus on worship because you get angry to staff, to systems, to drivers. Never, ever choose. Liars. Tricksters.

Very nice and relaxing place
Came to full fill Umrah
Hotel is very nice and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful.
There is a bus service every 30 minutes to Haram.
Really enjoyed my stay here will be coming back if I get the opportunity again.
I recommend this hotel as there are shops nearby as well.

Kein Service, kein Zimmer zur gebuchten Zeit
Service ist leider sehr schlecht. Die Toiletten sind sehr schmutzig. Auch der Gebetsraum ist schmutzig. Nach drei Stunden Wartezeit immer noch kein Zimmer verfügbar! Kein Interesse die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen.

Gutes Hotel aber nur für Pilger
Kein Interesse an langfristige Bindung der Hotelgäste… Kein Info über Mitgliedschaft des Radisson Programms, obwohl ich mehrfach danach fragte… Man wird immer wieder vertröstet.. Die Internetverbindung war immer grenzwertig…
