Bajo mucho la calidad! Tienen q resolver el desayuno urgente
Es la tercera vez que vengo (2021, 2022 y ahora). Este año decidí que NO volveré. El hotel en si está bien, los servicios y habitaciones están bien. Pero hay algo que fue demasiado malo y es el desayuno. Bajo muchísimo la calidad de lo que ofrecen, puro pan que encima es malo, medialunas quemadas, nada de variedad. Muy pocas frutas expuestas así nomás (que todo el mundo toca y deja, por lo que no se pueden comer). Ni manteca, un queso crema muy muy barato, nada tentador. "Ofrecen" huevos revueltos pero los cobran aparte, lo cual en un hotel así es una crotada. Cereales escasos y de mala calidad. Además, El momento del desayuno en si, es poco amigable ya que hay carteles que dicen que no podés quedarte mucho tiempo, y las personas que están a cargo del restaurante (que son las mismas de años anteriores) no tienen muchas ganas de que uno se sienta cómodo. Están todo el tiempo mirando por sobre lo que uno está haciendo.
En otros años la oferta del desayuno y la calidad de los alimentos era muchísimo mejor. Y encima la noche no es barata, aprox usd 110 por noche en otoño. Por Lo que uno espera un poco más de calidad. Una lastima. Espero puedan mejorar esto ya que eramos varias personas que opinabamos lo mismo en el lugar.
En otros años la oferta del desayuno y la calidad de los alimentos era muchísimo mejor. Y encima la noche no es barata, aprox usd 110 por noche en otoño. Por Lo que uno espera un poco más de calidad. La sra. encarcada del bar, te controla los minutos sentados... no me gusto, no se puede desayunar tranquila.
Excelente lugar, pero te corren con el desayuno, no podes desayunar traquila.
Las habitaciones, el spa y las piletas todo muy bien. El personal muy atento. El hotel esta frente al mar, lo que lo hacde muy especial. Muy bien calefaccionado el lugar.

Una penosa sorpresa.
Buena atencion,muy serviciales y atentos para resolver algunas situaciones.Lamentablemente por las noches presenciamos una penosa situacion que fue permitida por el personal.Un hombre llego al hotel con unas niiñas extranjeras una de ellas seguramente menor de edad. Se trataba de trata de personas ya que escuchamos desde nuestro cuarto todo lo que ocurria. Pusimos al personal en conocimiento de lo sucedido.
