What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). The best 5 star hotel in Bromo area !

The view is so amazing! The clouds and green that surrounding us so magical! The room is so cozy and the service is good!
The front desk can help you arrange your trip to Bromo and prepare a bfast in savanna.
Mas Ari, Nawaaf and Ricki in restaurant area are very attentive to us! A top notch hospitality. The concierge are doing such a hardwork as they need to help us with luggage thru some steep stair, mas Obi is the best concierge

Amazing stay at plataran Bromo

Plataran Bromo is truly a hidden gem! The well maintained gardens are beautiful and provide a serene backdrop for relaxation. The service is exceptional fast, friendly, and attentive. Special thanks to Mrs. Okta, who was incredibly kind, She offered us various activities and explained everything in detail. Unfortunately, we couldn't book the Jiva Devi lunch as it was fully booked. Very pleasant stay

Nice enviroment for family trip.
The best part it's an exclusive hotel, only hotel guest can enter the resort. So you feel very secure.
Mazzenine room is very convinient for big family, however if you are looking for very private space this is not the right room for you, because it's open space and connected to the restaurant. So you can hear the noice from the restaurant and vice versa. Overall it's a pleasant stay. Comfy bed and pillow.

Plataran Bromo als Ausgangspunkt zum Bromo — Crater dank Mrs. Itta

Unsere 2. Station auf Java war das Plataran Bromo Hotel.
Die Anreise wurde über unser vorheriges Hotel Plataran Borobudur perfekt organisiert — siehe separaten Bericht.
Dank der Vorinformation durch Mr. Angga Ramadhan vom Partnerhotel Plataran Borobudur war unser Empfang perfekt vorbereitet und dazu erhielten wir noch ein Upgrade auf eine Premium Suite mit herrlichem Blick über die terrassenförmigen Gemüse - und Reisfelder.
Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet und harmonisch in die Landschaft eingefügt. Dazu ein hochmotiviertes Team in allen Bereichen des Hotels, von der Rezeption über das Restaurant bis zum SPA.
So waren wir bestens eingestimmt auf DAS Highlight am nächsten Morgen mit der Tour zum Mount Bromo.

Unsere persönliche Betreuung lag in den Händen von Mrs. Itta, die gerade die Weiterbildung zum Butler erfolgreich absolviert hat. Sie hat mit ihrer herzlichen Art und kompetenter Organisation die geplante Bromo — Tour für uns zu einem der absoluten Höhepunkte unserer Reisen werden lassen.
Morgens um 3 Uhr ging die Fahrt im Land Cruiser hoch in die Bromo —Region um pünktlich zum Sonnenaufgang einen Logenplatz hoch in der Vulkanlandschaft des Bromo zu bekommen.
Kaum war die Sonne aufgegangen ging die Tour weiter zum Frühstück in der Tengger —Caldera … ein Traum!!!
Nach dem Frühstück folgte der Aufstieg zum Bromo —Crater und der Blick vom Kraterrand ins Innere unserer Erde. Wowww!!!

Never ever again!

Außen hui, innen pfui! Wohl das schrecklichste Hotel in dem wir je waren.. V.a. die Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht!
Einige Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht, andere fast schon aufdringlich. Es gab mehrere unterschiedliche WhatsApp Accounts über die die Kommunikation oft sehr schwierig war, man zT. unterschiedliche Rückmeldungen zB. bzgl. Bezahlung erhalten hatte oder Reservierungen etc. doppelt geklären werden mussten.
Zudem werden einem gefühlt 100 Aktionen angeboten bzw. aufgedrängt, persönlich und auch mehrfach per WhatsApp, obwohl wir uns bei zwei Übernachtungen eh schon für zwei „Erlebnisse“ entschieden hatten.. Dabei werden immer wieder andere Preise ausgewiesen, alles total chaotisch. Weniger wäre da bestimmt mehr!
Das „Romantic Dinner“ im Gewächshaus war von der Location her sehr schön und auch der Mitarbeiter, der uns das Essen servierte, war sehr bemüht. Alles andere war einfach furchtbar.. Die Musik brach immer wieder ab und störte nur, wir wurden auch überhaupt nicht gefragt, ob wir die überhaupt wollten. Das „Menü“ war bis auf ein kleines Stückchen Rind zum Hauptgang richtig schlecht und wir waren froh, als es vorbei war.
Am zweiten Abend wurde im Restaurant erst unsere Hauptspeise vergessen, dann war ein Gericht auch noch das falsche.
Das „Bromo Sunrise Alfresco Picknick“ war ebenfalls total überteuert und einfach schrecklich! Der arme Mitarbeiter, der uns begleitet hatte, konnte nichts dafür, dass er uns lauwarmen Kaffee und kalte Suppe servieren musste. Alles andere war total staubig und leider ungenießbar.
Die Jeeptour im Anschluss hingegen, die in den Ortschaften zu hauf angeboten wird, ist sehr zu empfehlen, wurde aber von einem lokalen Fahrer durchgeführt.
Als wir ins Hotel zurückkamen und schnell in die Dusche springen wollten um uns vom Staub und dem Schwefelgeruch zu befreien, wurden gerade unsere Zimmer gemacht, obwohl klar war, dass wir um 10 Uhr zurück sind.
In den Zimmern gibt es einige der bekannten Schilder wie „Die Handtücher werden nur erneuert, wenn sie auf dem Boden liegen.“ etc. Wir hatten unsere Handtücher bewusst nicht auf den Boden geworfen nach nur einer Nutzung, bekamen ungewollt aber dennoch neue. Zudem laufen überall im Hotel Fernseher& Co. und vergeuden unnötig Strom. In den beiden Nächten wurden wir von lauter Musik belästigt und konnten kaum schlafen.
Dem ganzen wurde beim völlig überteuerten Transfer nach Jogja noch die Krone aufgesetzt, da einer der Gurte hinten nicht funktionierte und die Frontscheibe einen Steinschlag mit 70cm langem Riss hatte. Bei der Bezahlung von Dienstleistern mit Karte werden außerdem einfach 5% drauf geschlagen.
Nie wieder!

Séjour inoubliable au Plataran Bromo

Quel merveilleux endroit ! Et quel hôtel!! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Plataran Bromo. Les activités sont vraiment chouettes comme des petits picnic privé en extérieur, le personnel est accueillant et toujours à votre écoute ! Petite mention spéciale pour Oksa, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus beau !
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel si vous êtes dans le coin, vous ne le regretterez pas !
