    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?

Highly recommend!
Amazing service, top teir. The food was DELICIOUS. I had the lobster Alfredo, so good! The friend had the steak frits, the gravy was incredible!!! (I didn't try the steak, but she said it was delicious). Great atmosphere and vibe, also good for pictures. Great wine selection, can't complain.

A wonderful cooking experience with great taste and lots of fun
We booked the cooking class with Budi and it was an amazing experience! During the visit to the traditional market, Budi explained to us the different spices and ingredients that we would later use during the food preparation. While cooking everything was clearly explained and it was truly fun! Tge smells and colors of the good where just amazing and the taste of the food even better. I can highly recommend this experience. Budi and his colleagues are very kind and we spent a great time. Thank you to the Plataran Hotel team!

Agradable experiencia en Ubud
Este restaurante tiene unos excelentes cocktails, muy bien preparados. La comida muy rica, el menu de kids, hamburguer es grande, muy rico. Yo pedí la ensalada cesar, un poco pequeña ( deliciosa ), los postres maravillosos. El precio estaba un poco alto de la media, pero vale la pena. Destaco que la atención de todo el personal es muy amable, siempre están atentos a tus necesidades. 100% recomendado!

Gute Live-Musik und super nettes Personal
Angezogen würden wir durch die sehr ansprechende Musik der Liveband, die englische Rock Klassiker spielte. Das setzte sich den ganzen Abend fort. Bedient wurden wir von einer motivierten und gut gelaunten Gruppe junger Männer, mit denen auch eine Konversation auf Englisch ein echtes Vergnügen war. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen.

Siamo stati qui per 4 giorni, tutto bellissimo e personale super attento e cordiale. Tra le varie proposte dell’hotel abbiamo fatto la cena privata sotto le stelle, tra le risaie, davvero un’esperienza unica. Il cibo buono soprattutto la carne davvero speciale. Una menzione in più va fatta alla gentilissima Salea, attenta e premurosa ad esaudire ogni nostro desiderio.

Cena in tranquillità a Ubud
Uno dei ristoranti del Plataran Ubud hotel e spa. Anche se fronte strada l’ambiente in stile balinese e confortevole…. buon cibo… buoni drink… da migliorare la gelateria. Personale molto cortese e sorridente in particolare Wita. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Alcune sere un piccolo show di danze balinesi. Consigliato

Cena romantica per 2 organizzata al minimo dettaglio dai fiori semplicemente sublimi al cibo perfetto ad ogni portata. Servizio impeccabile! abbiamo preferito scegliere il menù asiatico per provare piatti tipici della cucina locale. Un ricordo veramente indimenticabile per la nostra luna di miele!

Un délice caché avec une vue magnifique
Restaurant se trouvant à l’arrière de l’hôtel Plataran , à Ubud
On imagine pas trouver ce restaurant au calme avec une vue magnifique sur les jardins de l’hôtel à l’arrière.
Ils ont trois cartes, une indonésienne, une asiatique, et une continental.
Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et la nourriture est délicieuse.
Le cadre est juste superbe et au calme..

Excelente lugar para comer!!
Deliciosa comida internacional, magnifico precio y muy bonito lugar!! Mi esposo y yo fuimos a la hora del lunch, pedimos una ensalada, spring rolls, surf & turf, un arroz y un spicy sirloin. El mejor lugar que pudimos haber elegido en Ubud!!

On compose son assiette et c’est à volonté
Une bière locale et même les desserts
Le tout pour 100K rp (6,30€ environ)
