When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Beautiful Oceanfront property in Salento - Impeccable service!
This beachfront property in San Foca is absolutely lovely. We booked for two nights at the end of our two week trip to Italy with the idea of relaxing on the beach after lots of sightseeing and it was absolutely perfect. The level of service at this hotel is excellent and something I wish many of the high end hotels in the US would return to. I would say there is an average of two hotel staff members to every guest.
The hotel is very modern with beautiful, spacious rooms and bathrooms. We were on the second floor with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. There are two pools, one on the rooftop with and one on the first floor at the back of the hotel which was nice the day we arrived as it was windy and that one is sheltered more from the wind.
There is also a pool at the spa but we did not visit the spa during our stay.
We dined in the restaurant the first evening for dinner and the food and service were fantastic. We also elected to include breakfast each day in our stay and it was top notch. In addition to a huge spread of pastries and fruit, there cooked to order options from the menu included. And as with everything else, the service was quick and delivered with a smile.
We also spent a day at their club, Mora Mora. The service was on point and the water and beach there are beautiful. It looks like the Carribean sea! We did not have a good meal at the restaurant there, however. We both ordered the tuna poke bowl and it was not good. The tuna was quickly seared outside but the inside was not cooked (as expected) and the color was not normal -gray brown instead of bright pink. It also had a very fishy taste so neither my husband or I ate it, fearing it may make us sick. We did not say anything to the waiter (my husband will never send food back!) so I'm not sure what they would have done, and the waiter did not comment on the fact that neither of us ate anything.
The town of San Foca did seem a little sleepy and there are some storefronts that looked to be closed but we were there before the "season" started so that may be the reason. The hotel itself is everything we expected and more. I can't over state the wonderful service we received from Alessia and the other team members.
I would highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Luxury stay seafront in San Foca
Lovely hotel in great location for san foca and exploring locally. Staff were excellent, very attentive and helped us arrange a pasta making class in a nearby Masseria Cinque Santi. There is a beach club close to the hotel that was €30 for two, it was lovely and you could charge food and drink back to the hotel. The hotel also has tai swimming pools. The rooftop one which had sea view has to be booked as there is only space for about 10 people. We were there in June and it wasn’t too busy. The offer valet parking for €20 a day which we used but you could park nearby. Food there and drinks were really nice and close by to other food places too. Alessia on reception spoke to us about the Masseria and was really helpful in arranging - we drove there and had the best experience of our holiday at the pasta making class and tour of the working farm. We also had great massages in the spa one evening which were so relaxing and spa facilities were lovely too. Would recommend and would go back.

Superbe expérience . Hotel bien situé. La chambre était magnifique avec terrasse et vue sur mer. Nous avons pu tester les massages , top et personnel très sympathique. Nous avons diné au restaurant, tres bon et service aux petits oignons. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très diversifié.

Très bel hôtel de qualité
Hotel idéalement situé en bord de mer. Prestations de très bonnes qualités. Personnel bienveillant, aimable et attentionné. Petit déjeuner délicieux, varié et copieux. Spa et massages à ne pas rater ; détente absolue et massage hyper relaxant réalisé par des professionnelles au top. Je recommande cet établissement. Prendre les chambres avec vue mer.

Tres belle hôtel ! Je recommande
J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cette hôtel. Je suis partie avec mon mari en mai. Il s’agit d’un hôtel de petite structure face a la mer. L’établissement est très beau mélange de déco industriel et nature. Nous avions pris une chambre vue mer et le panorama était incroyable sur la mer. La chambre est belle et spacieuse avec un grand balcon. La salle de douche très élégante. Il y a juste quelques points négatifs : le wifi ne marche pas dans les chambres et peu de place pour ranger vos affaires dans les placards. Concernant le restaurant, celui-ci est très bon mais dommage qu’il ne soit pas positionné du côté mer. Nous sommes allés au spa également et il est très sympa je recommande. Il y a une piscine intérieure qui donne également sur l’extérieur (chauffée). Vous trouverez aussi différents jets, jaccuzi, aromathérapie, sauna … mais le grand plus c’est leur massage. Nous avions pris le massage signature… merveilleux. Et enfin je finirai par le grand point positif de cet hôtel le personnel d’une extrême gentillesse et attentionnée. Mes conseils : prendre une chambre vue mer absolument, faite un tour au spa, garer vous à côté de l’hôtel (gratuit) et pour le wifi faites un partage de connexion avec votre téléphone :-)
