What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". Excellent hotel for the price
- The hotel facilities are good: swimming pool, garden, lobby and restaurant are well maintained. Better than what I had expected with good price.
- Pet friendly: I can chill with my dog in the garden. There is a big field to run with a dog just 200 meters away from the hotel.
- Staff: friendly and very helpful.
- The room and bathroom are clean.
- Breakfast: good for the price

Couldn't fault it
Stayed one night, found the room to be clean with everything we needed, a little basic but gave everything we needed for a nights stay. Breakfast was plentiful and more than adequate. Staff were very helpful, coffee on arrival was most welcome.

Very nice staff and owner
The Pousada Chamame is a nice little Hotel with a beautiful little garden and pool.
It is within walking distance of the Conference center in Bonito which makes it very attractive as you do not depend on transfers. It is not too far from the centre of Bonito either. The people at the reception are very nice and helpful so that you will love to stay there even though the rooms are a little bit too small; I didn't have a place to leave my suit case and didn't have a proper wardrobe and no hangers, just a rack. ..But verything clean and a nice bed! Not much space to move in the room (but separate bathroom) - but I didn't care as I wanted to be outside anyway. Matto Grosso Do Sul has such a wonderful landscape! Don't miss to visit the Patanal, there is a great guide out there: Marcelo Yndio from 'Explore Pantanal Brazil Turismo'.
Bonito is a gaucho town, a bit sleepy but with a lot of shops and bars. Don't miss to visit the Taboa Bar! And ask for Fernanda's little Bonito History Museum!!

I was so pleased to have chosen Pousada Chamame for the Convention, charming place, good wi-fi, good front desk services, the girl is english speaking and so kind.

not worth the money
From the pictures we thought it would be a much better place but it was a very small room, the bedsheets were dirty and the staff were not happy when we asked them to be changed. The staff was lazy and not very helpful. The swimming pool was not very clean with a lot of tanning oil floating in the water. There was no safe in the room, this is really bad as I think every hotel should have. The bed was not very comfortable, the furniture old and not very nice with a weird smell and the bathroom was not comfortable. The breakfast was ok, it was the best thing of the whole stay. The lobby and hotel exterior looks nice so it's a shame it's not the same on the rooms. It was definitely not worth the money, as this was not a cheap hotel. As the town is beautiful and you'll probably go on many trips and excursions during the day all you want at the end of the day is to have a nice, comfortable place to sleep but this was not the place.
