What a gem of a hotel. From the first impression to the last - it was a wonderful stay.
The rooms are super spacious and beautifully appointed - opening windows to the most incredible views and everything (right down to the welcome pastries and cherries and sample perfumes) is so tasteful and lovely. The bathroom was amazing and there was even a full size walk in wardrobe.
The staff were helpful and pleasant and the restaurant superb.
Breakfast was extensive and tasty and really, there’s nothing to fault this hotel on. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Bravo!

Excellent hôtel, à tous les points de vue : Situation idéale pour visiter Turin à pied, accueil excellent, chambres très belles, avec de beaux matériaux (Junior Suite pour notre part).

Très beau spa, Salle de Fitness très bien également.

Personnel serviable.

Petit déjeuner avec buffet très complet et avec de bons produits.

Seule, le parking pour la voiture un peu cher (41€/nuit).

Enfin, centrale de reservation très sympathique et réactive (nous avons dû modifier nos résa et ils ont fait le maximum pour répondre à nos besoins, tt en cherchant le meilleur tarif).

J'y retournerais sans hésiter !

Really lovely hotel. This may be the best city hotel I have stayed in. On arrival, we had a helpful and friendly welcome from Silvia on the front desk, who had fantastic English and gave us lots of really useful information about restaurants, cafes and places to visit in Turin.

We were able to check into our room early. We had a junior suite on the 2nd floor and the room was perfect. Stylish, comfortable, great beds, great bathroom, great storage, air con that worked and worked quietly. I needed an iron and after a phone call to reception, one arrived immediately.

The whole hotel is art deco in style and it feels elegant, stylish.

We used the spa facilities and these were lovely. No doubt it helped that the hotel was not super busy and nor was the spa.

Breakfast was very good, especially by the standards of other Italian hotels.

We didn’t eat in the restaurant, although it looked very nice. We had drinks in the bar when there was live music: a really excellent duo, which made for a great evening.

If I could add or change anything, I might add a kettle and teas in the room, more local fresh food at breakfast (good local bread, for instance) a bar on the rooftop, some of the famous local chocolates as gifts for guests… but these are small things!

The hotel is located near shops, restaurants and many sights, as well as being convenient for the railway station.

Unmittelbar nach der Ankunft mit dem Auto von einem gewinnenden Lächeln begrüßt zu werden, unterstreicht einmal mehr die italienische Lebensweise aber vor allem die Herzlichkeit, Professionalität und Eleganz des Principi di Piemonte. Nach unserem leider nur 2-tägigen Aufenthalt haben wir einen weiteren Hot-Spot italienischer Gastlichkeit auf unserer Liste - wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Das Haus hat alles was es für einen entspannten und vollkommenen Aufenthalt in der eleganten Stadt der Savoyer braucht. Durch die diskrete Professionalität des gesamten Teams fühlt man sich stets als Gast für den alles getan wird, um sich wohlzufühlen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll, geräumig und elegant und noch dazu mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt. Das hervorragende Frühstück war der perfekte Start in den Tag voller Entdeckungen in dieser wunderschönen Stadt. Dem gesamten Team des Principi di Piemonte sowie seinem erfolgreichen Management sei herzlichst gedankt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Le personnel était génial parlant très bien le français. Nous avons été surclasser nous avons eu une suite junior, la chambre était super. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. L'hôtel et la chambre étaient très propre. Le bagagiste et le voiturier étaient très sympathiques. Il y a de la place devant l'hôtel pour garer la voiture en attendant de faire l'enregistrement et en attendant que le bagagiste et le voiturier.

Hôtel très agréable,parfaitement situé pour tout faire à pied, avec un personnel , souriant aimable et très disponible . Excellent petit déjeuner (jus d'oranges pressées excellen:un régal) avec des serveurs et serveuses très attentionnés .
Une excellente adresse.
un petit détail : les oeufs brouillés par ailleurs délicieux et le bacon ne sont pas assez chauds et refroisdissent très vite dans les assiettes froides.

Rien à redire. Ils se sont adapté à ma langue, m’ont mis à l’aise et m’ont surclassé. J’ai fait mon checkout à 13h pensant que c’était midi mais au final ils ont été compréhensible. On y manger très bien et on est très bien traité.
Un des barman a fait long pour servir mon cocktail mais ce n’est qu’un détail car tout le reste était parfait.

Das wunderschöne 5 Sterne Hotel ist traumhaft inmitten der Turiner Altstadt gelegen, mehr MITTE geht njcht ;-)

Beim Vorfahren vor dem Hotel empfingen uns die Crew des Hotels bereits vor der Tür mit einer italienischen Herzlichkeit und einer Professionalität vom Feinsten!
Von dem Moment hat war sofort klar: der Aufenthalt kann nur gut werden !
Nach einem ebenso herzlichen Check in
Kamen wir in unser umwerfendes Zimmer (709) im 7.Stock mit einem Traum Ausblick über Turin!
Das Design des Zimmers war umwerfend, alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche sehr groß mit wunderschönen Marmor Fliesen und gut riechenden Culti Produkten!
Der separate Ankleideraum ist toll durchdacht !

Zum Abendessen saßen wir auf der sehr gemütlichen Terrasse des Hotels, und bekamen nach leckeren unterschiedlichen Brotsorten ein Amouse-Bouche - als Gruß der Küche gereicht, excellent!
Die hervorragende Qualität zog sich durch alle Gerichte.
Der Service war großartig und auch hier wieder mit einer Herzlichkeit, dass man sich wie ein gern gesehener Stammgast fühlt ;-)
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend und schliefen traumhaft in den sehr bequemen Betten in dem vollkommen ruhigen Hotelzimmer.
Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war umwerfend, alles was das Herz begehrt und auch hier Wieder viele dienstleistungsorientierte Hotelmitarbeiter die einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablesen!

Danke an das gesamte Team für diesen wundervollen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt, eins ist sicher: wir kommen wieder- und dann nicht nur für eine Nacht!

Instalaciones de primera y ubicacion excelente cerca de todo en el centro historico, se puede llegar caminando a lo más interesante, también se llega a pie a la estación de tren, vale la pena pagar el precio

hier fühlt man sich wie ein König, hier ist der Gast ein König, jeder Wunsch wird von den Lippen abgelesen.
Die Zimmer, der pure Wahnsinn, der Concierge kümmert sich um alles, Frühstück ist Trompetengalaktisch und sehr geil.
Hier genießt man die Ruhe, hier ist es wunderschön und wunderbar, jederzeit gerne wieder, nun erst einmal Ostern, Hurra ein Traum ist Realität.

So stellt man sich ein 5* Hotel vor.

Bei der Anfahrt vor das Hotel steht er PAge bereit, hilft beim Ausladen des Gepäck mit dem Hinweis, er bringe das dann gleich auf‘s Zimmer … und So war es. Der Check in war vorbereitet und dauerte nur wenige Minuten. Valet Parking (zugegeben 39€/Tag) klappte reibungslos.
Das große, modern eingerichtet Zimmer ließ fast keine Wünsch offen. Evtl. könnte man die fehlende Lüftung im sehr geräumigen und modernen Bad ansprechen.

Koffer auspacken war kein Problem, gibt es doch im Schrankbereich des Zimmer ausreichend Platz für Klamotten zum ablegen, hineinlegen oder aufhängen.

Ein geräumiger Safe für ein Laptop, zwei iPads, diverse Kleinigkeiten versteht sich.

Großes Bett, angenehm surrende Klimaanlage (ist bei er Innenstadtlage notwendig) bedeutet, angenehme Nachtruhe.

Die Lage rundet das Bild des Hotel ab. Zwischen zwei Haupteinkaufsstraßen gelegen und dennoch sehr angenehm ruhig und eher dezent gelegen.

Den Nachmittagsdrink auf der Hotelterrasse (ohne Aussicht - bei der Lage leider eine logische Konsequenz) genossen, bei stets aufmerksamen, netten und höflichen Personal.

Der Check out, nach drei Tagen war so angenehm wie der Check in. Der bestellte Page zur Abholung des Gepäcks kam pünktlich, das Auto stand bereit zum beladen und der Vorgang an der Rezeption dauerte wieder nur einen Augenblick.

Muy céntrico, actualizado, limpio y Buffet adecuado con personal amable

Nos ha encantado por lo bien situado que está y que te puedes desplazar caminando

Y sorprendentemente insonorizado, las habitaciones son estupendas por su silencio y excelente colchón

Pensábamos estar tres días y ampliamos la estancia otros tres días más. Todo perfecto desde la recepción, las habitaciones, restaurantes, spa. No hay ni un pero que poner. Reinaba la amabilidad y el buen servicio, últimamente tan difícil de encontrar
