  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?

Great Stay at Ramada Yelahanka Bengaluru
Fantastic experience. Very nice food, hospitality and ambience.
Well appointed rooms with vineyard and poolside view.
Good professional staff. They made the stay really great.
Pool is really good.
Extra amenities mini football, cricket, basketball etc is also well maintained

Sorry but not Sorry.
Having a job profile where I get to stay in a lot of 5 star hotels but sadly my stay in Ramada was very disappointing. Morning breakfast I asked for Hot water with Lemon slice and to my surprise the staff told me the lemon is over. I did not say anything but being a 5 star brand and giving me an excuse that it’s over….This was so petty. At reception when I was asked about my stay I thought of mentioning about the same. Again to my surprise when the person at reception cross checked , he said hot water with Lemon will be charged extra.
I mean like really!!! That’s not even a drink. No hotel in my 5years of career has ever charged me extra, for a hot water and a lemon slice!

When you land after 12hours of duty and you decide to close your eyes for few minutes in the cab but the driver is non stop on back to back calls on speaker and your 40-45 min of road time to hotel goes for a toss. It was not a pleasure trust me, but I gave it a benefit of doubt that it all might be official calls and important to attend.

So before you request for a 5star rating atleast treat us like 5⭐️

Bad check in experience, bad extra bed, bad hot water.
Hotel was good, food was good.
We faced 3 issues in this 5 start category hotel.
Bad check in experience, we reached 45 min earlier, traveling from long distance. Front desk asked to wait till check in time 3 pm, unnecessarily we wait at reception, after so many request they didn't gave early check in, after all checked in 3 pm.
We observed many rooms were empty and ready to check in, but prithvi and team at reception not allowed.
Secondly in a 5 start hotel we faced extra bed on floor, hotel doesn't have palang.
Third, Hot water problem through out the stay,
We won't recommend it 5 start category.

Great stay
Great service, and amenities. The Restaurant buffet food was really good and had a nice variety to pick from. Overall stay was fantastic and nice clean place. Small issue with lost laundry however staff assisted quickly and resolved the issue.

Ramada wyndham Bangalore hotel review.
The staff at the restaurant is wonderful at the hotel specially Chiran and Ambika chhetri they took really good care of us during our stay. Small gym but has all the decent equipment’s and has a good pool. Best thing is there is plenty of space in the hotel to play football and walk.

Hôtel encore en construction
L’hôtel n’est clairement pas encore prêt et l’ouverture a été anticipé. Les chambres ne sont pas tout fait terminées et sales. Il y a de la poussière de chantier sur le sol, la piscine est verte et devrait être fermée. Le spa et le bar sont encore en construction.
La salle de bain dispose d’une jolie douche mais elle n’est pas très ergonomique. L’atmosphère général est assez froide et non cosy.
Le personnel du restaurant est aimable mais manque d’expérience. Le petit déjeuner qui est censé ouvrir à 7h n’était pas prêt à 7h30 et nous n’avons donc rien pu prendre car nous devions partir pour l’aéroport. Les tables de 4 sont trop petites et les 4 personnes ne sont pas assises correctement avec le pied de table qui gêne chaque invité.
Pas mal de choses à revoir et surtout à terminer. A commencer par un bon nettoyage. Les toilettes du lobby/ restaurant sont très sales et non dignes d’un hôtel de ce standing.
