  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

Best hotel near mall road, best service full enjoy
Our stay at Rock Manali was truly amazing. The service was outstanding, and we felt very well taken care of. The food quality was excellent, and we enjoyed the beautiful views of the snow-capped mountains from our room. The hotel is beautifully made and offers a premium 3-star experience. The staff was always available to assist us and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Our kids, ananya and akshi loved the spacious garden and play area. We had a delightful trip and appreciate everything the hotel provided. Thank you for a fantastic stay! 😊

Family trip
The hotel is located near to mall road which is the main highlight. Rooms are clean and spacious especially the royal suite is the best I have been to.staff is attentive and Ready to help.prices are moderate as per season.food is on average side but nothing to complain about.overall me and my family had a wonderfull stay at the property.the kids also enjoyed playing pool in the play area.the garden area is also good if u want to sit out with your family for sm snacks in open air.all in all time well spent.

Most pathetic hotel in Manali..
"Everything that glitters is not gold"..An apt phrase for Rock Manali by Vivann... please don't go by the show shine and positive "paid" reviews that will be available for this hotel..it's not even worth 1 star category... We had booked this hotel thru a travel agent for 3 nights by paying for a room upgrade to executive category.. however upon reaching there we wer told rooms are booked under delux category rooms.. which were below standard levels....room shuru hote he khatam ho jata hai... cracked sinks, leakage from bathroom... wen complained v wer told v will be given our rooms the next day...to our utter disappointment they take us to another floor showing us the same type of rooms under delux category...staff at reception don't have basic courtesy to acknowledge the goofup done...staff at the restaurant there are decent... housekeeping staff really need training.... please don't book this hotel.. unless you want to regret later..
P.S : After follow up with my travel agent v wer given refund of the room upgrade amount..

Great view, friendly staff, quite peaceful, would loved to visit again.
Kind and cooperative staff. Great experience. I enjoyed the view and best part was having a great feel factor. It was simply amazing to have a breathtaking view and lush greenery it is surrounded . The staff was all great , Mr. Amit Bharadwaj were especially helpful. 10/10 stay
