FAQ Frequently Asked Questions
  • Why choose Metour.it as your reliable online travel agency?
Metour.it is committed to offering travelers authentic and unforgettable experiences. As a leading trusted online travel agency, we stand out for our dedication to quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Every destination, package and service offered has been carefully selected to ensure an unparalleled travel experience. Furthermore, our expert team is always on hand to assist you at every stage of your journey, ensuring that every detail is taken care of to perfection.
  • Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?
Prices vary based on various factors which may be seasonal, day of the week, occupancy status of the hotel, promotions, particular fairs in the city and more. The advice, to see the prices, is to enter the dates of your stay and make your own comparisons.
  • Is breakfast always included?
No, it depends on the rate and whether the structure is organized to offer it or not. Check carefully before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
  • Can I make special requests?
Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the property and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the Hotel who will respond directly to you. MeTour is not responsible in this decision-making process.
  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
  • Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site?
They are normally clearly indicated in the property sheet or added during the booking phase depending on local regulations or the facility's policies. But even if not clearly indicated, payments may be requested directly to the facility for any tourist taxes, local charges or extras not included in the rate. The advice is to read everything carefully before booking or writing to us through our contact form.
  • Are small pets allowed?
It is often clearly stated in the property sheet and for this reason we invite you to carefully read their policies. Where not indicated, we invite you to contact us through our contact form for more information.

  • What are TripAdvisor reviews?
TripAdvisor reviews on MeTour.it are ratings and comments imported directly from TripAdvisor for each hotel, B&B, resort, campsite, accommodation, restaurant and museum activity you find on our site. They include an overall rating of up to 5 points, the total number of reviews, and detailed ratings for specific categories such as rooms, location, cleanliness, sleep quality, service and value for money. We also show the latest 5 reviews left by travelers on TripAdvisor. This data is automatically updated and is provided to help our users make informed choices. MeTour.it does not edit these reviews and takes no responsibility for their accuracy.

  • How are MeTour.it proposals linked to TripAdvisor reviews? What happens if there are errors in connections with TripAdvisor?

Conclusion :

Appoggiamo tutto e diciamo “dai andiamo a fare aperitivo a bordo piscina magari c’è serata” (sai di venerdì, inizio settimana, avevo buoni propositi)
Grandissima noia
A mezzanotte siamo saliti in camera
Ci cambiamo e scendiamo in piscina
Andiamo a pranzo stesso discorso

Red Sun Village review
AJ:
We were in Sardinia first time and we choose this hotel and it is brilliant. Personal service perfect. We love this hotel. Food was delicious and rooms looked very lofty. When problem happened Margharita solved everything she is sweet and kind person and also professional she knows many languages and hotel manager is realy cares what his customers think about hotel. We will travel there for sure here more then once. If you wnat travel to the island you must borrow a car (they solved also). Hotel beach is 200 meters from hotel. Hotel is in a more remote location on north. You must prepare for Sardinia taxes for 21 eur/person for week.

CZ:

bad experience - I do not recommend
At the beginning, I must point out that we are not people who require who knows what standards, we do not criticize when it is not absolutely necessary, but we also expect basic expectations and a level that will allow us to have a good time, relax and enjoy visiting and sightseeing. new places. My excerpts may seem too long at the beginning, but I recommend reading them, unfortunately ☹
So yes - we chose the breakfast-only option because we planned to spend most of our time outside the hotel. And then I hit a wall - every day for breakfast there was the same menu, but that wasn't the problem at all, it was that all the dishes that were supposed to be hot were cold - scrambled eggs, fried eggs, fried bacon, or baked sausages. Regardless of the time of arrival for breakfast, which was served from 7:30 to 10:00, everything simply "came out" cold from the kitchen, so the heated counters on which the food was placed were no longer able to heat it up. was possible because these devices are only used to maintain the temperature. Another problem was bread - the only available ones were toasted bread that could be toasted (so something warm) and rolls, which unfortunately were delivered only after 8 or not at all, which was problematic in the case of choosing a trip organized by a travel agency, because most often the departure was at 8:00. And finally, the breakfast regrets - the total lack of any vegetables, and this is rather unprofessional in the case of 4 stars, and one could even say it's a mockery. In addition, quite a lot of different types of croissants, cookies, cakes, yogurts, cereals, etc. Once, on the day of arrival, we bought lunch and dinner for 25 euros per person. The restaurant is too much to say - plastic tables and chairs placed on the terrace next to the building, covered with a tarpaulin, placed too close to each other, sometimes made it difficult to squeeze between them, it gives more of a "milk bar" character.
The second, quite unprofessional approach to the customer was the hotel "showed up" when renting a car, which they had on site. The price is astronomical for me - 120 euros/day with insurance, but the standard version is only Fiat Panda with manual air conditioning, without navigation, etc. etc., but the basic version. And maybe there wasn't a problem here, because, as I mentioned at the beginning, we're not picky, but the outside of the car was so dirty that it was really difficult to see the world through the windows when the sun was shining. The lady renting the car, which lasted quite a long time, about 30 minutes, when 6 p.m. passed, i.e. the end of her work, showed her nervousness at the fact that she was not going home yet. The low tire pressure warning light was on in the car, but the lady said it was nothing and they would take care of it next week. Well, that's hard. After sitting in the car, starting it and trying to spray the windows to clean them and see something, it turned out that there was no fluid in the windshield washer, so we reported it. The lady took two half-drunk bottles of mineral water from the reception and went to refill the gaps, stating that everything was fine now (after we returned the car, it was parked in front of the hotel in the same condition until our departure). So we started preparing the windows for driving - a paper towel, another bottle of water and we washed them (for 120 euros/day), when a man drove up in a red Panda and, in a rather aggressive manner, waving his hands, tried to tell us something. After informing us that we do not understand Italian, in English he orders us to leave the place in front of the hotel and give it to him. I politely reply that we will do it in a few moments, when we clean the windows, and he says no, that we have to do it now. Well, then I got a little angry and said that I would go to the toilet in that case, and he replied even more aggressively that if he said now, then I would get in and leave now - get out!!!! my Partner, wanting to avoid the continuation and possible consequences of this "clash", convinced me to leave after all. As it later turned out, this rude man was the hotel manager ☹ Apart from these two people, the service was ok.
At the end of the complaint, it should be added that in the room we had puffballs on the wall above the floor in the corridor on the plaster due to moisture (fungus), and the hotel is located in a total filth.
The beach, the one described at the Spiaggia di Cala hotel (approx. 600 m), is very small, intimate, rocky (entrance into the water should be worn with shoes), but quite nice, with a nice bar with sofas and armchairs under the trees on a hill near the descent to beach. The second beach, La Marinedda (approx. 1200 m), which can be reached via a gravel road from the hill on which the hotel is located, is sandy and very nice, worth recommending, with a bar serving great dishes.
The nearest town - Isola Rossa - is about 3 km away via a mountainous road (uphill and downhill), where there is also a bus from the hotel (5 euros per person in both directions and 10 at night), but sometimes the driver forgets that he took someone there and you have to come back for them. We recommend the Coccodrillus restaurant.
And quite far from the airport - about 2 hours. driving, but in a comfortable bus.
To sum up - the place itself is quite nice, I can recommend it, but the hotel with its "standards" sucks.

Estancia equibocada. No recomendable !!!!!!!
Prefiero no adjuntar fotos.

Si tengo q volver a Cerdeña probaría otro.

ZONA DE DESCANSO PARA UNA VEZ PERO NO PARA REPETIR
HABITACIONES BONITAS CON POCO TIEMPO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN, PISCINAS CORRECTAS AUNQUE LA ZONA JACUZZI ESTABA INUTILIZADA POR AVERÍA. BARES, CAFÉ CON HIELO 1,50€; REFRESCOS O CERVEZA NACIONAL 3,00€, LICORES 8,00€, CUBATAS 12,00€. PERSONAL MUY ATENTO PERO CON POCA EXPERIENCIA. ZONA DE RESTAURACIÓN (BUFFET) POCA VARIEDAD Y MUY REPETITIVO, LAS ZONAS DE MESA ESTAN CON TEJADO DE CAÑIZO Y ES MUY NORMAL QUE ACUDAN ABISPAS O ABEJAS A LA COMIDA. ACCESO AL HOTEL PÉSIMO, UNA ZONA ES DE TIERRA COMPACTADA Y LLENA DE BACHES, PLAYAS BONITAS LEJOS DEL HOTEL, LAS QUE PERTENECEN AL HOTEL SON UNA CALA CON AGUA MUY CLARA PERO MUY PEDREGADA Y LA OTRAS DE ARENA PERO LLENA DE ALGAS.

Best experience
I had the most amazing experience at Hotel Red Sun Vil’age! The all-inclusive package provided an exceptional array of options, making my stay incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. The variety and quality of the food and beverages exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt pampered throughout my entire stay.

The pool area was an absolute highlight! It was immaculately maintained, and the pool itself was spacious and inviting. I spent many relaxing hours lounging by the poolside, soaking up the sun, and cooling off in the refreshing waters.

The staff at Hotel Red Sun Vil’age were an absolute delight. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and friendly nature made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. From the reception to the dining area, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and that I had a memorable stay.

The wide range of activities offered by the hotel kept me entertained throughout my stay. Whether it was water sports, evening shows, or guided excursions, there was never a dull moment. I especially appreciated the effort the hotel put into providing both fun and relaxing activities for guests of all ages.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better vacation experience. Hotel Red Sun Vil’age truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic all-inclusive getaway. I am already looking forward to returning and creating more wonderful memories at this exceptional resort.
The only point that could be improved at Hotel Red Sun Vil’age is the availability of food options for non-pork eaters. While the all-inclusive dining experience was outstanding overall, I noticed that there were limited alternatives for guests who preferred non-pork options or followed specific dietary restrictions. Expanding the variety of dishes that cater to different dietary preferences would be a valuable addition, ensuring that all guests can fully enjoy the culinary offerings at the resort. By addressing this aspect, Hotel Red Sun Vil’age can provide an even more inclusive and satisfying dining experience for every guest.

Precioso pueblo con algunas cosas por mejorar
Estupendo:

A mejorar:
