- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Renata Boutique Hotel. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr gründlich gereinigt, das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl und die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr bemüht. Ein großes Dankeschön möchte ich hier an der Stelle an Sanem ausrichten, die uns immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt hat und uns wirklich keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Sie war so lieb, dass sie sogar meiner Mama einen Gefallen getan hat außerhalb der Arbeitszeit. Dankeschön Sanem! Wir kommen nur wegen dir gerne wieder.

Best experience I have ever had
I have been coming to Istanbil from three years ago almost every two months. I stayed more than 15hotels in Istanbul, Honestly speaking Reneta was the best experience I have ever had. Spotless rooms, spacious, friendly staff, very well decorated breakfast hall, generally I can say this hotel is fault free

Superzentral gelegen und 5 Minuten von der Ubahn
Ca. 5 Minuten von der U-Bahnstation entfernt. (So kann man vom Flughafen mit der Ubahn für wenig Geld zum Hotel). Man kann zu Fuss auch zum Taksimplat oder nach Sisli. Ca. 25 Minuten jeweils. Delux-Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr gross mit Sofa. Ebenso grosser Balkon. Die Aussicht ist auf die anderen Hausdächer. Ruhig, da der Balkon auf eine Nebenstrasse ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker, jeden Tag frisches knuspriges Brot mit allen Beilagen, was man gerne isst, Auch abwechslungsreich. Kühlschrank der schön kühlt. Klimaanlage die sich auch kalt einstellen lässt und funktioniert. Der Fitnessraum ist direkt unter dem Dach. Dementsprechend ist die Temperatur dort. Man schwitzt auch ohne Geräte. Der Raum ist auch nicht gross. Wir selber haben dort nie Sport gemacht, auch niemand gesehen. Es hat 1 Sauna und 1 Hammam. Ueberrissen, dass man für die Sauna noch 20 Euro zahlen soll für die Nutzung. Man muss sich auch vorher anmelden, sonst läuft sie nicht. Das erste Mal in Istanbul, dass wir für eine Sauna extra bezahlen sollten. Die Putzfrau wusste nicht, ob 1 oder 2 Personen in unserem Zimmer waren. So fehlte mal das Toilettenpapier oder mal ein Duschtuch. Zahnbürsten gabs gratis, aber erst gegen Ende des Aufenthaltes (12 Tage). Ansonsten sehr sauber. Nachts kamen halt die Tierchen raus (siehe Fotos). Ich finde den Preis etwas zu hoch. Vor allem weil Sauna extra bezahlt werden muss und auch ein Pool fehlt.

Perfection!
Perfect stay. Perfect hotel. Clean neat with great location and amazing helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was good and room cleanliness level was extraordinary. Very generous hotel they restock complementary items (like toiletries, water… etc) even if the existing stock were not used, they just the new stock next to yesterday’s stock

Great hotel
Amazing hotel. Room quite spacious and breakfast was delicious. Location is also very convenient with a lot of restaurants and shops. Great hotel staff. Our second time staying here and we would come back again. It is located in the heart of Osmanbey.
