MUY BUENO .. PERO ALGO CAMBIO
Fuimos varias veces a Rincon de Los Andes.
Se encuentra muy bien ubicado , cerca del centro y sus instalaciones , pese
a tener ya mas 30 años se mantienen bien, con la pileta climatizada funcionando ..
La atencion en el check In y Check Out es MUY BUENA siempre dispuestos a
solucionarte cualquier inconveniente.
Se destaca en forma Positiva Juan Martin que se encarga de la Recreacion y de mantener a los huespedes siempre compartiendo cualquier consulta-
Lo mas NEGATIVO y que antes NO ocurria es la PESIMA ATENCION DE Juan que se encarga de la atencion en el desayuno el cual lo cobran CARO por
$ 13.800.- por persona y NO hay variedad, varias veces tuvimos que pedirle
que reponga las cosas porque NO habia, fuimos el ler dia a las 09.00 hs y
No habia nada preparado, con su Pesima Atencion y tan pobre y caro decidimos NO ir mas a desayunar al Restaurante y desayunar afuera.
Tambien cabe agregar que la Cena NO esta incluida y que al ser Gourmet
la variedad esta acotada a Ciervo,
En mi opinion para que la gente Cene en el lugar deberian tener un Menu
mas amplio.
Los comentarios son al efecto de mejorar lo que realmente esta MAL y antes

Las cabañas no tienen ningún tipo de mantenimiento, esta todo exactamente igual que hace 26 años. No está bien iluminado. No podes prácticamente cocinar, salvo preparar fideos o arroz porque las hornallas funcionan mal. Las ventanas al arque muy sucias de meses von tierra acumulada y excremento de pájaros en la ventana.es la 65
Dia antes de venir me dijeron que habia un ajyste de 100 mil pesos de las expensas que pague en ina cuota.
Y COML CADA AÑO DIGO LO MISMO..NO HAY UNA OAVA ELECTRICA ..NO PONEN SHAMPOO y SOLO 2 JABONES Y L limpiwza solo es lubes miercoles y viernes. Pagamos todo el año para venir una semana a disfrutar .EL RESTAURANTE CARISIMO POR PERSONA Y NI HABLAR DE PRECIO PARA DESAYUNAR.

Tenemos tiempo compartido en Rincon Club desde aproximadamente el año 1998 y debo decir que está última estadía fue pésima. Reservamos estadía con meses de antelación porque venimos en familia. Al llegar, nos dividieron y nos pusieron en distintas partes del complejo. Cuando te entregan la llave en recepción tenes que adivinar dónde está tu cabaña porque no tienen la amabilidad de acompañarte hasta la cabaña y mucho menos de ayudarte con el equipaje.
Las cabañas no tienen ningún tipo de mantenimiento, esta todo exactamente igual que hace 26 años. No está bien iluminado. No podes prácticamente cocinar, salvo preparar fideos o arroz porque las hornallas funcionan mal. El microondas tampoco funcionaba.
Sentimos olor a gas sin tener prendidas las estufas. Pagamos todo el año para venir una semana a disfrutar y tuvimos que pedir en reiteradas ocasiones el servicio de mantenimiento. Efectivamente había pérdida de gas, junto con otras pérdidas de agua en los baños. La televisión se ve a rayas y el internet tiene pésima conexión.
Todo ha sido deplorable.
Por ultimo, y lo más importante, es que si llegas a tener algún problema que requiere una emergencia hablando en cuestiones de salud, desde la recepción no te ofrecen ayuda. Lo cual nos llamó mucho la atención por la falta de moral y calidad humana para empatizar con una situación que requería atención.

Falta mantenimiento wn las cabañas rincón de los andes
Las cabañas no tienen mantenimiento. La alfombra de las habitaciones es una mugre, falta de limpieza, humedad en el baño , cortinas rotas y acolchado descosido, la puerta de la heladera estaba rota. En la recepción escuchan los reclamos pero dicen que no pueden hacer nada solo derivan el reclamo a las oficinas de Buenos Aires

Expectativas no cumplidas
Sin eventos que se pfrecen en la página y si los había eran poco claros en qué consistía, era fin de semana y en el restaurante no vimos nada de entretén Ivón ni viernes ni sábado. Instalaciones con falta de mantención piscina y cancha de pádel, sin servicio de aseo diario de habitación ni cambio de toallas, que pensamos era obvio por el precio (había un calendario de aseo cada ciertos días ¿?, tuvimos que pedir cambio a una de las señoras de aseo que la encontramos en el pasillo) mucho ruido en la mañana, cuando realizaban limpieza de otras habitaciones. Espacio pequeño para estacionamiento, el precio no incluye desayuno.
Cuando hicimos el check out, preguntamos a qué se debía, nos dijeron que por falta de personal. En fin, mi esposo quiso darme una sorpresa con un “Resort” que no da para eso y regresamos defraudados y estafados.

Outdated, Poor Internet & Charges the Electricity/Gas Bill During Stay
The rooms of the hotel are outdated (TV, beds and decorations), does not have a warm welcoming feeling. Since these rooms are old, you can hear everyone in the hallway.
Seems the concierge service was overwhelmed due to the high season. If you plan to be in this hotel during high season, do not count on the internet (the front desk said it was not working due to the high volume of people arriving).
We had an issue with the gas/electricity, since the Interval voucher specified an amount and we got charged a higher amount. I talked to the front desk and they requested me to email the Interval voucher (note: bring the voucher printed out), but they never responded or changed the amount. The Interval voucher specified the amount to be charged by the number of rooms (dormitories) and they charged as if we had 3 rooms. When I asked why, they explained that we were 4 in the room (2 adults & 2 small children). So without a proper explanation, we felt overcharged...
I will not recommend this hotel to family or friends.

A Good Option for Skiers
The hotel is a bit decadent, but the beautiful local wood construction and the warm (large) pool makes it a very good option after a day at Chapelco. Breakfast is OK, english speaking staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very good, just across bay. And it was way more affordable than the second best with a large warm pool!

A cozy 'rincon' high in the Andes
Our room was warm, comfortable, and clean. The minimal kitchen elements were enough to make a decent dinner in the room, but because the dinner specials at the resort were so good, and there are so many interesting and good restaurants in town, we only used it once. The place has a heated indoor pool and a steam room. The main lodge had comfortable places where we could relax and visit with the many new friends we made there.

The resort is located just a few blocks from the bus terminal so getting to or from the resort is easy. Though close, you wouldn't know it once you're there. The resort is tucked under the edge of the mountains and even closer to the shore of Lago Lanin. The town with its many unique shops and restaurants is within walking distance, and the walk itself is interesting and pretty.

We took advantage of some of the tours offered by Ulmen located in the lodge's lobby. Insist on tours with Roberto who is knowledgeable of the area, cares for his customers, knows the history and culture of the indiginous peoples (the Maipuche), and is captivating as he tells you about everything on the tour. Some guides show you sights, others explain them, but Roberto helps you live them.

This is a nice resort located in an area with easy access to sights across the border in Chile and to Bariloche and the Seven Lakes region. If you go there we're sure you will enjoy it.
