Hermoso hotel, cálido, bien ambientado y con una atención insuperable.
Tuvimos un problema personal y tanto el personal del hotel como el Gerente fueron más que amables en ayudarnos con la solución que excedía sus funciones, pero que realizaron con total gentileza.

La verdad una muy mala experiencia, no tienen cuatro estrellas, colchón vencido, muebles viejos, baño con moho, habitación pequeña!!!!
Nos vendieron habitación doble de lujo, para calificar 4 estrellas, debe tener pileta, no la tiene, el tamaño de cuarto, ascensor (no funciona)

No es un hotel 4 estrellas.
Evidentemente está en decadencia, le falta mantenimiento. Las alfombras viejas y gastadas, la caja fuerte no funcionó, el sistema de calentamiento tenía mala la perilla de regulación. No pudieron toallas de cuerpo.

Disappointed with my stay
Disappointing for a 4 star hotel,I'm actually quite surprised it is 4 stars. I would like to call out that the people who work there are lovely but the decor, "Hill view", hoovering at 8am, check out time of 10am and noise levels made for an unpleasant stay. I stayed in a 3 star hotel in Chile that was a much better standard. Not sure if it was just that I was given the worst room but I was surprised how much I didn't enjoy my stay. I'm quite easy going but this was hard to ignore.

Lovely and spacious hotel
We stayed at this hotel during a family trip and it felt like a little oasis of peace and calm. The rooms are enormous and the hotel also has plenty of nice areas to sit, all with views on the lake. There is also a very good restaurant, which we ended up eating at each nice. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. We had an issue with one of our tours and they went above and beyond to help us resolve it. The only con is that the hotel is right on the edge of town. They do offer a free shuttle, although a taxi into the center is quite cheap. After visiting the center, however, I didn't really feel like I was missing out all that much.
