The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado, desayuno muy básico, café malo
Nos alojamos en Agosto, nos tocó el décimo piso, poco ruido de la calle, se escuchaba movimiento de pasajeros.
El.servicio bueno el desayuno muy básico en relación a la tarifa, el café se puede mejorar. La cama y almohadas cómodas, la ducha pequeña, Volveré a alojarme en mis próximas vacaciones

Ubicación y desayuno buenos, lástima que es imposible dormir por los ruidos que se sienten. Nos toco habitación en el piso 8 y se ve que alli guardan las cosas de limpieza no paraban de entrar y salir por una puerta abatible y hablar a los gritos entre ellos desde 5 am . Lo mismo cada vez que alguno de habitaciones cercanas entraba y salia se escuchaba todo como si fuera dentro de nuestra habitación. Segunda noche unos cables sueltos del lado de afuera no pararon de golpear la pared por el viento y se sentia el ruido muy fuerte.
Por otra parte la habitación no
Tenia nada que ver con las fotos que estan publicadas.

La atención es.muy buena las instalaciones de tres estrellas, el baño es malísimo , agua q no corre etc. Cosas q no deberían pasar. Le dan masa a la calefacción, el desayuno es bueno, surtido ,pero medio pelo. Podría ser mejor el desayuno , lo q si estás desayunando y t sacan los platos ...

Sólo ubicación
Hotel cómodo en cuanto a la ubicación para quién busque alojarse en microcentro. De noche no es una zona linda para caminar.
El servicio de desayuno bastante malo, no por la variedad, sino por el servicio y por el pésimo café que sirven. Deberían capacitar al personal de desayuno en que sean más serviciales.
El resto del personal muy bien.
Otro punto a mejorar son los ascensores, en plena pandemia, ascensores de menos de 2m2... en un edificio de 10 pisos, no va.

Excelente ubicación, feo entorno, pésimo aire condicionado
Sin duda su gran gracia es la ubicación en pleno microcentro, cerca de todo y con una estación de metros al frente (Subte Lavalle).
Las instalaciones normales pero el aire acondicionado pésimo, hasta insalubre diría yo. decidí no encenderlo despues de la primera vez que lo hice.
Relación precio/calidad 4,5 de 5. No es caro. Si vas en plan de conocer y estar poco en el hotel, es el lugar.

One of the best breakfasts anywhere in any hotel
The Hotel was fine by my nook. It was clean, cleaned every day and everything worked fine. I could have done with electric socket in room to plug laptop in but three days without it probably good for the soul. It is in an excellent position for sight seeing and ignore the warnings about being a dodgy area. Esmeralda is a narrow street and 1 minute is Lavalle which comes alive when it get dark with a very good parilla meat restaurant a 5 minute walk away. The metro is opposite and i used it so anyone can. The street is not dangerous at all. It is just full of life. If you do not like narrow typical Latin American streets then do not go. The breakfast is one of the best I have experienced anywhere in the world and the chef will cook the omelette with ham/cheese/tomatoes to order there and then. It had an excellent choice with the divine dulce de leche and for you would have to seek very hard anywhere in the world to find better breakfasts. The hotel is a modern style and minimalist. If you like chintzy curtains then not for you. The check in was fine and departure fine only pain being that you cannot check in before 1400 hours although they will store your luggage for you so you do not waste time. Television cable channels are all in spanish but one can survive without english for a while.....I was impressed with this hotel considering the price and would not hesitate when I return back to BA to stay there. Just for the breakfasts alone.. It is an Argentine hotel in an Argentine typical narrow street full of shops/24 hour express supermarkets and so on. In my book it was excellent

"Scordatevi la connessione o voi che entrate......."
Hotel vicino all'obelisco in zona Microcentro (a mio giudizio non una delle zone migliori di Bienos Aires) accettabile, camera pulite e colazione standard. La pecca più grande (inaccettabile nel 2018) è la connessione internet, nonostante l'hotel sia pieno di ripetitori scordatevi di navigare in rete.... non dico che ci dovrebbe essere la fibra o l'alta velocità.... ma almeno poter inviare una mail senza dover tentare 30 minuti e sperare mi sembra il minimo. Quando andrete alla reception per chiedere/protestare di questo non servizio, preparatevi a sentire le solite scuse.... strano, di solito funziona benissimo....riavviremo il router....chiameremo il tecnico...

Insomma, se vi organizzate con schede locali per utilizzare internet l'hotel và abbastanza bene... se invece chiedete giustamente che questo ad oggi sia un servizio normale e indispensabile cercate altri hotel.....

Great location / no Wifi / photos do not match
I stayed there for 2 nights due to the location and the photos during a Business visit.
Did not have Wifi (113), complained at reception and did get some general recommendation and no solution ... that is not acceptable anymore.;
There reception area has a nice style, looks open and clean. The elevator, corridors are small. I got an upgrade to a superior room... very worn out, antique AC, cheap furniture. Not meeting my expectations from the photos.
The location is superb, in front of Metro, a lot o things in walking distance.

Amazing price, great location - just a little noisy
As a first time visitor I was all about spending my money out and about, so to find this hotel for the price including breakfast....BOOM. Room was simple and beds were ok. Front desk were brilliant and English was no problem... so a super help.

Trains underground early experience..but would I stay there again.... maybe.

Good value for price
Clean hotel. Rooms are good for short stay. Bathroom equipment is a bit old (others would call it "vintage"). Very well located. Personnel is nice and helped me a lot. Breakfast is excellent ! Very good value for the price

Don't - unlesd you're desperate
Room not big enough to seing a cat. Air-conditioning not working, but as noisy as a construction site. Breakfast was good. Wifi not. Louis at reception was very helpful and friendly. The others not. Buenos Aires as a whole totally overpriced, arrogant and dirty.

Perfekte Lage, gutes Frühstück, Standardzimmer mit Schwächen
Ich habe dieses Hotel zum wiederholten Mal gebucht.
Da wir unbedingt getrennte Betten haben wollten, war leider das vom Hotel angebotene Upgrade in ein besseres Zimmer nicht möglich. Im Standardzimmer ist das Bad sehr klein und einfach, die überstrichene Farbe täuscht kaum über die nötige Renovierung hinweg. Das Zimmer ist etwas kleiner und hat keinen Vorraum. Die Betten waren jedoch sehr gut, ebenso die Sauberkeit.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und Service-orientiert.
Beim Frühstück gibt es eine gute Auswahl, der Frühstücksraum ist jedoch bei vielen Gästen akustisch nicht gerade optimal. Das größte Plus des Hotels ist die überaus gute, zentrale Lage, mit U-Bahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür und das sehr gute Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Auch beim nächsten Besuch von Buenos Aires ist das Rochester M für mich die 1. Wahl!

Gues Hotel in guter Lage
Wir haben eine Rundreise in Argentinien, Uruguay und Brasilien gemacht und waren zwischendurch in Buenos Aires. Haben dann immer im Hotel Rochester M übernachtet. Die ersten zwei Nächte hatten wir ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Die anderen waren wir jeweils nur eine Nacht, waren die Zimmer eher befriedigend. Wir haben das grosse Gepäck immer im Hotel gelassen und sind nur mit leichteren Gepäck auf unseren 3-4 tägigen Trips gegangen. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung war sehr positiv.

Ottimo
Hotel di ottima qualita', a 10 metri dall'incrocio tra Esmeralda e Lavalle(pedonale).
Staff molto professionale. La nostra stanza, molto grande, prevedeva un bel salottino d'ingresso, nella quale consumavamo la colazione, grazie all'economico servizio in camera. Da preferire all'attiguo Rochester classic

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Ich hatte hier ein Zimmer zum Schnäppchenpreis gebucht und war sehr positiv überrascht, die Qualität war um einiges besser, als das zuvor besuchte Hotel mit ähnlicher Klassifizierung und Preis. Mein Zimmer war sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Es hatte ein Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, beide mit TV und ein sehr modernes und schönes Bad! Gerne wäre ich hier noch etwas länger geblieben, jedoch musste ich bereits nach einer Nacht wieder abreisen. Die Lage eignet sich sehr gut, um die Stadt zu erkunden! Wenn der Preis passt, absolute Empfehlung, ich komme gerne wieder!

Zentrale Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aber mit Schwächen
Wir waren für insg. fünf Nächte in diesem Hotel. Zwei Nächte am Anfang unserer Rundreise, drei Nächte am Ende der Rundreise. In der Zeit waren wir in drei verschiedenen Zimmern. Beim ersten Aufenthalt hatten wir das Zimmer 310. Das Zimmer hatten wir über ebookers.de gebucht, wir hatten Internet auf dem Zimmer, aber kein Frühstück. Wir kamen um ca. 11h an und mussten ungefähr eine Stunde auf das Zimmer warten. Das Zimmer war recht groß, die Klimaanlage war nur im Schlafzimmer, wo es dann deutlich kälter war, als im Vorzimmer oder Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer war ziemlich klein, aber noch akzeptabel. Die Klimaanlage war alt, laut und hat ein wenig gestunken. Das Bett war ziemlich bequem.
Den zweiten Aufenthalt hatten wir über amoma.com gebucht. Wir hatten diesmal kein Internet auf dem Zimmer (hätte 49 Pesos pro Gerät und für 24h gekostet). Wenn man bedenkt, dass das Hotel vier Sterne haben soll, finde ich das unakzeptabel und noch weniger akzeptabel für die schlechte Qualität der Internetverbindung. Dafür war diesmal das Frühstück enthalten, welches auch recht große Auswahl bot. Unser Zimmer, das Zimmer 507, war eigentlich größer als das erste Zimmer, war aber sehr schlecht aufgeteilt. Das Badezimmer war viel zu klein. Keine Chance sich als Paar zu zweit darin aufzuhalten. Die Türe öffnete sich zudem auch noch nach innen. Das Waschbecken stand auf einem Holzgestell, welches ziemlich wackelte. Der Spiegel war für Kleinwüchsige und die Heizung könnte mal wieder gestrichen werden, bei der Gelegenheit sollte man dann auch die kaputten Fliesen neben den Heizungsrohren austauschen. Der Safe im Schrankboden war kaputt und so verlangten wir ein anderes Zimmer. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir das Zimmer 904 welches das beste der drei Zimmer war. Es war auch recht groß, hatte eine moderne Klimaanlage und das Badezimmer war deutlich größer, weil es keine Tür gab und sich das Waschbecken außerhalb befand.
Als allgemeinen Mangel würde ich den Safe nennen, der sich im Schrankboden befindet und funktioniert indem man sich den Schlüssel und Schließzylinder von der Rezeption ausleihen muss. Wenn man den Schlüssel verliert, kostet das 100 USD!
Ein weiterer Mangel ist aus meiner Sicht, dass man als Kunde nicht bemerkt ob man nun im Rochester Classic oder im Rochester M befindet, da sich beide Hotels eine Rezeption teilen. Wir hatten ein wenig Pech, dass die Esmeralda-Straße gerade zur Fussgängerzone umgebaut wurde und die komplette Straße abgesperrt war. Recht schwierig mit dem Koffer sich auf dem engen Bürgersteig mit Löchern entlang zu kämpfen. Was die Einrichtung angeht, so hat man von den Anbieterfotos den Eindruck, dass diese modern sei. Den Eindruck hat man vor Ort nicht mehr unbedingt, so sind z.B. die Schranktüren, die Duschköpfe, der Waschtisch und wie schon gesagt der Safe und die Klimaanlage eher veraltet.
Was auf jeden Fall positiv ist, ist die sehr zentrale Lage. In 2 Min. ist man beim Obelisken und es gibt auch einige Subte (U-Bahn) Stationen in der Nähe. Auch das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.
Wenn man mit den genannten Defekten leben kann und wert auf eine zentrale Lage und auf einen guten Preis legt, so kann ich das Hotel trotzdem weiterempfehlen.

Orribile hotel
Stanze piccole, letto scomodo, bagno minuscolo. Climatizzato re rumoroso e così anche il frigorifero... Assolutamente da evitare. Purtroppo e stato prenotato da agenzia, dunque meglio fare da soli... E vedere bene i commenti..

Primo contatto con l'Argentina,
dopo lo sbarco dall'aereo, è stato l'hotel, soprattutto per recuperare un po' il jet leg. l'hotel è situato in centro, tra Cordoba, Florida, Corrientes e 9 de Julio e a portata di passeggiata da Puerto Madero e Recoleta. Dunque ottima posizione ed in più camere pulite, servizio efficiente, prima colazione a buffet ma ricchissima.

Molto buono, però ero alloggiato nel Rochester Classic!
In realtà non ho idea di come sia l'Hotel Rochester M, di cui dovrei fare la recensione. Io l'ho prenotato, ma al mio arrivo mi hanno dato una camera nel Rochester Classic.
Credo che le stanze standard non abbiamo differenziazione per i 2 Rochester e questo non mi sembra molto chiaro, né nel loro sito, né in quelli delle agenzie online.
In ogni caso, non mi lamento!! Al mio arrivo mi hanno dato un mini appartamento di 2 stanze e per questo il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Stanza pulita, apprezzabile dal mio punto di vista che la colazione fosse esclusa dal prezzo, perché ho avuto un'ottima offerta di base e ho scelto di fare la colazione solo nei giorni in cui volevo, pagando il sovrapprezzo solo per questo. Internet potrebbe essere incluso (come ormai in tutti gli hotel del mondo).
Rimarco che l'Hotel Rochester M dovrebbe chiarire meglio la sua politica in merito alle camere standard... da quello che ho visto per alloggiare in questo Hotel e non nel Classic, bisogna prenotare una stanza deluxe o M, che però hanno un prezzo fuori quota per la media dei 4 stelle di Buenos Aires...

bien situé et moderne
Hôtel moderne en plein centre, jolies chambres de bonne taille. Pas de restaurant et petit déjeuner un peu cher. Internet payant et cher, il faut payer pour chaque appareil...Staff agréable et certains parlent anglais.
