Amazing food with a Basque twist
I actually dined there twice for lunch in my week here, once after the nearby Contemporary Art Museum and again on the following Saturday.
Both times were excellent. The food is a mix of traditional Basque and Argentine food. They have a tapas style buffet (pintxo) that looks good, but I ate from the menu
Had the sweetbreads with roasted vegetables and cannot recommend it enough. Incredible meat and vegetables. Really perfect
The oxtail stuffed peppers were good,, but not as successful, though still good
We had a couple glasses of the reserve Malbec, also great and inexpensive

Espectacular hotel
Muy cómodo, limpio, ordenado, accesible. Con el valor agregado de tener el mejor restaurant de Buenos Aires abajo. Camas cómodas , buenas almohadas, servicio al cuarto, excelente wifi y tv por cable.

Lugar ùnico en el corazòn de San Telmo
La Osteria Sagardi es un lugar increible en el barrio màs caracterìstico de Buenos Aires, San Telmo, que ofrece apartamentos super confortables, obtenidos de la restructuraciòn de una antigua casa tìpica, y una cocina deliciosa.
Paramos una noche de camino al aeropuerto y la pasamos re bien. Comimos una selecciòn de tapas a base de pescado, muy muy buenas, y probamos un excelente torrontés de un productor local (de Mendoza).
Reposamos en el king size del loft, y si bien algunas cositas podrìan ser mejoradas (ejemplo: el desague de la ducha tiende a inundarlo todo), digamos que todas las comodidades disponibles te recompensan ampliamente.
El personal es eficiente, disponible y simpàtico. Un aplauso a Mariana, que nos resolviò un problema con el pago (mejor no venir con moneda extranjera) y al dìa siguiente inclusive abriò antes para que pudieramos desayunar y llegar a tiempo a Ezeiza.
La pròxima escapada a Buenos Aires sabemos dònde parar.
