A wonderful moms/daughters trip! 100%
We had a fabulous time at Sanctuary. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs and excel. We stayed in a premium luxury ocean view so can’t comment on all the other buildings accommodations. We were in building 6428 end unit King. Great food. Definitely recommend making dinner reservations prior to arriving if you know what you want to eat and or need specific time. We loved the steak house, ate at the Italian restaurant 2 times and the hibachi part of The Wok. Favorite staff we saw the most (but everyone was lovely) Jose at reception made our trip fabulous! Adela at the Love Bar makes amazing Cosmos nice and tart! At the pool seek out Christian Paris section. He will take the best care of you. Rosemary at the spa was amazing. Honestly everyone we spent time with was precious, kind and helpful. My only tips; drinks with quality brands are no issues, food was great, must hit the coffee bar for your morning lattes (try their version of fappuccino) so delicious.

Tips for the Luxury brand as we have staff at others…I wish the included wines were better. We ended up buying New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc because we didn’t enjoy any of the whites available. I wish the nightly turn down service included a bucket of ice vs needing to calling every night to room service. Lastly I wish the mini frig had options of gin, vodka, tonic etc to make a cocktail while you’re getting ready for dinner. Room service does a great job but the above suggestions just avoids the time delay.

Suggest taking lots of singles to tip and be generous.

Amazing hotel
My fiancé and I had a phenomenal stay. Staff is exceptional. Jose Confesor at the Asian restaurant was amazing. Willys at the seafood restaurant went above and beyond for us as we inquired about a food item. Marcos by the pool bar made the best drinks, along with Mikey - those two were exceptional. And if you visit the spa, make sure to ask for Dileisi ( she has angel hands ). Wish I could remember everyone’s name, but certainly a great experience and we look forward to returning.

A TRULY Special Place with TRULY Special People
As we were planning our honeymoon, we knew we were looking for several key features in a destination - tropical, adults-only, all-inclusive, and good food. When multiple internet searches and "best of" lists proved inconclusive, I asked a friend about Sanctuary Cap Cana, where he had stayed during his 2021 wedding. "That place...is special," he told me. I had no idea what that could really mean, but after five nights at the property, I know now what he meant.

We were originally booked in the Castle in a Junior Oceanfront Suite, and absolutely LOVED the room and location. It was beautiful, and the view and ability to walk right out to the grass and be right by the ocean was among the most picturesque hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The Castle Pool, noted at check-in, as "the quietest" on property, was my favorite pool on property. However, our stay in the castle was cut short due to a leak in the roof. The maintenance staff was prompt in coming into our room during our second evening to repair the leak, but unfortunately, the patch did not take, and there was a hole in our roof when we woke up on our third morning.

Enter our butler, Angel - who, true to his name, was our guardian throughout our entire vacation. "You don't need to be in this room for one minute longer," he told us, after we sent him a picture. "Give me a few minutes."

By the time we had gone to breakfast and headed to the main pool, Angel had messaged us with the opportunity to upgrade to a villa for the remainder of our stay. Not only was the room beautiful, Angel also handled moving our luggage between rooms so that we could enjoy our day at the pool. Honestly, it was an incredible gesture. At a all-inclusive previous resort where we had stayed in Mexico, the front desk made a mistake at check-in and gave us the wrong room, but their solution was expecting it to fix it ourselves rather than remedying their mistake. The fact that Angel took the initiative, not only to expedite maintenance, but to get our room switched when he deemed it wasn't satisfactory, says a lot about him and the team they have at Sanctuary Cap Cana.

Despite having 10 other rooms' worth of guests during our stay, Angel was always available when we needed him - either with questions or for a quick golf cart ride - with a smile and positive attitude that felt genuine. He checked in on us often without being overbearing. He was truly wonderful, and it felt like we had a close friend moreso than a butler by the end of the week. As human beings, we all are allowed to have a bad day or an off moment, but at least when he was in front of guests, Angel was "on" at all times, and honestly, I just wanted to take a moment to celebrate his professionalism and passion for providing true hospitality to guests at Sanctuary Cap Cana. People like him are tough to find in the hospitality industry.

But he wasn't the only employee at Sanctuary Cap Cana who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. I want to recognize several of the F&B staff who were also integral to our experience - "Super Gery" at the Steakhouse was our server on multiple nights, and was incredible. We also had Edwardo and Jonathan during dinners at Capriccio, and they were both fantastic as well.

Another employee we had multiple memorable interactions with was Xiorkys, who was the hostess at both Casa Bella (breakfast) and the Steakhouse. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and engaging, and recognized us at each meal - encouraging me to try to recall my rudimentary Spanish that I hadn't studied in 15 years. It became a bit of a game by the end of our trip - and when I thanked her - in Spanish! - for "forcing me to remember high school Spanish" - I thought she might tear up.

And on the subject of food, it was easily the best food I've ever had at an All Inclusive Resort - from the breakfast buffet to seafood at Blue Marlin, to dinners at the Steakhouse and Italian restaurant, and even an afternoon snack from Room Service - everything was DELICIOUS. We did not have the opportunity to try the Wok or any meal from Sanctuary Town - though the ice cream shop at the latter was delicious! - our meals at the Steakhouse and Capriccio were such stand-outs that we wanted to experience them twice.

The pool staff - Happy Boy, Jose Elvis and Oscar specifically, were amazing, and would ensure we had our ideal seats every morning at the "small" pool next to the main pool, and the drinks were always flowing. The good news about the pools at this resort is that there is truly an experience for everyone - if you prefer activities and a swim-up bar, the main pool is perfect for that. If you prefer to stand and read in the pool in peace and quiet, there are mutiple pools for that. If you even want to stand on the edge of an infinity pool and look out across the main pool area and towards the ocean, Sanctuary Cap Cana has you covered. There was an abundance of available chairs and seating options around every pool, and better still, there was never a "mad rush" in the morning of saving chairs.

We also visited the Spa during our visit - it was our Honeymoon after all! While I didn't happen to catch the names of the Spa Staff, I can note that the "Better Together" couple's massage was the best massage that my wife and I both have ever had. The customer service in the spa was top notch, and will be a "must do" when we eventually return to SCC -- and yes, we WILL return.

To close, it's been years since I've left a vacation with tears in my eyes because the week was so incredible, beyond expectations. We quite literally didn't want to return home. It was the most relaxing week of our lives, and we have the Sanctuary Cap Cana staff to thank for it.

So, in summary, I now know what my friend meant by "Sanctuary Cap Cana is special." We can't wait to come back.

Great resort!
Very pleasant experience, top-notch hospitality, very cozy feeling afterwards thank you Maximo ( Blue Marlin) . We had awesome massage with therapist Aldagzia!!!!
All staff are friendly, food is good, many different options. Although it is rain season, but we had light rain for 20 mins max twice for the week.

Perfect getaway
We attended a wedding here. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and well done with great views. Highly recommend the castle suites. Easily the best all inclusive I’ve been to. Our Butler, Emilio, was the best! Couldn’t have asked for a more attentive or helpful person to make the trip extra fun!

Un hotel para disfrutarlo a pleno.
Este hotel es ideal para las personas grandes que quieren descansar y disfrutar de la playa con tranquilidad porque no se aceptan menores.
Tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unos días hermosos.
La comida excelente, los desayunos impecables,
Las habitaciones super cómodas y tienen un Yacusi en los balcones.
las camas muy cómodas y las almohadas también. La ropa de baño excelente.
Con respecto al personal tuvimos muy buena atención en todo momento.
De quien no vi ningún tipo de esmero para con los huéspedes es del empleado de la heladería quien siempre se lo notaba a disgusto.
destaco especialmente las chicas del bar del Lobby, en especial a Lourdes .

La comida y la atención

Esta propiedad es hermosa! El Spa está Espectacular y el servicio es de maravilla. Sofia fue mi masajista y el masaje fue buenísimo. Muy profesional y sus técnicas excelentes. Las habitaciones de los cuartos muy amplias, limpias y lindas. Buena variedad en restaurantes. En fin, Muy bonito todo!

Voyage parfait
Un voyage en amoureux magnifique! C’est une place de rêve où on revient pour la 3 ieme fois.
Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, de notre majordome JT qui s’assure que tout est parfait, Ginette, Yaniris, Valentina, Anderson, Lévis, Elvis, Omar, Wellington, Jesus, Miguel, Kayla, Félix , Mellissabeth et j’en passe, qui nous ont tous offert un service exceptionnel tant dans les restaurants qu’à la plage ou au piano bar.

Une propreté à la piscine, sur le site et dans la chambre parfaite. Merci Llayssa, ton sourire et ta joie de vivre sont contagieux, tu as fait une différence.

Il faut absolument essayer cette hôtel, c’est une place parfaite en couple ou entre amis.

Ne pas oublier d’aller essayer les massages au spa, les meilleures massothérapeutes!Les meilleures que ma femme et moi avons avons eu la chance d’avoirs ,comparé à beaucoup d’autres resorts.

Un voyage parfait!
Un véritable paradis! C'est la 3 ième fois qu'on y va et nous sommes reçu comme la famille. Des gens extraordinaires qui font de notre séjour un voyage parfait.

De notre majordome JT qui s'assure de notre bien être, à Ginette, Yaniris, Valentina, Anderson, Levis, Elvis, Omar, Wellinton, Jesus, Miguel, Kayla, Felix, (et combien d'autres que j'oublie) ils ont tous fait que leur service, leur sourire et les petites attentions nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous.

La nourriture, autant aux restaurant qu'au buffet est excellente. On a toujours un coup de coeur pour l'italien. (Il ne faut pas passer à coté du carpaccio!)

Rien a dire sur la propreté des chambres et du sites, c'est parfait! Même nos femmes de chambre sont de vrai bout en train! Merci Llayssa, c’était un vrai plaisir de te rencontrer 😘

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une des villas au bord de mer, que dire du bruit des vagues et de la tranquillité de la place sinon que c'est l'endroit ideal pour décrocher et relaxer.

Nous sommes encore un fois allé au spa pour profiter de leurs EXCELLENTS massages. Omar nous a reconnu et offert un service parfait. Les massothérapeutes du spa sont de loin les meilleurs que nous avons eu de tout les sites visités lors de précédents voyages. C'est parfait pour débuter le voyage et laisser les tensions derrière nous.

Emmanuel! Celui qui veille à ce que tout soit parfait! Merci de nous avoir fait découvrir ces excellents vins. On a vraiment apprécié te connaitre, en espérant qu'on te fasse découvrir un jour notre coin de pays.

On partage rarement nos opinions sur les sites de voyages mais le Sanctuary Cap Cana est notre place de voyage préféré et vaut la peine de passer quelques minutes ici pour vous partager notre expérience.

Meilleurs endroit pour notre couple
C est notre quatrièmes visites au Sanctuary Cap cana et je compte bien y retourner encore plusieurs fois. Au fil du temps c est devenue ma deuxième maisons. À chaque fois je reçoit un accueil sincère du personnel , chaque employés son super heureux de nous revoir . C est un sanctuaire de paix ✌️, fait pour ce ressourcer et profiter de la vie. Si vous chercher le party c est pas pour vous. La nourriture est super bonne et pour tout les goûts , je vous conseil d aller essayer les sushi et la pizza au four à bois dans le downtown miam 😋. Si vous avez la chance 🍀 d avoir un Butler je vous recommande JT is the best ❤️. C est une perle pour ce resort , serviables attentionnés et toujours présents pour nous faire passer le meilleurs des voyage. Mentionne spécial à Emmanuel Mandez des restaurants, il venais nous voir pour savoir si tous allais bien 😌

Eine wunderschöne Welt für sich!
Mein Mann und ich waren im Sanctuary Cap Cana für unsere Flitterwochen und hätten kein besseres Hotel aussuchen können. Obwohl der Anfang ein bisschen holprig war (Flugannulierung) könnten wir dennoch als wir ankamen unseren Urlaub in vollsten Zügen genießen. Die Anlage ist super, man fühlt sich eher wie in so einem kleinen Dorf als in einem Hotel. Das Essen war super, und die Idee mit den Restaurants ist echt genial aber was uns am meisten gefallen hat war die Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft aller Mitarbeiter vorallem Felix (Pool Concierge), José, Stephy, Yoleydys, Esteban, Glory, Ginette, Elvi, Angel und Natanael haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gestaltet!
Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen :)

Séjour parfait en amoureux!
Cet hôtel était tout simplement magnifique! Nous avons adoré tout du début à la fin. Nous y sommes resté 12 nuits et avons apprécié chaque journée. Nous étions à la partie château avec piscine. La chambre était si belle et toujours impeccable et avec la piscine c’était paradisiaque. Nous avons eu Éric comme majordome et il était extraordinaire et à l’écoute de tout pour que notre séjour soit exceptionnel. Difficile de nommer des personnes en particulier pour vous aider ou pour avoir un meilleur service car ils sont tous tellement sympathiques et dévoué à nous offrir le meilleur pour nous servir. J’ai adoré la délicatesse de l’animation à proposer de très belles activités sans nous sentir toujours pousser à participer. Mais j’ai été surprise de voir que la participation aux activités est très grande. Les animateurs sont très gentils! Les spectacles sont très beaux et de qualité. La plage est plutôt petite mais très bien entretenue. Il y a eu des journées avec un peu d’algues mais l’hôtel travaille beaucoup pour toujours les enlever. Nous avons essayé tout les restaurants. Qualité de la nourriture, présentation et saveurs sont au rendez-vous mais si vous êtes carnivore, le steakhouse à été notre préféré! Il est assez impressionnant dans sa qualité de viande! Si c’était possible, je donnerais un 6 étoiles facilement à cet hôtel.

Luxushotel vom feinsten mit wunderschönen Anlage
Das Hotel ist im Stil eines alten spanischen Dorfes aufgebaut inkl. Schloss. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und der Poolbereich ist wunderschön, ebenso der Strand.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich (speziell Josepha) und hat uns in allen Belangen verwöhnt.

In gewissen Bereichen hat das Hotel aber noch Verbesserungspotential, wie z.B beim Housekeeping oder der Schnelligkeit des Services. Auch mussten wir beim Checkin sehr lange auf unser Zimmerbezug warten (versprochen war 15:00 Uhr, am Ende wurde es 16:00 Uhr…)

einfach nur Traumhaft
Unsere Erwartungen wurden 100% erfüllt und übertroffen.

Check in um 21:30 funktionierte problemlos, bin mir aber nicht sicher ob das vom Reiseunternehmen so angemeldet wurde, wir haben uns zumindest nicht darum gekümmert.
Zimmer, Service und Reinigung war tadellos. Hatten wegen der Zimmerkategorie einen "Butlerservice", wussten allerdings nicht so recht, was wir mit ihm anfangen sollen, da wir eigentlich gar keine extras benötigten. Wir erhielten von ihm das tägliche Animationsprogramm per Whats-App und wir konnten über ihn Restaurants reservieren.

Hotelanlage wunderschön gestaltet, sauber und ruhig. Verschiedene kleinere und grössere Gebäude in toller Architektur.

Essen in den Restaurants und in der Sanctuary Town einfach grossartig. Ebenso wie das Frühstücksangebot.
Das Animationsprogramm war für die, die wollten lustig und abwechslungsreich. Jedoch nicht störend oder aufdringlich.
Musik in der Pool-Area war in angemessener Lautstärke, keine Dauerbeschallung.

Abends nicht so viel los, für uns war das perfekt so, wer Party sucht ist allerdings falsch hier.

Im Grossen und Ganzen einfach nur perfekt zum den ganzen Tag relaxen, ohne sich um etwas zu kümmern.

Check in zero points, but....
Wir waren 13 Nächte im Cap Cana Sanctuary und hatten nach einem sehr schwierigen Empfang einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Als wir ankamen hat uns der Portier zunächst in eine Ecke verwiese wo wir warteten. Nachdem man uns zum Check in Counter gerufen hat wurden uns die Zimmerkarten in die Hand gedrückt und das war es dann.. ohne Begrüßungsgetränk und warme Worte sollten wir uns das Zimmer selber suchen und auch die Koffer wollte man uns einfach mitgeben. In der großen Anlage haben wir die Zimmer nicht so einfach gefunden und das Gepäck haben wir stehen lassen. Wir fanden das Zimmer nach einiger Weile und das Gepäck wurde uns dann auch zügig nachgeliefert. Dennoch kein schöner Empfang.
Ansonsten können wir nur loben: Tolle Anlage, sehr gutes Essen, saubere und hübsche Zimmer und auch gute all inclusive Getränke. Es gibt sehr wenig zu meckern. Fast alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und fröhlich. Es macht einfach Spaß, dort Urlaub zu machen.
Was wir vielleicht etwas kritisieren können ist das viele Seegras im Wasser für das das Hotel nichts kann. Am Strand wurde es regelmässig entfernt. Und und er Ecke von Cap Cana scheint der Wind immer etwas stärker zu sein. Zudem waren die Preise für Flachenwein, der nicht im all inclusive war sehr hoch wie auch die Preise für ein Romantic Dinner am Strand (250 Dollar Aufpreis) sowie für Massagen (Partnermassage 450 Dollar).
Aber ansonsten wie gesagt ein toller Urlaub in einem sehr angenehmen Hotel mit allen Vorzügen einer All-inclusive Anlage! Gerne wieder.

Kein Spitzenhaus, aber ein eine gute Adresse
Das Sanctuary Cap Cana hebt sich baulich sehr wohltuend vom Rest der Häuser in der Gegend ab.
Leider ist das Hotel ziemlich groß, insgesamt schafft man es aber, die vielen Menschen so zu bedienen, dass nicht der Eindruck einer "Massenabfertigung" entsteht.
Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Zimmer-Kategorien. Alle Zimmer sind recht groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Leider findet man an der Kaffemaschine und der Minibar nur Papp- und Plastikbecher und muss sich Tassen und Gläser in den Restaurants besorgen. Das überwiegend US-amrikanische Publikum stört das offensichtlich nicht. Dort ist man den massenhaften Umgang mit Wegwerf-Plastik ja leider nach wie vor gewöhnt.
Insgesamt kann man das Haus auch anspruchsvolleren Gästen aber empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis geht auch in der teureren Hochsaison absolut in Ordnung.

Scelta tra vari Ristoranti alla carta all inclusive ottimi con prodotti di prima scelta
Personale professionale e cortese
Camere di varie dimensioni e livello con ogni confort tutte a poca distanza dal corpo centrale dove si trovano le piscine e la spiaggia

Wow, spettacolare!
Stupendo resort di lusso, rifinito e curato nei minimi particolari, 5 piscine incastonate tra le varie costruzioni, tutte le suites, abbastanza grandi, rivolte verso il mare. Jacuzzi sul proprio balcone privato vista oceano. Emozionante 😍
Gentilezza, sorrisi e disponibilità di tutto il personale, dalle addette al front desk, a tutti i ragazzi dell’animazione (un particolare ringraziamento a Chocolate, che ha cercato di risolvere qualche piccolo problemino)passando per camerieri, e anche alla cleaner che dopo una piccola incomprensione è stata subito disponibile . Insomma tutti.
Cibo assolutamente buonissimo, cuochi preparatissimi per accontentare qualsiasi palato.
Piscine sempre pulite, e cocktail a volontà a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte.
Spa e Palestra super accessoriate. Insomma non manca assolutamente niente.
Se si potessero dare 6 punti, li metterei.
Consigliatissimo. Ritornerò sicuramente.

Bella struttura molto ben organizzata
Ho trascorso 3 settimana al Viva e dove dire che,nonostante la struttura sia molto grande,vi è un servizio più che buono.
La cucina,grazie allo Chef Caputo, è molto varia e gustosa. Pasta al dente...e quando ci sono migliaia di turisti non è mai semplice.Buona anche la pulizia della Camera.
Per le escursioni ci siamo affidati a FRANCONERO, presente a poche decine di metri dal villaggio.Grandissima professionalita' e cura dei dettagli.
In sintesi consiglio sia il villaggio che le escursioni con FRANCONERO.
Penso che ritornerò.
