  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Competition with Sonesta Lima!
A great stay. Staff attentive and professional. Even the cleaning staff addressed me by my name. That was a first! Breakfast a delight with an array of food. Please do NOT sell yourself short and start serving fruit loops. I notice there were fruit loops, but not the coloured type.

2 gripes - coffee was ordinary. And the bathroom door in the suite opened into the shower door. Such a shame.

Una familia más que un hotel
El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, rodeado de transporte, tiendas, restaurantes y centro comercial. Pero lo mejor es el servicio de su personal que te hacen sentir en tu casa. Es mi hogar en Bogotá. Lo estoy visitando al menos 6 veces al año y tengo alrededor de 5 años hospedándose con ellos (si la memoria no me falla).

Excelente todo. Habitación con camas cómodas, silencioso, limpio, personal sumamente agradable y atento. Desayuno excelente! Te dejaban un detalle en la habitación todos los días, la habitación super espaciosa y con vista a la ciudad.

Demasiado ruido. Terrible diseño
Terrible. No puedes descansar, las habitaciones no tienen cancelacion de ruido y se escucha todo.

La comida y la atencion estan bien, pero el diseño de las habitaciones y en general del hotel es terrible, pareciera que nada tuviera sentido. El centro de eventos queda en todo el centro del edificio y hay habitaciones con vista hacia alla, por lo que si hay un evento no vas a poder dormir.

Sonesta tiene una excelente ubicación, todas sus habitaciones son limpias y lo mejor, todo el personal es amable, te hablan por tu nombre y siempre tratan de dar el extra por ayudar a los huéspedes.
La comida es deliciosa, en especial el desayuno es lo mejor.

Great hotel in amazing location
I visited Bogotá at the end of February and stayed for the first time at Sonesta. I booked a Junior Suite that was very comfortable and spacious. Easy check-in process, parking, and delicious breakfast included.

The service across all touchpoints was great.

Before I was staying at Estelar La Fontana but now Sonesta is my place to stay.

Wonderful hotel at the center of Bogota
Wonderful hotel with staff that are each gracious hosts and masters in hospitality. Breakfast is delicious and just like Colombia, colorful and varied. Location is great with a huge shopping right next door. Impeccably clean rooms that are comfortable and spacious. The front desk team is eager to help out with anything you need, and arrange travel anywhere you require and conveniently put it all on the room's expense, so you don't worry about anything else. They will learn your name and you feel like family on your very first day.

Great stay!
My stay was great and the service was wonderful. The halls smell so good and everything was very clean. They do not have a shuttle to the airport, but they can book you transportation for a reasonable fee. The drivers I had were great both times. The hotel also takes client safety seriously. I would definitely stay there again!

Ottimo soggiorno
Ottimo hotel, situato a nord di Bogota. Di fronte a Unicentro, un grande centro commerciale e in zona ci sono molti ristoranti, negozi e pub.
Zona sicura.
Avevamo una suite con due bagni, con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Colazione a buffet molto assortita ma un po' carente per la parte dolce.
Consigliato.
Gentile ospite, siamo lieti di sapere che siamo riusciti a superare le sue aspettative, speriamo di averla di nuovo in hotel.

Per lavoro ho prenotato cinque notti ma dopo due notti ho dovuto uscire causa furto di denaro all'interno della mia stanza 308 ho avvisato al Direttore dell'albergo che mi ha risposta limitatamente...

J’aime beaucoup cet hotel.
Les chambres sont belles, les salles de bains pratiques. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel est au petits soins.
Tres bien situe près di centre commercial Unicentro, ouvert tous les jours.

Pulito comodo .
Sono stato ospite una settimana per un convegno.
Hotel moderno , stanze pulitissime , ben silenziato dai rumori esterni ,con un buon impianto di condizionamento.
Colazione un po' da migliorare visto che propone gli stessi piatti caldi .
Non chiedete un espresso perché non sanno farlo.
Personale della reception gentile . Qualche problema con il personale del ristorante che non parla inglese, spesso risolto con un bel sorriso.
Il quartiere dove si trova il ristorante e' molto bello ma distante dal centro.

Ottimo hotel in ottima zona!
Personale cortese e ottima pulizia. Le camere sono belle spaziose e con comandi luci razionali (da non sottovalutare). Se poi aggiungi l'ottima colazione con vista sul giardino Zen... bella esperienza. Solo un po' distante dalla zona dei divertimenti ma con uber si raggiunge tutto in modo economico. Ci tornerò.

Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel. La prima cosa che mi ha impressionato è l'estrema cortesia dello staff della reception e la grande professionalità. Ottimo il servizio di sicurezza (anche se Bogotá non è più quella di una volta). Le camere sono molto ampie, ottimamente arredate e dotate di tutti i comfort. Ottima la dotazione del bagno e di tutti gli altri comfort in camera. La connessione wifi è gratuita e veloce. Gli ambienti sono tutti caratterizzati da estrema pulizia e ottimo gusto nell'arredo. La colazione è buona e abbondante. L'hotel permette di avre un po' tutto quello che si desidera: ottimo comfort del sonno, divertimento a portata di mano nel casinò sottostante, vita nottura, ristorante, ecc.....

Très bel hotel
Les chambres sont grandes confortables , le petit déjeuner de bonne qualité
Mais compte tenu de la circulation à Bogota , l'hôtel est trop excentré

Remarquable
Chambre hyper moderne. Douche en pluie très réussie. Petit déjeuner varié avec des fruits superbes. Room sérvice très bon et abordable. Salle de sport disponible dans le centre commercial attenant. Proche du mall unicentro. Bref un sans faut mis a part le bruit du minibar et l'épaisseur des cloisons.

Harmonie des couleurs pour un Excellent hôtel
Cet hôtel, place près d'un grand centre commercial est très bien situé.
L'accueil y est chaleureux et on est vite rassuré dans cette ville qui ne l'est pas forcément.
La réception est très bien décorée, le choix des couleurs est moderne.
Les couloirs qui mènent aux chambres sont très bien décorés aussi et le chois des c,ou leurs est raffiné.
Le graphisme même des numéros de chambres Est étudié.
La chambre est simple mais entièrement équipée. Le wifi est compris.
La salle de bain est très belle avec un choix de matériaux parfait (ardoise, douche tropicale, etc... ).
