Exelente hotel
Un exelente hotel, con personas muy profesionales, cómo por el ejemplo, el señor Roberto el cual me ayudó mucho en mi estadia y consejos para lo que estuve en lima, además un lugar muy seguro y muy buen ubicado. Las piezas son muy lindas y todo muy bien organizado, además del restaurante venden comida muy deliciosa.

A must hotel in Lima
This will sound as though I’ve been paid for this review! Honestly, the hotel is this good.
From an abundance of food at breakfast (fruit, eggs to order, veg, bread, cereals, French toast and more), to leaving little chocolates or cookies before bed, really did make the hotel think of their customers.
Cookies and flavoured water are also left out in the afternoon; with flowers (albeit it false) are changed daily. It’s those little touches that are lost with other chains thinking more about cost-cutting than serving who pays them.
We had the executive room with a sauna, jacuzzi and cold shower. Room was far too big for our needs. Yet it made the stay much better because of the space.
All staff were super nice. Front staff, and some restaurant & cleaning staff, addressed you by name. Not that I needed that. But again, it’s a nice touch.
I called maintenance a couple of times and the response was literally minutes.
I had room service and the food was lovely. And I thought reasonably priced!
I think this was my third stay and I’m booked to return in April.
Breakfast staff even presented us with a slice of cake on our last morning!
Until I have juevos a la española again, thank you so much, Sonesta!!
