When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. Untidy and unhygienic hotel, not worth single penny
Extremely untidy, unhygienic and waste of time and money. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming staff. This place is not worth single penny. Just wasted my my time and money. Room are very untidy and pls don't get fooled by seeing the images on different platforms. Nothing good is their about hotel. Most annoying is 2K security deposit Even after paying all booking amount in advance and breakfast is also very bad and Even they ask charges for cutlery. Don't even think about this place to stay.

I strongly advise against staying at this property
We recently stayed at Soul Vacation Resort and Spa in Colva, Goa, from May 24th to May 27th, 2024. We booked four luxury rooms for three nights and four days via Agoda, with full payment made in advance. Unfortunately, due to a no-refund policy, we were compelled to stay despite our initial inclination to cancel. The experience turned out to be one of the worst we have ever encountered. Our issues began with a significant miscommunication, which could have been easily resolved with proper management. Despite having all details properly communicated via email (with their confirmation replies), the management's response was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their lack of effective communication exacerbated our problems instead of solving them. Even after paying a substantial amount in advance, the hotel was hesitant to provide extra mattresses, despite prior confirmation on call (I have the recording). Late at night, they insisted on immediate payment for the extra mattress, which I had already informed them would be handled the following morning. Upon check-in, we were unexpectedly asked to pay Rs.2000 per room as an advance deposit for future food and beverages, implying a distrust that we would not settle our bills. This approach was highly insulting and suggested a lack of basic hospitality. The pervasive attitude of suspicion was evident in every interaction, with staff repeatedly stressing the chargeability of every request, including basic amenities like water. The manager's attitude was particularly appalling—rude, unpleasant, and entirely lacking in customer service skills. Throughout our extensive travels, we have never encountered such hostile policies or behavior. This management's approach is entirely unworthy of the hospitality industry. Our check-out experience was equally frustrating. When I requested bottled water (costing Rs.20-40 per bottle), the reception staff offered to refill our bottles with tap water instead, refusing to provide bottled water on the check-out day. Such treatment of paying guests is unacceptable and further added to our overall dissatisfaction. Our stay at Soul Vacation Resort and Spa left us deeply upset and disappointed. The management's unprofessional and inhospitable behavior overshadowed our entire trip, making it impossible for us to enjoy our time in Goa. We were a family of three, and this negative experience affected all of us significantly. If you want to feel insulted and unwelcome, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I strongly advise against staying at this property. The management at Soul Vacation Resort and Spa clearly lacks the basic principles of hospitality and respect for their guests. This was, without a doubt, a regrettable experience, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awesome stay at Soul Vacation with Soul satisfaction
Very good place to hangout with family and friends.
I travelled Goa more than 10 no's, but this time, this property is very good.

Beautiful property!
Beautiful Property with lots of greenery, swimming pool, nice bar and Cafe, Chef Shareef along with Restaurant Staff Shubert, Regan, and Seby were fantastic with very good service. The beach is very close and walkable, I would love to visit again if i visit South Goa.

Not a good experience
We have visited this property from 10 to 14 th April, 2024.The decor is wonderful, clean rooms, great property. I had a premium room booked, which was in a dark corner. Plenty of lizards outside the room... Making it scary every time we opened the room as in it would enter inside. Staff wasn't friendly and hospitable at all. Slow service, no complimentary drink. The bread for breakfast was truly pathetic, cold breakfast.... Two days we literally skipped the complimentary breakfast and ate out spending out of pocket. No one bothered if things were ok or not. Except for Jayson and Max, who were at the restaurant and bar in the evenings.
They really are well mannered and courteous.
